I come by this location for lunch frequently and they are always so fast and friendly! I appreciate all the workers there, they do such an amazing job!

Not impressed Left hungry after ordering the 17$ famous Philly that tasted mostly bread I dislike subway... But they are better IMO Only 2nd time here will give it another chance Maybe one day

Staff was nice but useless. They got my bread wrong, the cookie was stale, and my friend asked for lettuce three times to the girls face and still ended up with none.

Amazing crew everytime. Friendly, and courteous. We have celiacs and have to get gluten free. They are always friendly and caring of the celiac family. Love this place!

First time ordering here. The people were friendly, and the subs were all good. Everything was ready in a decent time. We definitely would eat here again

Just had an unforgettable experience with Kyler and Aiyana! It was my first visit, and I brought my shy 1 1/2-year-old daughter along. But they were absolutely amazing with her, very friendly and outgoing. It was heartwarming to see my daughter loving their company! As a manager myself, I can confidently say that they are top-tier employees!

I was highly impressed with the customer service I received from the staff yesterday when I was in. Being in on a Friday during lunch time and a plethora of people in line and several other requests being asked and fulfilled. The staff remained calmed, they were efficient, incredibly friendly and quick. I’m not sure if she is the team lead or a manager but the young lady working at the counter was incredibly friendly, smiling the whole time and even though they were busy and had a accident occur on the line she remained professional, calm and was quick to continue service. If she is a manager, you guys made a good decision! But all in all, the food is always great and service yesterday was great. Keep it up! 🙂

I love coming here whether to eat or pick up orders as the employees acknowledge everyone and are very pleasant.

My sub was made with end of one piece of meat and beginning of another, which resulted in a poor quality sub. I should have refused it, though they should not have done that in the first place. Don't stick one guy with all the bad pieces, especially not at that price!

Yum, it's more of take away place. That's sky the 3 on atmosphere. Bit you can sit and eat. Good stuff

Ever since this restaurant opened many years ago, this STILL remains my favorite place to come. The food is outstanding! Not once have I been disappointed the slightest when ordering any food here. Their staff is always quick, attentive and extremely pleasant. Overall, I definitely recommend this location for any time of day or occasion.

Went out n got a quick bite after the game tonight. I have to admit it’s been awhile since I have been here. Stopped coming as I was working on my weight and stayed away from bread. If you have made the same mistake that I did, jump back in there. Nothing is good for you when not done in moderation. I would get the giant before. Tonight I stepped back to a regular size. I left feeling satisfied and not stuffed. Needless to say I will again be a regular to these delicious subs in moderation.

I have to admit this was one of the best Jersey Mike's I have been to, the food was amazing.

We have always liked this location, but stopped coming here due to cleanliness. We recently went back & we all thought it was worse than before. Soda machine had mold growing and was dirty all around (tea dispensers & machine as well). Trash can by the register, I don't think has ever been wiped down. Counter always has debris and meat slicer as well. Tables & floors are never clean as well. We know this can be a busy store, but have visited at different times & days & it has always been the same.

The last few times I have been in an item in my order have been wrong. I repeat my order twice (always cheesesteaks) to make sure it's written down properly. For some reason, it is still wrong. By the time I get home, the store is already closed. So I either pick off the items they added or give my food away to someone else in the house. Also, if I order 3 cheesesteaks, do not give me an attitude when you've only given me 2, and I ask for the 3rd that I paid for. I don't know what happened to your previous staff but your new ones are not trained properly. Also, please wash your hands and change your gloves after sweeping the floor and then handing food off to customers.

The people at this specific Jersey Mikes are INCREDIBLE. We come here at least 2 to 3 times a month. The staff knows us by name and remembers our orders! It's those small things that make this place so great to us. Keep up the good work guys 🙏🏼

It was a 12 o'clock lunch rush and the place was packed. I had my food in less than 10 minutes. The price for the value was good too.

Four workers. Only 1 trying to serve 8 people in line. I ordered an Italian and after two meats he slid sandwich over for lettuce, etc. $10. If I actually take time to come to store, why is my service less than those who phone in an order?

If we are wanting subs this is where we go, can't beat them

Food was great and the staff were pleasant and patient. They have good specials for 899 each day for a combo meal. Also have a good Rewards program with double points on Mondays. The restaurant has always been clean. Good menu selection and three sizes of sandwiches that just about every appetite. Update 3.32.23 still great. I would say the only negative is there isn't much meat on the sandwich. I always do the extra meat option that was $1.95 extra for a regular size.

I normally don't write reviews, I only leave stars, but this time I feel that leaving a comment is necessary, because for as far back as I can recall right now, I don't believe that I have ever been to a business with such friendly, helpful & welcoming employees as I encountered on my 1st ever trip to Jersey Mike's Subs or any other business that I've been to over the years. The food is great, the people & service were great, even the other customers I think we're positively effected by the atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Yummy, they have plenty of options for hot and cold subs but I always get the #17 philly cheese steak, it's very good I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quick cheese steak sub. The price is a little high but when it tastes good I'm ok with paying a couple extra bucks.

Food is tasty, and the location has been remodeled. However, if I'm being honest, interacting with the team members is the best part of the experience and what separates them from the competition. They seem like they really want to get to know you, and for a lot of customers, they remember how you like your sub prepared or even details you've previously mentioned about your personal life. Lately, though, everyone seems to disappear into the back after completing your order and reappearing when someone new walks in. Possibly due to work tasks, but lessens the appeal as mentioned above. The owner is hands-on and can often be found working alongside the employees.

Time after time, the subs are spot on, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff consistantly does a great job!!

Fantastic work once again, these people are definitely pros at tinting. I'd recommend just about anybody to this shop. Will be back when I buy another new car.

Decent sub place, but they need to have a public Wi-Fi. I couldn't grab a signal in this area to save my life and If want to use an app for Jersey Mike's, I wouldn't be able use one.

Whats bad to say about this place? absolutely nothing! Sub of the day everyday, my personal favorite is Friday because the Philly is the sub of the day. Definitely worth trying this place out if your intown and want a sub, if this place isn't close to your destination don't hesitate to stop at publix for quality subs as well!
