I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and Karen and I would like to start off by saying how wonderful and sweet those ladies were! I was looking to get my engagement ring rhodium plated and they did a wonderful job! My engagement ring looked brand new and I am absolutely obsessed! I would also like to add that my daughter and I were greeted by the sweetest pup and my daughter did not want to leave the store! This store is absolutely the best Jewelry store around. You walk in and they take personal interest in what you are looking for. They help and guide you to the perfect gift. I visited K Hollis Jewelers in search of a replacement diamond for my engagement ring. All of the employees were so warm and welcoming and the store is simply beautiful. I met with Corey Perlman who made several diamond recommendations. He listened to what I wanted and ordered in the perfect diamond for my ring. This was a major purchase and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure to make a rash decision. Karen Hollis (the owner) was so friendly too. I’m so glad that I went to K Hollis and I will definitely go back in the future.

I came here because of the amazing reviews and I had a bad experience. I came in to see what could be done about my engagement ring because I bent it. When the lady came back with my ring, she told me that due to the damage if they fixed the ring, it would never look the same as it originally did. Obviously this is bad news but didn’t bother me until I asked WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE, Because obviously I’d want my ring to look the same or similar to the original. She didn’t give me any options for resetting until I offered it as an option, after asking what ALL OF MY OPTIONS ARE. this is my favorite and most prized piece of jewelry and this woman couldn’t care less about it. She didn’t even TRY to give me options. I left here a sweating from anxiety because she told me my ring would never look the same again and crying because she was not helpful at all. I hope you all have a better experience than me but I’m VERY disappointed, I did my research on this jeweler and I was so happy to be able to find one with amazing reviews. I’m so disheartened and I’ll def be going elsewhere.

When my mother was dying I remembered she had given me a charm bracelet that had 50 years of charms during her marriage. Brenda was able to remove the charms and put them on silver chains for the women in our family. This symbol was so sentimental and treasured by all .
