Greek fries. And classic gyro. DELICIOUS

Well, it’s happened to one of my favorite places to meet for business lunches and dinners. We’ve been going here for many many years and today was a terrible experience. There’s been a few times I overlooked it but now it’s the end. The food was subpar the request for additional sauce was meant with an additional up charge when there wasn’t enough sauce on my Greek salad in the start my $25 Greek salad. And the response from the Staff at the register at my table was like whatever. The manager did come out and have a good conversation and explained why cost of gone up but I go to a lot of restaurants in town and lately. Some are doing really well at competition and lowering their costs and they’re very busy and like this place was a ghost town at 2 PM.

Really delicious and fresh Greek/Mediterranean food. Fast service.

Good food and service, nice ambience portion sizes are huge. Would like to try more of their stuff.

Low quality of dishes. The fries were not good, and the feta was barely recognizable. The concept of the bowl I ordered was promising, but poorly executed: sweet potatoes overcooked, tasteless lentils, falafels were flavorful inside but too much fried. Overall, very poor quality and greasy. Gives the impression of being reheated, lacking freshness in ingredients.

Nice vegetarian selection. The falafel was good - will get that again. The fries were only ok - won't get those again. Good beverage selection. Attentive, without being intrusive staff.

So tasty! This is where we are stopping whenever we come to visit our brother in Shoreline. It tastes so good. And a drive thru?! Ah I will definitely come here again

I saw a restaurant while passing by. I am originally from Turkey and I am a kitchen chef. Since I am a chef of Turkish, Greek, Arabic and Italian cuisine, I know gyro and medeteryan restaurants very well. So I stopped and ordered myself a lamb gyros, but it was really bad food, it was cold, the ingredients were very bad and it was cold, I repeat, cold.

My meal was not hot. did not enjoy

They really nickel and dime you here but the food is good. They charges 1.50$ to add feta to your gyro, feta cheese should already be on a gyro.

An ant was on my plate and the meat was very dry for lamb.

Best gyro I've had in a long time. The lamb was exquisite and the sauce, delicious! Oh! And don't forget to try those truffle fries! Super yummy!

We haven't been to Kafe Neo for a very long time due to a few less than stellar dining experiences in the past. When it was still good--prior to 2019 and they had live Greek music on Sundays--we ate there often. So we tried it again and were pleasantly surprised. It appears to have new ownership, as the founder's portrait is on the wall instead of the beautiful murals of the Greek Islands that were on the walls before. There was no live music, but the food has improved substantially: The meat was tender, the seafood was Seattle-out-to-dinner quality (not fresh with a snap, but of acceptable probably previously frozen quality), the spicing and textures were good. Also, the desserts were of a normal size, rather than the demitasse cup tablespoon sampler pretending to be a dessert that was served here in 2019. Overall a good dining experience. I do wonder about the tip though, as my receipt reads, "20% of your tip goes to our support staff." I hope that 100% of any tip that I leave in a restaurant goes to the staff, starting with the wait-person and from there, if the wait-person wishes to share, to the cooks, bus-persons, dishwashers, etc. The way it reads it sounds like ownership keeps 80% and gives the staff only 20% of the tip to divide.

Really good gyro. Added feta cheese which was an upcharge but worth it! Wish we had a Kafe Neo near where I live. Will return when in the area.

Updating my review since the place seems to have changed substantially in the past two years. Dinned-in for lunch and it was fast, tasty and reasonably priced. The quality of the food isn't the best in the area, but it's miles above the experience I had 4 years ago. Way to go!

They have gluten-free pita bread and falafel! Update: The food is getting more flavorful!

This is a go to for Greek takeout, love their gyros, Greek salad and gyro fries!

I'm looking forward to a Christmas gathering at Keto Neo Edmonds, as recommended by a friend! Excited to explore Mediterranean cuisine, I asked the waitress for the best dishes. While I enjoy pasta with white sauce and find the soup acceptable, the real highlights for me were the appetizer, Hummus Plate, and the refreshing Mango plus Peach Italian Soda. It's on the pricier side, but I wanted to try something different. Overall, a tasty experience, though next time, I might venture beyond pasta. Definitely not the cheapest, but worth the culinary adventure!

While placing my order I had questions about the item I was ordering (quinoa bowl) I asked the server if it was served with cooked vegetables or raw. The server started frantically writing on his note pad while giving me an welcomed vibe. He stated the dish was cooked and mixed together. When I received my order I was surprised it was infact a cold dish and he somehow thought I didn't want bell peppers because they were removed from my dish. I'm sure this could have been avoided if he could comprehend questions simply by listening and/or maybe development of English. Still annoying though. He asked if "everything was ok" but at that point if figured I may as well explain to the napkin dispenser.

I love Mediterranean food but I did not care for the food at this restaurant. I ordered one chicken kabob sandwich to go and one that I ate at the restaurant. The tzatziki sauce had no flavor to it whatsoever it was more like sour cream. Did not taste any garlic and absolutely no dill. Missing the chopped cucumber. The chicken was tough and stringy which I think is hard to do. There are other good options in this place I literally did not eat but half my food. And I did not get my to-go order I just left. Not very good

Very nice and clean inside and out, food is delicious every time I get the lamb gyro and it is the best I have ever had, people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend

I've been ordering the Chicken Ceasar Gyro for years and will be eating this as long as I'm alive and Kafe Neo is serving it!

The gyro bread was stale and chewy on all three I ordered and there was hardly any sauce on them. The greek fries were not crispy and just had a sprinkling of feta on them, no sauce. Overall displeased with the entire order. I've been to other locations that had a different options and better quality but this place seems to miss the mark.

Via Uber Eats, I ordered the vegan delight gyro and French fries. The serving sizes for both was great. I enjoyed the gyro. Very filling and flavorful. The fries were bland - hardly any salt, no ketchup packets included. They provided one napkin and fork/knife. I would order from here again, just not the fries.

The missing thing is yogurt drink and good lunch combo that includes hummus.

The portions were very small for the price. The rice was not good. We did not really enjoy our food and won’t be ordering again.

The best part is they have delicious gluten free pita bread!

I ordered a salmon gyro. The flavors were good, but the gyro was greasy beyond recognition. So much so, that the pita was completely soaked and disintegrating. That made it close to inedible. The one saving grace was the salmon was good.

The worst Greek food ever. I ordered the plate lamb. And the brought boiled lamb with some seasonings. It was sour tasting and was disgusting. My husband had the gyro meat plate same thing. It seems like its premade then defrosted in a microwave. Never going back there

I had lunch when they opened at 11. I got the chicken caesar gyro. It was very good. I’m not one for warm lettuce because it can get soggy, but the romaine was nice and crisp. Vegan and veggie options available.

Used to be one of my favorite places. My wife has been a customer since the 90s and I have been coming here since 2004. Lately quality has gone down dramatically, prices have gone way up, and service has been lacking. Many of our orders from Kafe Neo are incorrect. I would blame Uber Eats, but even when I order takeout there are issues. My recent order was all messed up, I contacted Uber eats and got a $5 credit on 3 $20+ orders that were each messed up. I know it's hard to find workers. I know they are bigger than they used to be. I know ordering online is imperfect, but if I'm spending $70+ for two adults and a child, for a meal that is completely messed up and doesn't taste great, I might as well go to Jack In The Box next door. Really sad Kafe Neo, you'll be missed.

Honestly some really really good food. Well priced, full of flavor, but I didn't walk away feeling like it was too heavy. Great options too!!! I had a kalamari gyro, something I haven't seen elsewhere before. Very clean, nice decor. Extremely friendly and friendly staff :) felt very very welcome and well taken care of. All smiles! Will be returning.

Incredibly tasty gyros. Definitely coming back. Had the classic gyro. Kids had the lamb gyro and everyone walked away completely happy. Great food and service.

Kafe Neo is a long time favorite and they did not disappoint. Their gyros and salads are top notch. The best part is they have delicious gluten free pita bread!

Great tasting food but be careful about what you order as takeout from here. The portions can be incredibly small for what you pay. This was their chocolate mouse…smaller than a single spoonful.

A mix of casual and fancy, this restaurant is a multi-occasion place to eat. At lunchtime you order at the counter. The food is tasty and well-prepared, (with only one exception during 25+ visits). They offer interesting Greek wines as well as food, and a variety of deserts. it's a good place for Take Out, too.

The food and service has been great each time I've been here. Lots of menu options and fairly priced. I'll be back for sure.

I ordered the Musaka and I also ordered my boyfriend a gyro with fries and a drink. I went to this restaurant a couple years ago. It was a lot better back then. The servers took your order at the table and actually checked on you to see if the food was good and if you were in need of anything. This time I had to order my food at the counter and get my own soft drink. Which is fine, but when you pay at the counter and they suggest an 18 percent tip for the server, that's were I feel a bit irritated. 18 percent tip is pretty steep to pay for a server who is just carrying your food to your table. The server never checked back to see if I liked my meal, they didn't clear away any of the dishes that were sitting around after we ate either. People who work at McDonald's do the exact same thing, but don't put a suggested tip at the bottom of your receipt. I felt like I did part of the work for my server by going up to the counter to order my food. So I didn't tip 18 percent. The meat was very dry on the gyro and my Musaka tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The Musaka came with a greek salad and pita bread. With one glass of wine, everything cost over $50.00. I really was disappointed. I don't think I will go back.

Delicious food. Interior is very pretty and much more modern looking than you anticipate. I've driven past a million times and the exterior always turned me off. Really nice and classy inside.

We went here for my birthday dinner. Staff were wonderful and the outdoor patio was terrific! Food was even better.

Best Greek food you'll find anywhere. It's very quiet and not too bright. There are booths and tables, plus they have a great, quiet outdoor seating area with umbrellas and heaters. They have a combination dish (Neo Combo) that is a MUST to try! Their souvlaki is especially good, and if you order it as a full dinner plate, be sure to try their potatoes or Greek french fries. Also, their moussaka is incredible, either as a full dinner or as part of the Neo Combo. Lastly, if you like a good Greek salad, theirs is great as either a full salad or as a side salad with a fill plate dinner, and I suggest adding some grilled chicken, too.

Sorry but every place cant be 4.5 stars in the Seattle area (im from Boston). I got a falafel plate, soup and side of fries for $25 to go. Thats kinda pricey! Anywho the falafel was microwaved and rice pilaf tasted from an uncle Bens box. Super disappointed but i havent seen many places rated less than 4 stars here so i was hoping for a good falafel

Salad is not fresh and caused me to get stomach aches. The proportions are EXTREMELY small for the price. No real tiziki sauce, none of the workers are even Greek. Plz do yourself a favor and get REAL GREEK CUSINE.

A decent place for the cost. Not exceptional but I would I would still recommend giving it a try. Photos are of the gyro plate and spartan pork skewer.

This is a favorite place to eat, with my family. The Gyro's are delish. You can order several varieties or make it a combo with fries or salad and a drink. In the summer I 💕 me to sit outside and soak up the sun.

Prices have gone up, up pretty good! I feel I need a replacement bun, flattens and gets soggy, lol!

Love Kafe Neo. They have the best AvgoLemono, sautéed mushrooms, and Gyro meat.

Finally got to try this place out, after about 3 years of hearing out it. It did not disappoint! We dined in, the place was not super busy on a Friday night. Great vibe inside. We got some Greek style wine and beer, both were solid. Also some Greek fries, a signature gyro, and she got a power bowl. All super fresh ingredients and some distinctive ingredients as well. My gyro had some avocado and pesto in it, which was super bomb. Her bowl wasn't as "traditional" but sweet potatoes and Kale were included. Either way great place for dine In or take out. Definitely recommend.

Great spot for a good bite of Mediterranean food. I ordered some food for a quick work lunch meeting. I was able to order easily over the phone: My order was taken down efficiently and accurately. The food was hot & ready when I arrived about 10 minutes later. I ordered the Quinoa bowl w/falafel Greek sandwich Chicken gyro Lamb gyro - this sandwich was mine & the Lamb wasn't ground is was in chunks and was like eating pot roast! Tender and flavorful.

Stopped by on drive down the coast. Salmon gyro was Fantastic and way exceeded expectation. My wife loves the traditional gyro. Can’t wait to go back

Worst Greek place I've been to- that fancy decor does not match the quality of their food. Overpriced and mediocre. So completely underwhelming that I felt ripped off for what was supposed to be a dinner sized veggie plate of leftover tasting dried out falafels, lentil? Soup that tasted like Campbell's tomato canned soup with beans and dolmas that also tasted like they came out of a can along with soggy discolored pinch of shredded lettuce - Charged $22 for an appetizer plate of bland Greek simplicity. Would recommend gyro express in Woodinville as they actually prepare fresh food you can see and taste worth your money in quality and quantity. Kafe Neo is a poor excuse for Greek cuisine.

Really awesome food. My salad was perfect, my husband got the faki which was delicious, a Greek salad that had tomatoes that actually tasted like tomatoes, and the beet and quinoa bowl which was so good he is trying to replicate at home. My nephew's lamb gyro was outstanding. Eat here, you'll be happy.

I picked beef on sticks. I love their soup. The place is quiet and not so many people. They have free WiFi. The foods seems cooked really nicely and healthy.

It's been 4 yrs since I last came here, but the dishes were just good if not better, refreshing Greek Salads and my favorite lentils, "φακες", Για σας λεβεντις

I'm new around here. Stumbled upon this place through a delivery app and then noticed it driving by and stopped in. Super charming cafe style restaurant. Fun decor and ambiance. Excellent menu. I love the ancient grain bowls. Bottles of wine for sale at really fair prices. Excellent place for a casual date...just gotta find me a date now!! lol

The food was good. The waiter was inexperienced but kind and tried hard to please.
