K2P has one of the best banh mi (Vietnamese baguette) around central Florida. They make their bread fresh and they have good Vietnamese iced coffee as well (their coffee is like crack, very addicting). My favorite banh mi from them is the BBQ meat but I switch to special combination (cold hams & meat) sometimes. Their BBQ banh mi is really good. PRO - Baguette is crispy and good, friendly staff members, great iced coffee, and they sell other store made specialty. CON - Their special combo banh mi is salty sometimes and if your order is under $10 you would not able to pay via card.

This is the only place I come to for the banh mi sandwich when I come to Orlando. They bake their french baguettes fresh everyday and make their own pattié and pickled vegetables.

Just like last time I was in orlando 2 banh mi spots in a day. First one was a not that great k2p has by far the better bread and much fresher. Not as good as the cake lady down town that shut down but its gonna be my go to when im in town.

Was surprised with the quality of the $5 foot long sandwich. Highly recommend the grill pork one. Took 1 star away because I asked for spicy on my sandwiches but didn’t get them.

The best banh mi I ever had. I’m absolutely hooked. For $5 you get a huge sub with delicious filling and fresh vegetables. The bread is made here too. If you are paying with card please note there is a $10 minimum. They may ask if you want your veggies in your sandwich or in a bag. I’m addicted and I think everyone needs to try this place.

Come for the Banh Mi, stay for the selection of handmade vietnamese delicacies prepared fresh every day. Pork bun, delicious. Sesame donut, scrumptious. Fresh baked baguette, delectable. Also have a nice selection of drinks, though their offerings are a little limited, but still good.

Hands down the best Grilled pork Bahn Mi sandwich... I'm a New Yorker and loves to eat... I have yet to find a better grilled pork Bahn Mi sandwich... Get it with everything inside (Watch out for the Jalapenos) ask for extra butter it makes a difference.

Best Vietnamese sandwich in Orlando, they give good quality and more meat, compared with others places which gives cheap and bad quality meat.

I'm the first to review! Maybe because this gem is a little hard to find. It's on the backside of the plaza, not facing the road, but facing 1st Oriental Supermarket. I wasn't sure what they had at 0800 to eat and my husband is VERY American, so I was a little (a lot) scared. My husband wanted coffee and he likes hot coffee, but they only had iced. I looked at him for approval, and surprisingly, he said "sure". I got an Iced Latte, a Pate Chaud and per the little Vietnamese lady's recommendation, Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Sandwich). I wasn't sure if this white boy was down for a sandwich for breakfast, but, AGAIN, he obliged. Everything was delicious and FRESH! I was pleasantly surprised by the Pate Chaud. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was amazing. The flaky pastry crumbled and melted in my mouth at the same time. I had to take a second bite immediately to get the pate taste. My husband said I should have gotten another one, especially since it was only $1!!!! Well, he went back for FIVE more. We NEVER come on this side of town and I was so excited that he wanted to browse. I would definitely return to this hot spot...just not at night. :)

It’s not the service.. everyone is to themselves here.. but the food is great. They are fast and reliable. They take your calls and accept credit cards. Funny how that can make a difference. I think the location is convenient for me.. I don’t have to go all the way to Mills to grab great banh mi.. It is located in the same plaza as 1st Oriental Market.. next door to Bambu.. and a bunch of other restaurants .. like KBBQ or ramen.. Anyways.. A+ for great sandwiches and a short drive. I think everyone should stop by if they are looking for a quality banh mi sand which shop!

Great Banh Mi. The texture of the bread was good. Crispy but not hard. Doesn't hurt when u eat it. The inside is chewy. The meat tasted fresh, same with the veggies they used.

My favorite Banh Mi place in Orlando, maybe the entire world. The bread is always fresh, and the filing is good. Always call ahead because they can get busy. Great value for your money compared to most other places in Orlando.

Very busy, call ahead. Fresh bread. We had to wait for the bread to finish before our oder was fulfilled. Sidenote if your getting coffee go next door where it's made fresh to order, but otherwise this place is very good.

Don’t understand how this place has a 3.7. I get the “special” banh mi and it is hands down the best banh mi I’ve had in Orlando. Freshest ingredients, yummy crunchy bread, and it’s the biggest you’ll get for the value. This place isn’t close to me, but I’ll make the trip for this every time.

Pros: Bread and all the materials inside the sandwiches are made in-house. These are best when it's fresh, and they are always making them fresh whenever you go. I've been at various times of the day and my sandwiches have always been warm and crispy. If you do not eat it immediately, I recommend keeping the veggies separate so the bread doesn't get soggy. If you eat it later, try to toast it in the toaster oven before eating and you won't regret it. My boyfriend is Vietnamese and he's brought me to multiple shops around town, but this place is our go-to. Cons: A lot of the staff have poor English. Occasionally, they have a person up front who has good English. I don't have any complaints as a non-Vietnamese-speaking individual, although I know some people have concerns about it. It's not a problem if you know what to order. They are friendly people, especially the young lady in the front.
