The ribs and chicken were very good , I will definitely try this place again

I wish they would take cash. They would probably see more business a lot of people turn away because they don't have cards.

I just left juici jerk. The meal is super over priced. Dried out chicken, dried out pork. So salty we call it corn pork in Jamaica. Thought I was going to have a high blood pressure episode before I got home. Rice and peas look like they cooked 20 lbs of rice to 1 lb of peas. Peas still missing in action. Jasmine or Basmati should have been cooked. We certainly paid for it. Outside ambiance shabby. Outside lighting sign not working. You don't seem to care because you posted the shabby looking picture on the internet. $20 a container for low grade food. Poor customer service except for the cashier with red hair. Poor representation of Jamaican cuisine. The person doing the cooking is obviously not a chef but a back yard cook a try a thing. Failed miserably. First time buying the food. Will be the last time. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place would have 6 stars if they served plantain! The chicken is IMPECCABLE!!!!!!!! Get both sauces and mix them, you’ll definitely be back! The Mac needs its own review it’s so damn good.

As the ribs maybe my favorite, the. Customer service is very unprofessional and rude..Please teach the people up front how to properly greet customers without attitude and be attentive to questions that are being asked by your customers. While the wait time was fairly short, there are no seats (I'm elderly) provided. Food was delicious.

We placed an order at 5:30pm and noted we will pick it up at 7pm. When we pulled up the location was closed! Completely unacceptable and we are working on disputing the charge. Deeply disappointed at the lack of professionalism. If they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill orders they shouldn't have accepted. Thankfully I live in NYC which has Jamaican food in abundance. If you want to order online, I wouldn't. They aren't reliable and won't communicate any changes in hours.

Ribs had a good jerk flavor but cooked too fast they were tough😩 Update...returned on 6/29/24...sadly the ribs are STILL TOUGH!! Why do they cook them so fast? Such a waste!

Small parking lot, but never full when I’ve gone. There are parking options around it with a quick walk through the parking lot, if busy. This is NOT a dine in restaurant. I placed my order for pick up online the day of and walked in within 30 minutes of my pick up time and my food was ready. I was greeted as I walked in, but since it’s small inside, the line to pick up/order wasn’t clearly defined. So you may have to speak up/step up to find out what’s going on. I had the jerk chicken and jerk ribs. Portions are perfect and the meat was tender. The bbq sauce comes mild or spicy and the spicy has a good lil kick to it. I also tried the gravy and that has good flavor as well, really seasoned. Really good with the chicken.

The service from the lady at the register was very rude wasn’t kind at all. The ribs was so salty, and dry and the atmosphere was not welcoming will not be back.

Love this place. Jerk ribs are my favorite. At times the wait can be lengthy. If you have the time and patience, it is worth it. Other times they may run out of food. However, it is always hot and fresh when you get it. You have to stand around or wait in your vehicle as there is no seating. The employees are nice. I'll keep coming back.

Where do I start, I believe that once you have a BEEF pattie, you know if the food is going to be good at any Jamaican restaurant. Beef pattie was dry light spice and linger in taste. I ordered the Jerk chicken rice and peas, the rice tasted like it was sitting in the fridge with no cover, cabbage was off the Cain loved it juicy not over cooked or under cooked perfectly cooked, the jerk chicken was dry hard and sauce did not marinate into the chicken Really disappointed and my stomach hurts a little now $67.00 down the drain that's only for one platter I don't want to talk about the Rusta pasta seems like they just boiled the noodles and served it off the stove and throw it inside the container. I hope to come back in the future, and changes are made, but who knows, will tray the next place. By the way, great fruit punch

Juicy what??? The 4 dark chicken meals I got today were dry to the bone! I spent over $90,, but never again after reading reviews of other people saying their food was dry too 👎🏾

The Keith Lee affect is so real I been going to this restaurant since 2021 and it’s never been so many people in there at once but I love to see a business thrive

2nd visit. No pork shoulder was available today. Peas and rice,cabbage, ribs, and chicken were excellent.

The food, customer service, and atmosphere were on point. I came all the way from Tampa FL to patronize this spot that I saw on IG. SHRIMP IN A ZIP LOCK BAG WAS ODD THOUGH.

I stopped by last night for the first time. I tried the rib plate with the 2 sides. Out of maybe 4 or 5 bones, only one wasn't charred burnt. I was really disappointed when I got home which was 20m away to find the charred ones hiding under the good one. The rice and peas were chummy. The cabbage and the one rib bone that wasn't burnt is the reason I rated 2 stars. The cashier was ok, could have been a little more friendly and inviting. I love eating well grilled ribs but these were over grilled.

Online shows $45 for a rack of ribs, in store shows $40 for a rack of ribs. Either way that is the absolute most I have w er seen for a rack of ribs. Higher than Fox Bros and Community Q BBQ. Food display 2 of 5 Taste 3 of 5 Quality 3 of 5 (ribs & chicken dry). Jerk flavor is non existent. Too expensive for very average food. Due to location they seems to stay busy. Too many better locations for less money. Doubt I will return.

This has to be the best jerk chicken.I've had forever juicy, not overcooked.Definitely not dried out and not too spicy.i will try it again,even though it's a 45 minutes drive

I got a large order of jerk pork, 1 large jerk chicken (white meat) meal, and an order of mac & cheese. The food was very well seasoned, cooked to perfection & absolutely delicious.

I’ve come a lot since Keith Lee introduced me. Was even willing to wait 2+ hours for the jerk ribs because they were just that good to me. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered here ribs have been overly charred on the grill forcing me to pluck it off essentially not having the outer skin and the ribs have gotten significantly smaller. Barely any meat anymore.

The food is banging meat BBQ not boiled jerk seasoning just right no hard dry ribs and chicken. Definitely no left over meat premium Jamaican spot hands down!!!!!

Use to go here all the time years ago but I’m not sure what changed. I ordered the large jerk chicken plate with rice and peas and Mac n cheese. Chicken was very dry and the Mac n cheese was extremely salty. The rice had relatively no taste either. I threw my whole plate away and couldn’t finish. I am disappointed that i will not be going here again :/

This is the best Jamaican restaurant I’ve had. The only con that I have is they run out of food often. One day it was cabbage and another day it was the rice and peas. I wish they’d prepare enough to meet the demands. If it’s on the menu, it should be available. Overall, I give it 5 stars. The taste of the food is amazing and the customer service is good.

I’ve been supporting them for 5 years now. The food has been consistently good even as they’ve improved their customer service and upgraded their establishment. This is a gem and I’m happy they made it through the pandemic and continue to thrive.

My Juci Jerk experience was anything but juicy. In fact, it was late and dry. I ordered my food online and arrived 15 min after the promised time. Stood in line for a good 10 min and as asked if I was picking up. I told them I had an online order. Of course, my order isn’t ready. On top of it, the rice and peas would not be ready for another 45 min and the white meat would be an hour. I got some explanation Now we’re 30 min passed the promised time. The lady at the register (really nice) tried to piece everything together for me. I got my food 40 min passed the promised time via online. I get home and taste the food and my dark meat was “charred” and the white meat was a boneless chicken breast cut into strips and was a dry as Georgia clay during a drought. The flavors were there, but the juicy was still on layaway. I may try again, but definitely not on a Saturday and I’ll definitely not do online ordering again just to pay a markup and still have to wait.

Second time visiting the establishment, First time the chicken was okay. Kind of burnt second time yesterday chicken was burnt. Dry, the rice is horrible. Never visit this place again. It's right down the road from my house. That's why I wanted to try it Disappointed twice

Came on Sunday around 330pm.Waited 20 minutes only to find they are out of White Meat and Dark Meat Chicken, and Ribs for they next hour.....Based on your current posted menu, you have 7 you need to be ready to serve your potential customers!

I have now tried visiting this place 3 Times and have always walked away with no food. They are always out of food or there is an hour wait. Never again will I waste my time trying to patronage this business.

Ribs, Chicken and shrimp are all excellent. Service is not great. Don't depend on being able to get through if only two people are available in the restaurant. Called 8 times on the way from Lawrenceville.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant so I made the drive today. The line wasn’t too long. Maybe a 20 minute wait to order. The cashier announced during the wait that Ribs would be an hour. I ordered a Pork and Rib combo at 4:45 and agreed to wait. Went in at 5:45 to get my ribs and the first cashier was gone. When I walked up a note was posted saying no ribs until 7:30 so I proceeded to ask for a refund bc I was told by the previous cashier that it was an hour wait. The lady at the front said “Did I tell you one hour?” And I said no the lady before you did. She then told me they would get my order ready. My order was handed to me. She did open the box and it looked good. Once I got home I noticed that my pork was not in the box. Just ribs. I had assumed that the pork would be under the ribs. So I paid for a combo and only got ribs. The ribs are okay, kind of dry. Sides were okay as well. I’m kind of disappointed and wish I had gotten my complete order.

When the food don’t make it home…you already know it’s good. This was my first time ordering here. Didn’t disappoint. I got the small jerk chicken only. My only regret was not getting a large. I made a u-turn when I noticed that grill fired up. Line was out the door. If you are looking for authentic, Mobay and ochi summer night jerk chicken…look no more! Your taste buds will be in for a treat indeed. Portions were great. Thank you again!

I got the worst food poisoning of my life from here. I didn't think I've ever been so sick.

I drive from Atlanta to Stone Mountain because I love the jerk chicken plate, but the lady who takes the order doesn't feel welcoming when you come in or order your food. This is every time I go there. She makes you wait while she take her time with ever she is doing while people are coming in the door. No one's knows if you are in line to order or if you are wait to pick up your order because she just smirks & just looks. So when you go just be prepared to ask the customers if they are waiting to pick up or order! Trying to support black restaurants is harder to do when the customer service isn't the best & you are paying your money.....

Nightmare to order anything. They won’t take orders till 6:00pm and then they stop accepting order at 6:08pm on a Wednesday.

The ribs were delicious. The chicken was really dry and the rice and peas were flavorless. I gave 4 stars for the ribs alone.

Best Jamaican food I’ve had in a very long time!

This is my 2nd time visiting this establishment. The menu is very limited. Rice/peas and cabbage are the only sides offered with the meals. My first visit, I ordered jerk chicken and ribs plate, and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything was very good, especially the Mac and cheese. I'm not on that side of town offen but today I was and decided to order lunch. I arrived a little bit after 12 (opening time) there was two patrons waiting outside for them to open. When the first person ordered, the worker informed him it would be 20 minutes on cabbage (no substitutions). When I placed my order, we don't have the Mac n cheese yet, it's on the way. The Mac n cheese was my main reason for coming. At that point I didn't order anything. Like how are yall late opening, and don't have stuff ready? They definitely need to work on being more consistent if they want to keep customers returning.

I drove 45 minutes to try this food. The lady there today on 3/7/2024, “who looks looks a moose” was soooo disrespectful rolling her eyes since we walked in the door! Then when asked for the extra gravy that’s was PAID for acted nasty. She then decided to come out her face for extra gravy which was a up charge for! Now to get all the way home “45 min” , to over cooked rice is also upsetting! I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant to be disrespected! The guy in the back came out and said nothing to her being disrespectful to customers! The many people that was there to order were all shocked at the attitude from this farm animal! I only gave this place a 1 star because there was no option for a zero!!!

Some of the best jerk I’ve had in America, yes, the entire country. It’s hard to find authentic Jamaican jerk but this place does it. I’ve lived in NY and ATL, this spot gets it right 95% of the time. They sell out a lot but it’s worth the headache lol.

Got the chicken and ribs. The white meat chicken was very dry, but seasoned well. The lady at the front also forgot my drink. I ended up getting bad food poisoning that same day I ate the food. I was throwing up all night.

Unfortunately, I will not speak on the food as I always come here when I can to get food. I drive all the way from six flags to come here on Sunday to rudely get told by the girl Behind the counter that they are closed. And tapping the glass telling me to read the sign. She was extremely rude. If you are closed then why wouldn’t you just lock the door! 5 stars on the service but unfortunately 1 star on the attitude. I drove too far for that type of attitude.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food today. The food is not consistent. I have visited before and my meal was well seasoned and tasty but today it was bland and nasty. I will not be returning, the wait is too long for nasty food.

It’s a Friday night , I love black business but yall need to hire more people at front desk . The lady at front desk been left for 20min now . Everybody is just standing here waiting to order or waiting for an order. Nobody has no clue what’s going on . And the floor is sticky that’s nasty 🤮.

After I called twice to be sure that they were open and to confirm my meal choices would be available I drove from Atlanta all the way to Memorial Dr. to be told that they would not be taking any further orders until after 5:30pm. I am West Indian and it’s ALWAYS US

I always order here and enjoyed it. However tonight I went to order my usual, jerk pork and chicken meat only which cost $17+. However when I received the food, i was disappointed as the portion size was HALF the usual. I asked the lady that served me why and she said that's how it is. Like are you serious? They are charging people full price for half the food? Second time being disappointed here. See picture of my $17+ meal. I will never go back

Good customer service, fast service time. Ribs were well seasoned & so was the chicken, but the chicken was a little dry. I got a meat only plate this time, definitely will return to try the sides & the ribs will probably be my go to meat order.

I had Jerk Chicken, rice & peas & cabbage! It was delicious! Extra kudos to Juci Jerk because the chicken was grilled on a wood fire or charcoal grill which enhanced the taste exponentially!!! I will be back soon!

Ordered at 5:14 pm and I watched as 10 people walked in and placed orders for the same item. I then proceeded to ask the women at the counter what reason was the others served before me as we ordered the same thing and the responded I can’t fit the orders on the counter together. It sucks that when establishments preferable food is owned by people of color the service tends to be a let down more often than not. Also clean the vent above the counter looks nasty lucky yall food good.btw got my food at 6 jerk chicken meal. Smh

The food was delicious and the portion sizes are huge. I wasn’t a fan of the Mac and Cheese but the ribs and pork were both tender and seasoned. Just keep in mind it’s only takeout but the food was still amazing after an hour drive home.

Only reason I decked one star on the atmosphere is that it’s a real tiny spot and the smoke comes inside otherwise don’t let that stop you. We got 2 packs of the triple jerk platter and the portion was excellent, meat was juicy and tender, seasoned and the charcoal made me feel like I was eating from a shack in Jamaica. It’s a 30 minute drive from me but we’d definitely become regulars. Thanks to Keith Lee from sharing this gem. I had driven past it and never knew they existed. For someone who didn’t order via phone my wait time wasn’t too bad - 15 minutes average on a Friday evening and my lady at the front was a sweetheart. Highly recommend

One of my favorite Jamaican spots. Great food, fresh meat off the grill is a plus!! There food are always fresh. They never disappointed me and I’ve eaten here several times. Try the pepper shrimp!! Worth it

Just a tad bit disappointed considering that I come here all the time and since they blew up off of Keith Lee, I normally have to call back to back to back all day to get an order for three hours out, which I don’t mind doing it all. It’s been really hectic trying to get food from here. It just said that the regular customer that I’ve been spending 60 or $70. Every time we come a few times a month are getting no consideration.

Im a Chi Town girl and it was hard to find a decent jerk place until I ate here. The best jerk chicken in the Atlanta area!

Too busy to take orders. Their operations hours don’t match what’s listed. Was told no walk in order until 5pm!! I don’t have 2 hrs to wait and it’s not a guarantee they have what I want available. This is the second time this has happened. It took me over an hour to get here! Can’t place online order either. So frustrating.

Food is always good but over the years things have changed.They don’t answer the phone.They are always out of the few items they have.No ribs or no chicken or no rice. I drove a distance to find out they were cashless and only had meat!Dissapointed customer🤦🏾‍♀️

The ribs were delicious, been a long time I’ve had dry rub ribs that can hold their own! the portions were enormous, the prices are valuable the customer service was top tier and heck! even their customers were friendly! I will be back again and keep coming back u til I try everything on the menu.

Jerk chicken is good. The ribs are decent. And the jerk pork is drying chewy. Waited an hour to receive my food even though I was told it would take 20 minutes. The wait times are extremely long and I do not think that they are prepared for the large volume. If you do not wanna wait an hour for your food, I do not suggest this restaurant.

The ribs here are the best that I've had in a long time. I've been wanting to try then for a couple of weeks but the parking lot was always full. This time I had time to wait bc we really wanted ribs. The lot was still full and people were parking in adjacent lots but I waited in line not even 10 minutes and was quoted 20 for my food to be ready (it was ready under 15 minutes). The food was amazing and the portions were more than I expected for the price. The ribs were tender and flavorful I must add. I ordered 2 large rib trays and was able to have a full meal for two days with tray. THE KICKER, MY DAUGHTER WENT BACK FOR HER LEFTOVERS THE NEXT DAY!! SHE NEVER EATS HER FOOD AFTER THE THE FIRST DAY. That is very telling. I will recommend this place to any and everyone.

This was my first time visiting Juci Jerk. The pork was really good seasoned well the chicken was burnt but overall food was good. The wife and I will visit again soon. We have lived nearby for years and didn't know this place was so close.
