Literally one of the best Go to places for tacos in all Dallas-Fort Worth This location is family owned and operated. Their in-house delivery is beyond fast and without additional upcharge! Highly recommend.

Terrible service 😡 they charge you even for their own mistakes and force you to pay for it no matter what, the truth is that this has never happened to me anywhere, neither in the most expensive nor in the most humble places

Authentic Mexican food Handmade tortillas Good pizza, everything is always delicious

Today, June 2, I ordered an order over the phone for delivery and the person who served me was quite RUDE! He REFUSED to take the order. He hung up on me! because according to her the minimum is $15 dls. The strange thing is that I order food at least 4 times a week and I always pay $11 plus a tip dollar. The service is DOWNLOADING in quality. Either way

Bad service I just called we consume and almost every day we order delivery I ask for my order and they arrive in parts, it doesn't all arrive together, I talk to a lady, I let her know and she answers me if I understand her, she's all rude, she learns to respect, I'm very upset,😡🤬

It's a very bad restaurant. They treat you badly. They throw you out of the parking lot. The owner is very rude. I don't recommend it.

We were in adventurous mood. We came at the suggestion of a friend. We were seated instantly and served fast. My wife ordered the mushroom and pepperoni and pizza. I ordered an enchilada dinner. Both were very tasty. Especially like the beans nice taste of bacon in it. Then again, the cheese in enchilada was extraordinary. I will see this restaurant again for our Company meals. Ordered from work for me and my co workers. They took about an hour to delivery 5 minutes away for 3 meals. Nachos pasta and a personal pizza. I had the fajita nachos and basically got soggy chips with beans and fajita. Really was dissapointed when I had to call about 4 times to speak to the manager but the lady kept saying no then clicking on me. Fanilly the person "in charge" answered I told him the food was bad theres literally no cheese. He responded with have u eaten here before? This is a mexican restaurant theres more beans then cheese in our nachos and of course there gonna be soggy since I had to get them delivered. He asked what do I want him to do about it? I said I am just lettiing you know as a heads up I don't need a refund or yall to owe me food. It was cheap so I guess I should of saw that as a red flag. I just wish they would of made them alot better. The workers need to learn good phone manners its rude to hang up on a paying customer.

However, it's important to note that the affordability is a significant plus. I was able to order two medium-sized pizzas loaded with toppings for just thirty dollars, which is quite a steal. My online order, placed at 7 pm, was ready surprisingly quickly by 7:15 pm. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was exceptionally accommodating, going the extra mile by offering me complimentary ranch dressing. Their customer service added a pleasant touch to the overall experience.

I would always order from this restaurant every time i went to break on lunch. They always deliver to my job and there was even a time that i ordered for the food to be delivered at a certain time ( my break) and they delivered it 30-45 minutes early. And they told me they would send another plate but i have a feeling the guy just waited and came back with the same plate. But thats not the reason im writing this review today. Im writing this because not long after that situation happened ^ I ordered my usual plate. When i was basically already done eating the whole thing i saw that there was a fly in my food!!!! Omg I automatically threw everything up AT WORK. It was so EMBARRASSING. I will NEVERRR EVERR again order from this restaurant and i will let everyone know from my job know not to buy from this place again. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Inspect them plates before you eat just saying.

I Was a faithful customer everytime I ordered it's $25+. My last order it was a problem with my food, A LONG STRAND OF BLACK HAIR IN MY RICE. I asked for my money back on the rice $6.00 (I DIDNT REQUEST A FULL CREDIT) the man accused me of ALWAYS complaining & asking for money back, I've ordered here for over 2yrs this was my 1st time with a complaint, the way I was treated was beyond disrespectful & embarrassing!!! JRS do better!!!!

The tacos and the pizza are really delicious

The food here is decent and authentic. If you are actually Hispanic then the environment should be fine. It's small and has a cantina feel to it. But you can always get food to go or delivered.. Delivery is an avg 45min. I would of given more stars if it wasn't for some disturbing hygiene issues I found out through some previous employers. I don't eat here anymore or allow my family and friends to come here.

Great place to eat! All of our food was delicious and service was great! The only downfall was parking but even then someone came out and helped us find a parking spot. We will definitely be coming back!

I go to JR'S at least once a week sometimes even more, and yes it a whole in the wall with not a lot of parking. I have gone with coworkers, friends, and my family that is how good i find their food. Only once I didn't like their food and that's when I order the pasta Alfredo it was just not to my taste but after that I liked all that I have order. Yesterday they over cooked my personal pizza and offered to redo it but I declined because it was still good for eating. My kids still loved the pizza and I loved that they offered to redo it. Good costumer service and good affordable food. What more do you want.!

One of those wholes in a wall that anyone would enjoy. Limited parking lot, the area where its located doesn't look safe to be around there, it doesn't look safe because its NOT.

This little place is Way More than pizza! I had the taco plate and it was delicious. Fresh made tortillas were soft and fluffy, chicken was tender, the beans and rice was plenty and tasty! I definitely recommend a stop here.
