We absolutely loved our race car themed cookies for my son's 3rd birthday party. Jessica was super responsive in our initial messages, the cookies arrived on time and were just as described and well packaged, not to mention delicious!

Jessica was absolutely amazing!! She made our wedding cake and cupcakes for our local reception and did a phenomenal job. She is incredibly kind and was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The cake and cupcakes were exactly like what we had discussed down to every detail, and they tasted even more wonderful than they looked!! We even had several guests asking what company we used so they could hopefully use them for future events. Jess is SO TALENTED and the sweetest human. She took our ideas and inspiration pictures and turned it into something far beyond our wildest dreams. She created the most beautiful, awesome, unique cake for us that stole the spotlight at our wedding. But it doesn’t end there. The cake tasted AMAZING, and there were so many amazing flavor options. This isn’t your typical wedding cake, folks, this thing was a masterpiece. Our guests were raving. I truly can’t believe we got so lucky to find Jess and have her create our beautiful cake!

Jessica made the cake for my wedding, and she did an INCREDIBLE job. The cake was 3 tiers, beautifully deocrated, and tasted amazing. She was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The tasting samples came in the cutest little box with a sweet note. The experience felt so personal and was just so seamless. It's a beautiful thing to have vendors for your wedding that are on top of it, and Jessica was IT!!! Thank you so much!

I found Jessica on facebook & my experience was top notch! I ordered decorated cookies for my son's graduation from Auburn University in Professional Flight. Jessica used the design I sent her for inspiration and these were the most adorable cookies I've ever seen! My son is a pilot so she did Aubie flying a plane, pilot uniform shirt, War Eagle, AU, and Aubie in a graduation cap! They were perfect & my graduate and his friends loved them! Wow! I cannot say enough about Jessica and her desserts! What began as a Valentine’s Day cookie set for my fiancé turned to endless cookies and desserts for many, many occasions including our wedding! All of our wedding guests would not stop raving about the tasty desserts - we had NONE left by the end of the night! We are lifetime clients now of Jessica’s homemade touch she adds to everything she creates!

Jessica was very responsive and easy to work with and I was told the cake tasted amazing. While I would loved to have left an amazing review like the rest, I was a bit disappointed with the cake as it didn’t turn out the way that I had hoped for. From sketchy lines, to a haphazard design, the reference photos were distinguishably different from the outcome. I had left creative freedom up to the cake artist and f like I was given a cake that was given little care, and less craftsmanship than the other cakes on the page. I was expecting a cake with professional quality and fine designs reflecting the quality of the other cakes on the page, but felt like that wasn’t given with this cake. Cute cake with great taste, just not up to the design standards of the other cakes on the page.

Jessica always goes above and beyond for her clients. She always exceeds my expectations with anything I throw at her. She always uses fresh fruits and ingredients in her cakes, her lemon blueberry cake is our all time favorite flavor as well as red velvet. Her cookies surprise me everytime I see them because they are so realistic and taste amazing. She is a pleasure to work with everytime I need an order. I highly recommend her for any baking needs. Can't wait for fall/holiday season, her pecan pie is absolutely the best I've ever tried!

If you are in need of a cake/baked goods for your wedding day, come here. My husband and I got a small cake for the two of us and served the guests cakesicles which were a huge hit. We barely had any left over which is very impressive. Everything was delicious. There was not one flavor preferred over another because everything was absolutely amazing. And don't let me forget about how gorgeous our cake was 😍

The most important cake of my life was made by her my wedding cake it was beautiful. I wanted lemon cake with lemon filling, it was not overpowering light fluffy just perfect. It was a pleasure working with her to get what I wanted.

We ordered the themed cookies for our daughter’s birthday, and JStory Bakes did a beautiful job in making our vision come to life. She was very prompt with messages and made the whole ordering process easy. The cookies were also delicious and we were very proud to have them displayed at the birthday pArty table. We are having another party this weekend and we cannot wait to try the honey pistachio and German chocolate cupcakes we just ordered. It was by far the best cake I’ve ever had. We received so many compliments on how good it was. Jessica also made cookies for my best friend’s baby shower. I showed her an inspiration picture and the cookies looked great! They also tasted amazing. Not only does she do great work, she is so professional and intentional with what she does. She has great client service. I will for sure use her for all of my baking needs.

I ordered nearly two dozen assorted cupcakes from Jessica on a "we made too much!" Sale and WOW! So delicious!!!! Moist flavorful cake with a very well balanced frosting!! Not too sweet, not lacking, not to light or too heavy!! Not to mention BEAUTIFUL! From the professional packaging, to the dainty wrappers and the gorgeous frosting swirl WHAT A TREAT FOR THE EYES TOO!! Jessica is awesome and her cake are delicious I had a baby shower cake and several birthday cake made by her and I always do the cocoa bomb for Christmas gifts for clients at my salon they are delicious and too cute she is always on time and has great customer service I would recommend her for any event you have!!

Jessica is hands down amazing. I ordered several dozen Halloween themed cookies for our daughters sweet 16. I gave her complete freedom to design them how she wanted and let me tell you she did not disappoint! The cookies looked phenomenal. The attention to detail was incredible. Oh and they tasted divine! Each cookie was individually wrapped to ensure freshness. Literally 2 weeks later and they are still fresh! We just placed our order for Christmas and I can promise you we will keep placing orders. Jessica is professional, responsive, understanding, and super accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about her. My best advise is place your order and let her goodies speak for themselves. You will not be disappointed!

I am so happy we stumbled upon Jessica. We had our wedding last weekend at Unicoi State Park and hired JStory to do three cakes for us vs the typical one. Her communication was beyond expected throughout the whole process, and when we arrived on our wedding day and saw our cakes we were literally speechless. They were one of the main highlights of the night for all of our guests and we literally sat and stared at them multiple times. Thank you so much, Jessica! We recently purchased a birthday cake for my 2-year-old daughter. We asked for a particular design that we found online and the cake turned out EXACTLY the same as the picture I sent her. We asked for the cake to be a confetti cake and she did just that. The best thing that I enjoyed about her cake was that the icing was not too sweet. It was a little sweet, but not over the top like other places. My oldest daughter's birthday is coming up in two weeks and I will be sure to order another cake from JStory Bakes!

Our family has had the absolute pleasure of enjoying not one, but three different desserts from Jessica’s menu recently. I needed two birthday cakes and a cherry pie. She was very responsive and communicated well with me. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I sent her pictures of ideas for one of the cakes, and she NAILED it! Seeing my son smile at his birthday dinner because his cake was so amazing was one of the greatest memories from that night! Every single bite of the cake was devoured! We ordered her Unicorn design cake in strawberry shortcake for our 9 year old daughter's birthday. Delicious!! Jessica's icing wasn't as sugary rich as I expected, which was a plus for us. Her detail work is amazing. Jessica is very talented. We've already placed an order for her Lemon Blueberry cake for Father's Day. Jessica will be our go to for cakes in the future. I've paid more for cakes from other bakeries, and was disappointed in the taste and design work. Everyone bragged on this cake!

My husband and I married during the middle of the pandemic. We didn’t have a traditional wedding cake, I wanted to recreate the first year tradition.
