Great cozy spot with very good coffee. Less crowded and more comfortable that ziggis ( which is also a fine coffee shop).

I came into this place to work from my laptop. The coffee and food were both excellent, and the woman at the counter was very nice. I gave it 4 stars because I found it difficult to work. Most of the outlets are 2 prong so I couldn’t plug my laptop in, and they don’t have A/C. Maybe just unlucky for me because it’s 95 degrees today but it was quite uncomfortable in the coffee shop. Parking is also a bit inconvenient as there are no spots on the road in front of the shop. I would stop in again for coffee if I was walking by but wouldn’t go out of my way to get here.

The cinnamon muffins are to die for. The chai is heavenly. The atmosphere is groovy chill vibes. The service is sweeeeeet. Stop in once and it will become your favorite spot in town. 🫖☕️

I love this place! It's got a lot going for it. Attention to detail pays off here because the bathrooms are sparkling clean, the decor is clearly a curated collection, and the menu is equally well managed. Eat here. Drink here. Coffee is life...

Great atmosphere, great staff, great food, and of course... great coffee! My go to's are their drip coffee, or the spiced chai. There food is fresh and delicious, with good variety for anyone to find what they're looking for - a great way to start your day. The atmosphere is comforting and bright, and a favorite place of ours to shake up our work routine and have a new fresh place to get some work done. Whether it's a morning to chat with friends, or a quiet solo morning to work on your computer with a hot cup of something you love, Javastop is the perfect place to go in Longmont!

First time in. I wish i tried one of the tasty treats there, but i did get a latte with rose and raspberry syrup, and its my favorite rose latte I've had so far!

Food is always freshly made, and the service and atmosphere actually invite you to stay a while and enjoy your coffee or food. Rather than the modern feel of eat and leave. I cannot recommend this place enough. I love spending time here.

Popped in for a coffee before lunch and was not disappointed. Tried a tasty sugar-free latte with oat milk. It was so good, and I needed to have a second one! This is a fun spot to sit, read, and work on the computer. Staff was really friendly, too!

A great little place with a grand atmosphere that made it the perfect place for a research meeting! Coffee was fantastic, and the person I met with ate all of the burrito they ordered. Will definitely stop in again when I'm in the area.

I think I’ve been to every coffee shop In Longmont and this is by far my favorite. The coffee is good, the breakfast burritos are made to order, muffins are fresh, and the atmosphere/ambiance is rustic and cozy in this century-old building. Plenty of street parking too. Great place to read, study, or have an intimate conversation.

Food is great for a coffee shop. They have gluten-free options for muffins. The service is always spectacular, and the atmosphere can not be compared to any other coffee shop. You feel welcome to stay a while and listen or chat or enjoy literally the best coffee/espresso in town.

The best coffee in Longmont, even the food is delicious, I got a breakfast sandwich and it was phenomenal. The espresso has rich flavor, and all of the coffee is not only delicious but well priced. The workers are delightful and always fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

I split a the cinnamon crisp muffin with my daughter it was excellent. The chai tea had a unique flavor, it was loose leaf and had a good flavor.

Wow! Had no idea this little gem was here! Truly one of the best kept secrets in Longmont. Tucked away in the Chinese Panda building on the corner of Main Street and 3rd, is an awesome, one of a kind, coffee shop called Java Stop. ☕ Now, it was a bit confusing to find out how to get into the little tucked away place as you have to basically go in what to me was the side door, right before the steps go down to the Speak Easy bar. You basically walk in if and don't see any coffee shop when you open the door. I saw a gentlemen eating lunch at table. We asked him if this is where Java Stop is, he directed us "go down the hall and it's to your left. " A little bit weird for this CA girl who moved here a year ago, but SO glad I ventured into new territory. It's a cool, old, building and behold there it was. I opened the door into what appeared to be another Era. Inside was an eclectically arranged coffee shop with books, nooks, and crannies. Surprising to me, as it was hard to find initially, was an awesome, a bit contemporary and old- fashioned hide away. Old Victorian chairs, mixed with more current wooden tables and chairs, nooks with books, quite a few people, all doing something different in corners and tuck-aways... reading, visiting with a friend, or catching up on computer work. I instantly fell in love with everything. A hide away where nobody will find you plus amazing coffee and tea drink choices and yummy treat options. In talking to the owner, Curt, this gem has been here 31 years!! He is the new owner as of 3 years ago and is obviously doing a smashing success! I get nervous trying to find and go to new places. 😬 BUT, PLEASE, if you haven't tried Java Stop, move outside your comfort zone a tad and give this gem a try. He was so welcoming. Thank you Curt for your warm welcome and I will be there again. Often.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Javastop. It’s my favorite coffee shop - ever. I don’t live in the area anymore so anytime I’m in Longmont, I come here. The chai is fantastic and the breakfast burritos are delicious. I highly recommend coming here with a computer or book and having some me time!

This cafe has a delightfully quirky atmosphere that feels very cozy and inviting, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the chai latte and avocado burrito were both very tasty and satisfying! It was an excellent experience!

Sunday mid-morning, needed a place to study and finish an exam. Library was closed until 1pm, so I decided to find somewhere nearby. This spot is easy to miss, but definitely worth finding! House made food, good beverages and a chill atmosphere with several tables to work. Baristas were super friendly, quick Wi-Fi and great vibes all around. I'll be coming back to this Gem 👍🏾

Very unfriendly. Don’t even ask your name for your order. Empty tables not cleared off and do not attempt to clean them off when you sit down. Don’t say thank you for coming in or anything. Don’t mind paying the prices for coffee but not when the help doesn’t care if you come in or not. Won’t be going back.

I love this place. Such a hidden gem in Longmont. I am moving to Loveland soon and will make the trip back for this spot. Perfect vibe to grab a bite to study and/or chat with a friend. Plenty of seating options depending on how much privacy you want/ need. It feels like it should be on the set of Friends.

Veg burrito with avocado is great! Do try spicy chai latte, the spicy flavor stands out and especially during winter or rainy day it is perfect. Sugar powder on the French toast is put moderately so tasted good. Four toasts are served. Maple syrup has got light nutmeg like flavor which to my taste is perfect. I liked the ambiance. Staff is friendly.

This is such a cute shop with an awesome vibe.

These guys are the best. They happily make your custom coffee exactly how you want it, and the homemade pastries are awesome. Good tea selection and other goodies too. But the best part is the quality of the coffee itself, roasted in Longmont by Mark's Coffee, it's the best I've had, and I lived in Seattle for years. The absolute highest compliment I can give them is that their decaf (which unfortunately I have to drink right now) tastes, looks and feels like the highest quality real caffeinated coffee!!!

This place is amazing! The drinks are amazing, the food is amazing, and it’s a great place to hang out to get work done. I legit will never go to any other coffee shop now. These people know what they’re doing — they are pros. Plus, the customer service is 10/10. Legit, best iced coffee in Colorado. Also, don’t forget to tip these amazing people.

Java Stop is fabulous! Located in a historic building at the edge of downtown Longmont, the owners and staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the coffee drinks are fantastic!

We stopped in for the first time and I'm bummed I've waited so long to go in! Great coffee and DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich and pastry! We got a veggie egg croissant sandwich and a chocolate croissant. The folks were super friendly and the decor was really colorful and relaxed. They have more than once entrance and are stroller accessible. They are following social distancing and mask guidelines and offer masks and hand sanitizer!

Stopped in while my car was in the shop. Asked for a recommendation and the man behind the counter suggested a German something or other with coconut. Was only 5 bucks for a large cup and I was in heaven. Presented in a quaint house cup and the flavor blend blew my mind. Vibe was nice and the place is welcoming. Will stop in again soon.

3 star rating due to over extracted espresso. Was very very bitter. Also ordered an oat milk cortado. Instead i was given an oversteamed cappuccino. The up charge for oat milk was a bit excessive as well. Neat surroundings in the shop. Cool y'all have your kids working there as well.
