I hoped I was in for something special when I walked in the door but I had no idea just how special it would be. My girlfriend and I kicked off our anniversary trip with a date night to Jiffy Burger. We're not from the area but we had heard great things and I'm not kidding when I tell you that our high expectations were blown out of the water. From the first bite, I knew I'd be back one day. Everything was delicious and when they found out it was our anniversary, they made it a point to start our trip off right. Far and away the most pleasant dining experience I've ever had. I am so thankful that we went and the location will always be special to us now.

My wife and I had a pretty good experience at Jiffy Burger. She had eaten here a few years ago, but this was my first visit. It was nice to see the vintage signs around the restaurant. Really took me back to my childhood. We ordered 2 sweet teas and checked out the menu. Tea was fantastic. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with batter dipped fries. The fries are amazing. Burger is pretty good. Frozen patty but good. If they made the patty from scratch, they'd have the best burger for about a 100 mile radius, but hardly anyone makes burgers from scratch today. Fresh tomatoes and bacon are delicious. Staff was friendly and the kitchen staff got our order out pretty quickly. I think the booths could use a makeover. I could feel the springs in the cushioning as I sat down. They were pretty steady, and the bathrooms needed a spruce up. I've worked in several restaurants, and this place gets busy for a reason. Recommend!

Food wasn't what I thought it was going to be. Grew up with drive throughs n love the concept. People were great. Burger didn't do it for me like other places. Improve on seasoning n get a hard seer.

VERY friendly service and fair prices. My family and I had a bacon burger plate (burger and fries), a regular burger plate, a cheese burger plate and a bonnaroo burger with battered fries, and waters to drink. The total came to just under $45. $10 a person is a very fair price in today's economy. All of the burgers were excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly and eclectic. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely each year again if I'm in the area!

Always Love coming to Jiffy Burger, Melissa was our Waitress she is the best. Love getting to chat and find out how she is doing while my husband decides what he wants.

Love love this place when I come thru have to have a frito chilli pie and a grilled bacon chesseburger & fries. The sweet is the best I've ever had!!! This is a must stop when in Manchester TN. You wont be disappointed.

For a slow and homey southern style restaurant, this is the place to go. The menu items are cheaper than anywhere else and the portions are a good size to boot. If you don't have no where to be, this is a good place to cool your jets while you wait for some good eats.

Always great food no matter whatbwe order

Wanted to call ahead and order some dinner, ended up calling 36 times in 20 minutes because the phone would ring one time, answer, then immediately hang up. Twice I did get someone to answer and say "jiffy burger please hold" then after about 2 or 3 minutes, the phone would hang up again... Finally someone answered again and, I hate to say it, but rudely I asked "can I PLEASE make a to go order now?!" The woman responded with "yeah what do you want??" And I told her how I didn't appreciate the rudeness after being hung up on three times, so she hung up again and I called back again and after the 5th time hearing "jiffy burger, please hold" I then over heard in the back ground some workers talking about how they weren't going to be the one to take my order because I said they hung up on me 3 times, someone else took my order. And of course no one talked to me about my experience nor was management notified to talk to me, but now I have this lovely review so I can let everyone know how unprofesional and rude some people can be and how they don't need to be in the costumer service industry whatsoever lol. Do better under pressure next time y'all.

Hands down the best burger around. I have tried several items from the menu and it is all wonderful. This is our dinner stop on our way home from Florida.

A coworker and I went to have a burger after work Wednesday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked to have a seat anywhere. Service was fast, food was fantastic and we had a great time. Very cozy and delicious.

Their patties are quarter pound patties, even though they call the sandwich *cheeseburger, double cheeseburger* Very reasonable prices Outside of that, I don't think much needs said for anyone in the area. Try their batter dipped fries They don't let their food sit out, everything is made to order. Pulling up to an old fashion brick kiosk, and not having to wait in line, is always a boon. Only negative, it's parking is a bit wonky for dine-in. Not to much in terms of easy access parking.

Wonderful old school dining. No high tech gadgets.. just paper order slips and checks. Simple and nostalgic. Friendly staff and lots of good food. We felt like we stepped back into the 60s. Worth the drive from anywhere.

When you have places like this you forget Sonic and the other places exist. Nice food on a plate in a booth. Take cash or use the ATM.

Got two ham and cheese sandwich got little peace of ham on both they should have called it a lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwich for the price they charge it should have had ham on it not enough ham on the sandwich to be call it a ham and cheese sandwich it was cut in half and one half didn't have ham on it

I don’t know how good the food is because I couldn’t pay for it. They only accept cash or check (who under 60 even carries checks?) and the atm inside doesn’t seem to read cards. I’m sure the food is half-decent, but I wouldn’t know since they take the vintage vibe a little farther than makes sense. It’s a great way to miss out on customers!

The grilled bacon cheese burgers are so delicious! There are 2 different fries and tots to choose from also. Definitely check this one out. The kids really enjoyed there food too.. you know its good when theres not alot of chatter because everyone is just eating! The atmosphere is nice too, lots of cool signs and decor. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive! We will be back, thank you for the great experience!

Been going to Jiffy Burger for a long time. It seems to get better every single time. The atmosphere is wonderful, almost nostalgic. Servers are tremendously knowledgeable about the menu. They almost know how to read exactly what you want.

This is an amazing old school 60's place with some of the best food and great service. It holds on to the old diner and drive in feel. The decor is mostly vintage/antique and it fits perfectly with the whole place. The food is fantastic and you get a good portion for the price. I wasn't disappointed with anything at all. The service was top notch and the server was as nice as could be. I can't wait to go back.

If you can appreciate an old timey 1950s or 60s diner, you'll love it here.

Prepare to wait a LONG time if you come here. Was looking forward to a simple burger and fries. When I pulled in they were not very busy...maybe half full. Fifteen minutes later....still nothing. When I saw a lady come out I though finally ...but no, they gave it to the person next to me who had ordered AFTER I did (and ordered more). They drove off and I thought maybe I'm next? Close to 20 minutes in and I just drove off. Terrible service. Sad, they do have the best fries.....I went home and made lunch. HUGE waste of gas. Upgrading from 1 star to 3. I have had good experiences since the first one. Maybe they were just having a bad day? Food usually good; nice people; just know you may wait more than you want during busy times.

Awesome little burger place in Tennessee! We stopped for a bite while on a road trip. Service was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We loved the decor as well! The waitress told us she had worked there for 20 years and the owner changes it up every once in a while. Burgers were very good. We may be stopping on our way back!

I am a Jiffy Burger customer of many years, which may be funny to some because I am a pescatarian. I have always liked Jiffy Burger, but I give four stars because I am very sad that they don't have the fish sandwich any longer.

A kitschy local burger joint with eclectic collectibles decorating all over the inside. Very reasonable prices. Fun for kids. The burgers and fries are good. They also offer breakfast in the mornings, but no longer have pancakes. They also have curb service on the side and rear of the building. The chili dogs are very good, but they use bean chili, as do a lot of places down south. The chili dog is a plate and fork affair, messy but tasty!! Service is always friendly and quick. Note, cash only here, but there is an atm in the dining area. Not really wheelchair friendly, as seating is all booth, but I suspect the staff would know how to accommodate someone if needed. Kid friendly menu. A great little piece of history in Manchester.

Food so good nothing will keep you away. Even the dude in the picture came back in his condition. The batter dipped fries are insanely good. And the Bonnaroo burger is so amazing. You definitely won't leave hungry. We had to bring fries home that we couldn't finish cause burgers were so big. But they are sized where a reheat should not dry them out.

Real old fashioned food a d service.

We had a late lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and checked on us throughout the meal. My husband had a BLT and I had a grilled cheese with coated fries. It was all delicious. We're just visiting Manchester, but if I lived locally, I would eat there often.

A server noticed the sun reflecting off a car in the parking lot into my eyes in my booth. I didn't say a word and she took a menu and taped it over the glass to block the light. These people are super nice and seem to really care about their customers. Those onion rings were really good too.
