I am normally a big fan of Jersey Mike's and I almost always order the 17 Philly and when I came in on Monday the guy that was taking orders and working the meats was great with the customers but took a while to get to me to ask what I wanted to order. When I told him I wanted a 17 with very little seasoning he relayed that to the grill guy who I could hear moaning and he said, well I won't put any on then. Then he took a long time with my order. I think on purpose. Then today I went in at 11:30am. I was third in line. It seemed to take a long time to ask the people in front of me so I had said out loud just a heads up I would like a 17 so they would know that I was getting a hot sub. The same guy was working the grill and he turned and gave me a dirty look. It was another 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and the same guy that was working the meats and taking orders on Monday was on that station today. He said so you would like a 17? I said yes but add the southwestern sauce and I'll give that a try. That same bald headed old guy with the glasses turned again and gave me another dirty look. It took 15 minutes to get my order and it was less than half the ingredients that is normally in a regular 17 sub and I didn't notice right away because he had put me behind schedule and I was driving and letting it cool off. As you can imagine I was pissed off!

First time to visit Jersey Mike's Subs on Bonita Beach Rd and won't be back. Been in the area for over 30years and for $10 the chicken sub was lack luster at best. The cheese overwhelmed all other flavors because there wasn't much of anything else in the sub. It should have come with ample chicken, fried onions and tomatoes, but because those ingredients were so few, I could only taste the cheese. And its a pleasant tasting cheese, but the bread, even though substantial and fluffy, had almost no taste at all. Maybe Jersey Mike's Subs is a ‘northern’ following thing but the food should stand on its own merit and IMO, it doesn't. Lack luster at best and won't be back for the rest!

Was served the wrong chips for my order and my sandwich was so wet I couldn’t eat it. Stop putting so much oil and vinegar on the sandwiches that they are so soggy you can’t even eat them when you get home.

Online order. Showed up and online order was lost. OK I can understand a mistake. So then they said they’re gonna make it right away sorry they lost the ticket.. 20 minutes later I ask how those sandwiches about Done yet?They hadn’t even started on them yet. Keep in mind I ordered the sandwiches an hour and 15 minutes before the situation. Management handled it very poorly. I can understand a mistake but don’t tell someone one thing and then completely ignore the situation.

I was at this store yesterday, 6/4. Upon walking in I was surprised to see the mess behind the counter. There was a loaf of bread with a piece of lettuce between the slicer & the window. There were crumbs everywhere on the counter where they assemble the subs. I am a regular there & have never seen such a mess. When I mentioned it, both guys started cleaning it up. I was there about 2:15 with only 1 other customer there. As usual, the sub was excellent. After my comments about the mess, the guys were still pleasant. I felt I had to mention this since I have never seen it like that.

Always a good experience, staff is super pleasant, hope management recognizes.

Food quality and the amount has gone down but prices going up! Used to love to eat here, now it sucks.

Great spot for a quick sub and go

I have been coming to this Jersey mikes for over 5 years. The improvement that I have seen in this location since the GM Mathew has been there is absolutely insane. This guy is so high quality I would hire him for one of my restaurants in seconds. Keep it up man and if they don’t treat you right come find me.

I was pleasantly surprised, my expectations were not high. When I pulled in, most of the parking lot was blocked off due to roof construction, but there was still a decent line to order food. People must know about this Jersey Mikes in Bonita Springs! I was cheerfully greeted and watched in amazement as Matt (I think that was his name) professionally and cheerfully juggled multiple duties: cutting meat, directing staff, greeting customers, and managing carrots. It was an impressive display of customer service and leadership - at the same time! The food was great! The atmosphere was nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. I even saw customers using coupons to save money. I don’t frequent this sub franchise often, but this particular store will definitely be getting my regular business going forward!

The GM Mathew is a stand up guy, his whole team is amazing! I ordered the Rosemary parmesan bread and sadly they ran out of it and were in the middle of baking more. This is a busy location so that’s understandable. On my last order Matt promised me a credit towards my next order for the inconvenience and he honored it today no questions asked I ordered a regular and he made it a giant for me ! The customer service at this location is amazing and the subs are always fresh and delicious 🤤 10/10 !!!

Everything was delicious. Philly cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, and tuna sub. It did not disappoint anyone. We will stop by for more!

Great food at this location, just very very slow at lunch time. I walked in and placed order for 1 regular sub at 12:40 and didn’t get my sub until 1:11pm, 31 mins later. If you are in a rush, go elsewhere.

I work very close to the other awesome Bonita Springs Jersey Mike's and ordered from this store by mistake. I called to get a refund so I could replace the order and the Manager Mike was awesome! He had one of the employees run my order to me! These guys are great!!

From the time we walked in the door, ordered our food & paid for it the atmosphere was great! Everyone was super kind & attentive even though multiple people were placing orders. Definitely recommend this location if you are looking for great service 😎

They took forever to get my literal individual sandwich ready, and they took care of almost a dozen other customers before me despite my order having gone in before they even walked into the store. The cashier was also very rude when I expressed my discontent with this, and they made me late getting back from my lunch break because they took so long. Food, fine, service, garbage.

Always a consistent experience by this team of long-time owners. Been visiting here for lunch since the day they opened 20 years ago. Especially enjoying their chicken salad. Lunch periods get very busy but the team hustles their tails off to get everyone through the line efficiently and accurately.

Can't say enough about Jersey Mike's I wish there was one in Cape Coral there isn't there needs to be one if you guys are reading this post please consider it we have a beautiful location in Cape Coral for one overall the subs are great made to Perfection staff is great they're always attentive to what you need and would recommend this to anyone.

2 stars because he was nice. Came about half hour to close and got 2 regular subs. They ran out if white bread so could only do 1 on white and 1 one wheat. I was charged for a regular sub on the white but it was so small. I guess he forgot to tell me he could only make a mini on the white but instead charged me in full for what I asked for. I wont return to this location very dishonest. I don't mind the prices here when I get what I pay for.

Got some subs at 10am right when they opened and the bread was so fresh! It was perfect!! I got ham and extra cheese, I am plain Jane, but even just that was fresh and delicious

This place has sold my family about 30 times. Fresh. Delicious. Great they allow a delivery far from the store.

App is well designed, restraunts are typically very clean. Employees are most of the time pleasent.. Subs are fresh and you can be in and out in 5 to 7 minutes.

Worked here for like a solid month. They take things seriously and rush hour is done in an efficient manner. When it's snowbird season you should order online like an hour early. People like this place so much that the line is out the door.

This is a sad excuse for a no bread bowl that costs $10. Ordered online can’t add toppings only can take off. If I would have known it didn’t come with lettuce I would have never ordered. Online ordering needs some serious updating at least subway adds lettuce on their no bread bowls! Will never be ordering from here again!

Went early today to bypass the lunch crowds and your employees were very busy prepping a very large to go order. No one was in the store but the 2 behind the counter continued working on the very large to go order and only when they had to use one of the ingredients that was also on my sandwich, did they add it to my order. I would have thought 1 of them would have stopped working on the to go order, made my sandwich, and then continued on the order for someone who was not on premises. I am a Jersey girl and love JM but I will NEVER return to this store. This is my 2nd bad experience and I have learned that many of my neighbors (in the gated community right next to the store) agree.

I love jersey but unfortunately this location(Bonita springs) was not it. The staff was rude and yelling at each other and the floors were nasty. Also the quality of the food was meh. Go to the one on Immokalee rd. It’s only a mile difference but totally worth it

Can't ever go wrong, by choosing to eat at Jersey Mike's!!! Every sandwich I've had throughout the years, had been outstanding!!! I just wish the cashier would remember to offer me chips and a drink every time, because i just forget sometimes. Then i have to pay separately and I'm sure it's more expensive that way. Definitely one of the best sub shops.

The steak subs were great but you cannot add any toppings at all. So the sub only had 3 items so would have been great to have a option. Still good

Always a great sandwich! Use the app and get lots of deals. Order from the app and pick up fast and easy. I always get the Big Kahana on the hot sandwich side. Spicy with the peppers, and so tasty!

Fresh and really good sub sandwiches.

Bathrooms were very clean. Well stocked. And had awesome ambiance music. Smelled like custom made subs while dropping a deuce. Toilet paper could have been softer. Overall great experience. Would poop here again. Subs are also good.

Got the classic turkey and provolone miles way. Mini is perfect for me as I don't eat much. Love that they have the special rootbeet and cream soda on tap, yum

This place can make subs perfectly! The bread and meats are very fresh and the restaurant is very clean. The workers wear masks and everyone is social distanced. You can order online/phone or order and wait inside. They are very efficient and keep everyone moving. I love getting sandwiches here to take to the beach!

Jersey Mike's subs makes the best subs around, hands down. Service is quick and the sandwiches are usually consistent (every once in a while someone making the sandwiches goes a little skimpy on the meat. Otherwise, you'll get what you expect from Jersey Mikes. The prices are a bit high, but if you join the rewards program and are regular, the free subs once in a while flatten your costs to a reasonable average over the long run. My only complaint in the past was they used to want to ring you up while they were still making the sandwiches, including any tip I want to add on. Frankly, I like to tip once I see how the final product comes out, and base my tip partly on that. However, they seem to have stopped doing this, and wait until the order is ready before ringing up.

Clean and great food like always

Fresh ingredients, quality subs. Good service, clean and well managed. I would go here again. I don’t like that they use the same meat slicer for the meet and cheeses. They also have very limited vegetarian and vegan options. If you look at all the large franchises they’re starting to offer plant based protein because they know the prices of meat in the future are going to skyrocket. It’s too bad the smaller franchises like Jersey Mikes don’t offer some plant based options.
