Pretzels are usually delicious, but our last couple visits, they seem overdone.

Never thought about pretzels much, glad we stopped in, fresh baked, large with different dipping sauces, nice treat.

This food establishment is located inside a multi story shopping center. Many lovely stores to shop at after enjoying an amazing pretzel. Absolute plus for me, they have freshly baked gluten-free pretzels 😁

Definitely the best pretzels i've ever had and for a great price, too! I love all the different flavors of pretzels and dips that they sell. I also love that they sell gluten-free pretzels so that anyone with celiac can enjoy them too.

Awesome huge pretzels, several flavors. Sandwiches, coffee, drinks. Seating. Fast service. Busy place!!

Would have been better with warm beer cheese, cold just didn't work with a nice fresh pretzel. Simple sauce choices in small cups.

I will drive from Grand Rapids, Michigan for these pretzels. Absolutely the best.

I ordered a cinnamon pretzel and they gave me an original one with a side of sugar. The employees laughed as they poured the sides of cinnamon in a side. When asked if they had none left or I could just get a refund they declined and continues to laugh as we walked away all 3 employees. Horrible experience and horrible customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love that they have a place for the kids to step up and watch how they make these pretzels. We love coming here! It's usually always busy so the pretzels are hot and fresh and perfectly pull- apart. Everything they serve here is great, but I LOVE just the original salted with cheese and/or sweet mustard and an original cherry cola 🌸🍒 🥨 Make sure to go up to the top floor to visit the carousel as well!

The pretzels here are absolutely awesome. I know it's hard to understand what the big deal is but I am so glad we tried one. They are handmade right in front of you and are soft and delicious. We got one with cheese and also took a sample of their sweet mustard to dip into. Wow.

This is a must if you like soft pretzels! These are the best ones I've ever had. Their sandwiches are delicious, too. Yesterday, I had the smoked chicken salad croissant and an order of pretzel bites with their amazing sweet mustard. Their spicy mustard is also very good. Prices are good for this quality of food.

The pretzels were soft and light. Very flavorful with the various flavors offered. You will love it.

This place smells incredible. The pretzels are fresh and tasty. My wife and I shared a single pretzel 🥨 and iced tea with a cheese dip. We were both full for $7.

Waited 20 minutes for pretzels with no flavor and awful service. They filled orders after ours several times.

Amazing pretzels and sweet mustard! There is usually a line, but it just means the pretzels are good!

I had my 1st pretzel @ JoJos a year ago, it was very good, the sweet mustard was so good my sister bought me a bottle. On this visit we realized the pretzels were much fresher and hotter. I think they get very busy and maybe put some under the hot light on the first visit and they dry out a little. This time we had 2 wait 15 min or so and they were fresh n' hot. Either way I highly recommend JoJos pretzels, they are very reasonably priced. Next time I want 2 try the chili cheese hot dog they look delicious.

The pretzels are simply amazing! The place was packed but the line went very quickly and there was ample room to find a seat. If you are looking for the perfect pretzel, this is the place to go.

Fantastic place the rest your bones in the wonderful pretzels and drink lovely coffee! The four floors of fun in this place will keep you wandering and exploring to your heart's content. The top even has a carousel which is wonderful for the kids and you can rest a bit while they play. A must see! Be sure to stop by here.

Some of the best pretzels you will ever have. Stop and try them whenever you are nearby or drive a distance to get them (it will be worth it).

Amazingly rude...I went to the counter at approximately 3:00 PM on Tuesday, 11/14/23. It was not crowded; there was one table where folks were eating. Two young men were conversing behind the counter. I walked up to them and greeted the standing one. Said that I needed a second to see the menu. No response. After a few seconds, I said that I knew what I wanted. The guy looked at me briefly, then turned his head, and continued his conversation. I was kind of shocked, and decided to see what he would do if I turned and walked away. Again, no response. I get to Shipshewana a couple of times a year, but I won't patronize Jojo's

Good pretzels, rolled right in front of you! Was busy on a Saturday morning, but the line moved quickly. And well worth the 10ish minute wait!

My wife and I were in town for a Blue Gate Concert and decided to have lunch at Jo-Jo's. The lunch was very nice, but the Pretzel was AWESOME. Thank you for making our visit to Shipshewana, IN. special.

Let's get this right - unique place, neat decor! The rest of it, just a typical spot to get pretzels, hot dogs, pop. We waited in line for 25 minutes and what we received, well wasn't anything more special than most other usual places.

Was enjoying our lunch (July 29, 2023) when I noticed 3 people at another table with a small DOG!!!! The dog was very cute, even had a bow in it's fur but dog's are NOT allowed in establishments that serve food--it is a serious health code violation in Indiana. The dog was even allowed on the table by the patrons. I went to the counter and explained this violation to the girl and she giggled. I explained that the dog, no matter how cute, still had fur, dander and could have fleas and ticks, she continued to giggle. Will not be back but will be reporting to the Indiana Health Department.

Nothing spectacular and the tables were dirty. I just ate my pretzel in my car. Kinda ridiculous to pay a dollar for cheese when it is obvious it's a pair.

I went for the very first time last week and I LOVED the pretzels. They were the perfect texture. I tried two different ones. The parmesan and the cinnamon sugar. They were both delicious. The pretzels are so filling that I had to pack my cinnamon sugar one to eat later. I devoured it later. Definitely recommend a visit.

GF pretzels were nice to have available. He enjoyed the regular style. Minimal drink selection. The ladies that morning were young and very interested in their conversation more so than customers. However the food was enjoyable.

I've been going to Jojo's since the 90s. Always been my favorite pretzel place! Love the original and cinnamon/sugar pretzels... and the cheese dip. Staff is always friendly and my kids enjoy watching the pretzel making process. I recommend this place to everyone that visits Shipshe!

Great place to take my family when I visit my relatives, very clean. Very good family friendly environment, and most of all SOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!

We love JoJo's! They have the best soft pretzels around and the staff is always pleasant!! The pretzels are soft on the inside with an amazing crust on the outside, coated in melted butter. Their sweet mustard for dipping is the best. They are the only place I've ever had a chocolate Coke and it really is delicious. I've been going to JoJo's for 30+ years and have always been a happy customer. During tourist season, aka flea market season, you will always have to wait in a decent line, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but it's always worth the wait!! You can also watch them make pretzels while you wait in line, which the kids always get a kick out of.

🥨 The very best pretzels served by wonderful staff in a charming environment!

Pickle pretzel has powdered seasoning heavily poured on top, nothing within the pretzel itself. When I ate the first bite, I was taken back by the dry seasoning and accidentally inhaled some. It was an odd experience. The pickle pretzel was good, but I’d advise against this. The original pretzels there are SOOOOOO good, why do anything to mess that original pretzel up? Mustard there is so good, just like last time, we bought a jar to go. Husband had a plain pretzel and he said it was the best soft pretzel he ever had.

We ordered whole wheat pretzels, mine with parmesan, hubbies plain. The marinara dipping sauce made it a pizza-like snack...delicious! We started a new punch card, and hope that we will be able to fill it up and actually use it this time. Last time we filled one up, they said they couldn't accept it b/c people were punching them themselves...I was not a happy camper! But in good faith, we are satisfied customers. When you enter the Davis Mercantile, the smell of the pretzels draws you in! =) Enjoy!

Annual tradition that we stop in for a variety of pretzels! Smiles and friendly employees. It is a busy place especially after Pajama Day Sale but very efficient service.

Good pretzels. They did have gluten-free ones on the menu. Their hot mustard was really good. Also had a chicken salad sandwich and tomato soup which were ok. Staff were friendly and sweet. It was fun to be able to see them making the pretzels.

We visit here every time we are in the area and they are always so good! These pretzels are my favorite, they have a sweetness to them that's so delicious. This is located inside the Davis Mercantile on the main floor, follow the smell!!

All you can say is wow. A great chicken salad sandwich and a even better pretzel. They have a wide selection of products . As simple menu and all delicious. The service is very friendly and helpful as well.

My favorite pretzels in Shipshe! Always a go-to when visiting. Lots of options for toppings and dips. The staff are always very nice and kind. Today when visiting they started to run low on certain items and they handled it very professionally. Kudos to the hard work of the team behind the counter!

Got chill Coney dogs and the chill is nasty like it came out of a bag. They had no onions for them . The cheese they put on there tastes old like it been in that bottle for a long time ..

It was lunch time and a pretzel with an iced latte was perfect. My husband and I shared an iced topping with the pretzel and felt full when we finished. There was a little wait for this flavor pretzel, but it came out hot from the oven and was delicious. I wish we did not live so far away.

Sign for entry was turned the wrong way. My mother is handicapped and was on a scooter. Three people in front of her were waited on that went the same way. They made my mother turn around and go the other way. I ordered a whole wheat pretzel and it was cold and hard. Was told had to make them early so they could keep up with business. I was very disappointed had people in our group of 11 tell me how good it is there. On 7/19/2022 it was a very bad experience and food was bad also.

Whenever we visit Indiana, we have to stop and get a pretzel. Love them so much! My dad did ask if they had pretzel-dogs, they did not but maybe they'll try it out one day.

Hands down THE BEST pretzels are at Jo Jo's! So fresh, so soft and SO YUMMY! We wanted to bring some to the south before we headed home but they weren't open as early as we had hoped. We really regretted not delaying our trip...
