The food was immaculate and deserves 5-stars as a whole; it was highly seasoned and filling. Ambience and service was also high quality. I ordered Lamb Biryani, Meat Samosas, and Mango lassi, and I strongly believe it was the best indian food I've had. Thank you, 🙏🙏.

The buffet provided a quick lunch option that I needed. There was a decent selection. Everything I ate , had decent seasoning and was cooked properly. The service was good as well. Highly recommended for around $13.

We had a party of eight. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The food was delicious!! We will definitely go back. I’m interested in trying the Buffett.

Visited on a whim for a weekday lunch. Was surprised to find they offered a buffet and everything looked very good. Enjoyed two plates and everything was delicious. The bill was $13 and included a basket of warm naan. I couldn’t believe it! Best value AND flavor. They even have a punchcard for repeat visitors. This would be an excellent option for anyone interested in trying Indian food, or for anyone like me who doesn’t want to settle for a single plate!

My first experience with traditional Indian food. Was a great experience. All the dishes we tried were really great. Very big menu to choose from. They have a bar area, as well as wine and draft beer. Service was really good too!

I ordered a chicken biryani from this place, it’s too oily and it doesn’t even taste near to a biryani’s. Worst biryani I ever had in USA. I don’t know about other items. But if you’re looking for a biryani this is definitely not the place. Worst taste , too much oil, half cooled chicken and rice 🙏🏻.

Great service and the buffet is fun!

Called in for pickup, I got buttered chicken, chicken kadhai, garlic naan and a mango lassi and everything was really good. The person i talked to was polite and everything was ready when i got there. They had a nice dining room as well, i just didn't stick around to eat. I would recommend trying this place out

I am writing this review because of the lack of customer service I received at this location. I’ve had Indian cuisine before mainly in Raleigh/cary area. And I paid for my food and didn’t get a receipt I told The young lady I’d be outside sitting down waiting for 10-15 min the duration she said it would take to make the dish. I walked back in and it was a different person at the counter. I didn’t give a name cause no name was asked for when I paid with Apple Pay. So I asked was it ready and they accused me of not paying for it. When I in fact had paid for it, I had to show them my Apple Pay notification on my cellphone I will not be returning to this location ever again due to their lack of communication and the fact that they thought I was trying to leave without paying for my meal when I clearly had already paid for it. This is degrading and embarrassing to do to a paying customer.

The Lunch Buffet is the best value in Greenville. Fresh nan every time! Garlic nan is my favorite. Salad is delicious. Dessert items on buffet are very good. The Indian coffee is perfection!

The beatttttt indian food you will ever eat

We have long been fans of Kasturi Indian Cuisine, and ordered ~$90 from them once a week during the pandemic, but we recently took it to another level by hosting a party in their pub venue. They worked with me to create a customized buffet for 45 guests with spice levels appropriate to my family and friends. They also made huge amounts of mango lassi drinks to keep a dozen kids happy. The party was a smashing success thanks to the great team at Kasturi. The discussions on price were fair, and they treated my guests like family. Family coming from as far away as New York and Washington DC were surprised and impressed by the quality of food they served us. We love Kasturi and will miss it when we move.

Amazing service, honestly best I’ve had in Greenville! They have my business for as long as I’m in greenville!! edit: Just tried the food ( it is my first time trying indian curry) and it’s amazing! the seasoning and flavor is on point and the portions were good for the price. 10/10!!

Very nice place. I was surprised to know that they have an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet during the week. And the food was fantastic. The only complaint I could conjure up was that the waiter didn’t engage our table very much, but to be honest, I like being left alone while I dine for the most part. Highly recommend.

I did like the food but there was no Lamb here, all the other indian places ive been at ive tried their lamb, but there was none so i tried the other foods. It was buffet style, all the food i had was all chicken, some spicey some not, the sauces were great and the food that i had was excellent. the service.... we werent asked what kind of drink, we were given water. Personally I dont mind, i liked it. it was a good atmosphere, but the waiter we had would only come around when he wanted, and would refill our drinks even if it wasent half gone, so that was good service on the drinks, but if you tried to flag him down, he was already gone. I tried to talk to him to see what else was offered besides buffet but he just kept knodding his head and not responding, so i gave up. the whole look of the place matches the atmosphere of indian cuisine, and it is pretty good and a great feeling.

IDK why this place isnt super busy. This place is amazing. The chicken Tikka is soooo good and my husband loves the seekh chicken and butter chicken. We try a different appetizer each time we go. The veg pankoras are like little hushpuppies so amazing. Update- reviewed this place 4 months ago and I'm still addicted to the chicken Tikka, onion chutney and the bread basket. My husband has tried the fish tikka, and chicken biryani he loved them both. If I worked in greenville I would be going to this place atleast once a week.

My sister and I tried this place for the 1st time & fell in love! Definitely going back asap. I dined in but got something to go for a friend who loved it as well.

Best Indian restaurant in town in my one week trip to Greenville I tried and ate Dal Makhni and Tadka, Chicken Achari, Tandoori chicken all were taste amazing and made with real Indian spices. Last night I tried Onion Kulcha it was so delicious I wish I had Oder that 2 . Thank you. Paneer bhurji so delicious it’s amazing thank you so much I must recommend Paneer bhurji one of my favorite and chef of this restaurant made this memorable I love it

Absolutely LOVE this place. The food is outstanding. Reasonably priced, incredible taste and quality, great beverage selection. They have unique items on the menu I have not seen at other Indian restaurants. The service is fantastic and friendly.

My first time eating Indian food I will be ordering from here again! I got my food delivered and it was still hot and fresh when I got it. The restaurant is also adorable & the employee I talked to was very sweet. This also makes a good place to have a date <3

Great customer service & delicious food!

I have dined in and taken out number of times from this restaurant. The staff is ok but needs to be more polished for a restaurant business. The food is good if not excellent They are making some changes in their menu and food. Hopefully they will get better over time. I will keep an eye and update the rating in that case but for now they are 3 out of 5

My husband and I love trying new foods and the food here was amazing. The service was excellent and the waitress a waiter were very helpful at explaining the spice level before ordering food as well as what each dish had in it. I will be seeing them again for their amazing food.

I would not recommend going there

Worst experience ever!! They didn't even care to give us food. We left without food. Restaurant was empty but a man came and said waiting time is 40 minutes, give me order and sit. Very rude. He was like if you want to wait, wait or just leave. We left and he didn't care. Indians this restaurant is not for us!!!!!!

Was not bad for a strip mall eatery. Was definitely overpriced for the food and experience. Very loud conversations from staff and thank goodness they had one tv playing Indian mtv to drown things out. Food was fine but nothing to write home about.

Been here four times after visiting outer banks. They're Palak Paneer was really delicious lot of flavor, tho the paneer was a bit tough. A lot of vegetarian options for my wife. Love their Chicken 65, the spices seem to include lemon rind or something strong. But it was not served in a wet sauce that I like, so I covered it with the sauce from their goat dish. I also like the chicken tikka masala and their tandoori chicken was very flavorful despite the piece I had being a bit overcooked. They have full accoutrements of sauces and chopped cilantro onions tomatoes, as well as a salad and fruit bar. Lot of options at this place. I will note my wife and I both had a little tension in our abdomen after the meal. I'm thinking it was just too much cream or too much salt, both of us ended up being fine. Garlic Naan was just ok, but naan or garlic naan are included in cost. And it's made to order, not getting cold on buffet!

Placed a to go order yesterday night for the mango lassi, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and paneer kulcha. Everything was delicious! Of the Indian restaurants in Greenville that I have tried, I think this one makes the best chicken tikka masala! I almost wanted to slurp the the sauce up with a straw. The chicken was super tender and the entire dish was full of amazing flavor. The naan and kulcha were delicious and perfectly soaked up the sauce for me with each scoop. The gentleman at the desk that gave me my order was very polite and made sure I had everything that I ordered. Amazing food, amazing customer service, and convenient hours (it was the only one open on Tuesday past 9pm). If they ever add cheese naan to the menu, I may have to make it my sole go-to spot when I'm craving some spice. I most definitely will be back and recommend giving this place a try!

Order take out food was good but customers service needs improvement was only worried about guests who was eating in I watch a guy bring some food up front and after that 2 men was back and cup there where I was no one one ask me or even told me my food was ready so I asked 1st guy was rude the 2nd guy acted like he didn’t understand so I said it more loudly was my good ready he said o yes it’s been ready will not be going back just cuz of that!!! Outstanding. Lunch is great, plenty of food, reasonably priced, very tasty. The buffet lunch has a good variety.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Been there twice. Every time the Employees had an attitude and made us feel like they didn’t want to serve. We were two people and both had dishes with rice and were given a tiny rice bowl. I asked for extra rice 3 times and was told i would get more once the bowl we already had was empty. Then finally i asked for rice again since we ate separate and got rice. I ordered butter chicken mild and still got spicy butter chicken. Of course i didn’t get any fresh rice when i returned my butter chicken so i had to ask again. Then i was told if i wanted new rice i would have to pay extra. I don’t mind paying extra but the fact that the cook messed up my food and i already had put it on my rice is not my fault and i shouldn’t have been charged. The unwelcoming and nasty attitude is just awful in there. Will definitely not return and don’t recommend anyone going there. On top of that the food is not really the greatest either!!

UPDATE: The manager reached out to me shortly after my review. I was very pleased with the way he handled my concerns and it was just a misunderstanding. The food and service is great and I will be back in the future! ——————————————————————— The food was great. We had a small group of 7, My only complaint is, I added a tip, unaware I had tiped twice. We did not get a bill at the table, but paid at the counter. Which means no receipt until after your payment is completed. After leaving and now looking over the receipt , I noticed a gratuity was added to the total amount. Unaware of this before I had left a tip. Word to the Wise, when you’re paying with a card, ask if a gratuity has been added to your total. If not you will be double tipping. When questioning about the gratuity, the man told me the gratuity is not a tip. It’s for the people that prepares your food. 👀🤨🙁. Now, Google and Webster’s dictionary says a gratuity is a tip. I asked, well who gets the tip I left? He stated me.. Now I’m feeling like “Sir it wasn’t my plan to tip twice.” I’m just saying be mindful of that. I feel like they’re messing with my intelligence.

Such a great lunch buffet! Fresh & crispy salad bar, hot entrees and fresh naam brought to the table. I will definitely go back when visiting Greenville.

My very first visit to this establishment, I chose to have their lunch buffet. I was greeted and seated promptly, told my server I didn't need a menu, I'd be having the Buffet, I ordered water to drink and I had a choice of homemade Naan Bread brought to my table (Plain or Garlic). The buffet consisted of 5 different meat dishes (chicken) and 8 different vegetable dishes and a small salad/sauce bar on the side as well. I enjoyed the variety of foods that were offered, my favorites were the Chicken Tikka Masala, vegetables korma and basmati rice, the Naan bread was so fresh and warm, a wonderful accompaniment! I enjoyed everything I tried, I personally found the Tandoori Chicken a bit too dry for my liking but the flavors were definitely on point! Servers were very friendly, Restaurant and Restrooms were both clean, 98.5 A Sanitation Grade on the wall. Total was $13.01 which I found very reasonable, I left full and was treated well. I will definitely return in the future.

No wait on seating. Servers friendly and knowledgeable of the menu for people new to Indian cuisine. The food is delicious and comes in multiple spice levels. Sufficiently full based of the amount of money spent! Perfect for a date night!

The food was wonderful and the staff were so delightful. I had the Paluk Paneer and the Curry Shrimp and it was great! My husband had the lamb Marsala and he cleaned his plate. The Naan was good too. We will be back

Always good sample everything decide what you like and go back and get more and I don’t find the look of Indian food being overly appetizing, but the flavor profiles are amazing and when we visit Greenville, this is one of those restaurants that is on the shortlist. And always a four or five star visit.

I ordered Goat Curry Also Palak Paneer . These items were the best in my taste. Also Chicken Samossa was one of the best Samossas in whole NC. You are met by aromatic delights only to be surpassed by the attentive staff and exceptional cousine. The staff patiently answered any questions we had about dishes and service was swift. Each dish boasting flavors and aromatics unique to the various regions of India. A sublime experience I would readily encourage to anyone who delights in or wishes to expand their cultural horizons.

Food was ok, just wish there was more to choose from on the buffet. One of the chicken items was super dry. The curry chicken was my favorite by far.

I really like this place. You can pre-order online for dine in, and that makes your dining experience better. I like that it is not a chain restaurant. I like that mistakes are fixed with free food 😌. They check on you regularly. Food proportion is filling and the price is reasonable. Just a grqt place to visit.

Such a disappointment. Had hoped to enjoy authentic Indian food but the grease surrounding the shrimp curry served with old rice ruined it. Plus, no plastic ware provided for a take-out order?? Horrible! And $20 for 7 small shrimp? Incredible!

Just tried lunch buffet for the first time and it was amazing! Vibe is good and very clean. Staff are friendly. Food is super tasty and has a good variety. Bread is freshly order-to-serve. Compared to the other Indian buffet in town, price is cheaper and quality is much much better. Even a plus is I usually drink bottled water bcs most causal restaurants water has a strange taste to me, but here the water is in clean glass and tasty. Will visit again soon and a lunch solution

The Best Indian food I have ever had!!!

Food was okay, naan bread had no taste whatsoever and the beers ordered were years past their expiry date. Usually when we order takeout the experience has been better, weird.

Ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time in December, 2022. I ordered the lamb saag (spinach) and the goat masala. The food was average at best, tasted watered-down. And worst of all, I got chicken in my saag, not the lamb I ordered. Indian food is not cheap, will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I’d never eat from here again not just because of the unflavored and spicy food but because the waitress had a attitude as soon as we started ordering and only checked on us 2 times in 2 hours and walk led off both times while I’m asking for a straw and the check. We waited 30 extra minutes just to leave and still ended having to walk to the counter to pay.

I was also with the group for a birthday dinner. We walked in and the restaurant was so nice. And from there everything went down hill. My friend ordered chicken nuggets and they were undercooked. She talked to the waitress in regards to this. Her plate was taken back into the kitchen and brought back out with the same nuggets that she had already bitten off of. The group started questioning how she got the same nuggets. The waitress in return told us that they were dropped back into the Hot grease as if she was saying bc the grease is hot it’s ok. We then responded by telling her that it was still unsanitary. She then said “well we’re about to close soon”. The birthday dinner was ruined. Everyone stopped eating and we still paid even though we couldn’t finish eating bc of how disgusted we were. But yes Kasturi Indian Cuisine did end up bringing her fresh nuggets AFTER she complained about her nuggets being dropped back in the grease that she had bitten off of.

Esam and his wife are far the best Indian cooks around. Well actually I haven't tasted better so they are the best. The inside always nice and clean and brought the buffet back again everyday weekday and on weekend. Good prices for great food . I eat there at least two to three times a month if not more. I would recommend them over and over again.

It's not exclusive Indian. I guess being around a college campus, the expectation isn't on demand. Everything has the same taste to it, As far as bases. So in this, it gets a 3

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in Greenville! I consider myself a big foodie and I could still come here every single day for the buffet. I’ve never tried anything I didn’t love and all the food is intensely flavorful. 12/10.
