One of the best ice cream shops I've visited! I got the oreo special they were serving for the summer and it was delicious! Great value -- it was big enough that I was satisfied after eating half and was able to freeze and have another serving later! Neighborhood gem!

The ice creams are very good. But they don't have seats to enjoy the ice cream so you have to buy it and go to your vehicle to eat it taking into account that there isn't much space and the place fills up.

Quaint little ice cream shop in the middle of a residential area. First time there and I wanted to try the flavors to see what I liked. I wasn’t rushed, despite the long line down the sidewalk. Was not disappointed, Key Lime was my favorite, salted caramel Oreo was great too. The only flavor that wasn’t for me was the Banana Pudding. Tastes artificial, but there were loads of flavors and something for everyone.

My number one complaint is that this place has left me SPOILED! I can’t eat any other ice cream anymore. 😍 The pb&j potato chip is the best peanut butter ice cream I’ve ever had. The banana pudding is also a dream.

Nice place for icecream outside or in on a bikeride or park day with kids.

Kelly's Homemade Icecream is a local favorite and it's easy to see why! This adorable location is located on a corner in the adorable Soho neighborhood of Orlando. Great menu of high quality ice cream! Friendly service. Parking in its own lot. Beautiful and shaded outdoor seating area. Highly recommended!

I'm going to still give 5 stars despite some disappointments as a long time, loyal customer. It seems as if Kelly herself reads these reviews so hopefully you can change a major new issue. The ice cream is already melted like out of the freezer??!!! And I was relieved to see, by other reviews that I'm not the only one who has noticed this. Maybe you've switched vendors but truly disappointing and unappetizing. I say maybe vendors verses a freezer problem because you can see that the freezer is working great. And honestly the ice cream doesn't taste the same, something is off. I still frequent your ice cream shop but always leave baffled lately. Also,the reviews are right....very very unfriendly staff. Please bring back how Kelly's used to be.

I visit this ice cream shop almost every week, but today I was deeply disappointed with the service. I ordered a Double size ice cream in a waffle cone and received what looked like a Double Junior. When I asked the attendant about the size, she dismissively told me "it was just like that." As a regular customer, I expect consistency and quality. This experience has made me question returning in the future. Standards should be maintained, especially for loyal patrons.

The place is nice to visit every once in awhile. Atmosphere is nice. Servers are really nice. The ice cream is really good. The only downfall is the prices are just way too expensive. Milkshake for 10 bucks just leaves a bad taste. 😂

Spectacular, always! You can always feel a different kind of love when you enter a locally owned business. Plenty of ice creams catering to plenty of dietary needs (some non-dairy, and i believe reduced suger options cycle through) and a wide variety of flavors. Parking limited. A nearby (across the street) school is usually available for parking in the evening and nighttime.

It's almost 15 minutes left for the closing at 10pm, but there are 25 people in the line. This is the sign for the high quality taste of ice creams and yes, it was delicious.

This is a little gem we discovered while staying in our Airbnb. Omg, it was so delicious and fresh! I had the chocolate peanut butter brownie, which was so deeeeelish! I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Kelly's ice cream is absolutely delicious! I have tried a few flavors, but the one flavor I always come back to is the Banana Pudding flavor. The Banana Pudding flavor consists of banana cake batter ice cream with marshmallow cream and Nilla wafers, and it is one of the best flavors you can try especially if you love banana pudding. I was able to try the Pumpkin flavor during the month of October, and it was absolutely delicious as well! Overall, I am definitely going to continue to return for the Banana Pudding flavor once I finish my pint.

Many flavors and a no sugar added flavor is always available.

Make sure you hang out in the patio. Very laid back.

The place is very nice and cozy, the waffle base is delicious, my favorite ice cream was pistachio and banana bread!!! I loved the fact they have ice cream for dogs and of course I bought one for mine. The place has a super nice patio to eat at. The employees were very friendly and kind, letting us try all the flavors we wanted.

This is my first ever google review and i just had to write it about Kelly's. Every time I go here the icecream is always amazing, full of flavor and the sizes stay consistent! I almost always run into Alejandro who is always the best employee anyone could ever ask for! Kind, courteous and quite the conversationalist. Ben was also very helpful!

This is my favorite ice cream in the whole country. I have yet to find a better ice cream place in any other cities I’ve lived in.

The ice cream was good but not any better than other places. The people were nice until paying where she asked for a tip for scoping ice cream which is a major turnoff. They do not accept cash which is another major turnoff. Interesting that they have a tip jar accepting cash tip but they do not accept cash to pay for the purchase.

William was behind the counter alone with a decent line when we arrived. He handled every taste request and order extremely well. He was patient and efficient at the same time. The line went fairly smooth and quickly. And he smiled the whole time.

I love Kelly's ice cream from any location, but our experiences at the Ferncreek location are the absolute BEST! The employees are super friendly, kind, and patient. They recently decorated the store for Halloween in a HARRY POTTER THEME, and my kids went bananas looking at all the details and admiring the decor. Thanks to the team at this location for making our weekly trips for ice cream such an enjoyable experience! :) :) :)

Amazing tasting ice cream. Recommend the "Cookie Monster", it was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoy the outside seating area with the lighting. Not bad for a quick date or even hangout. Even has a connect four game.

Kelly’s Ice cream is open!!! Idk when they got new flavors but they are amazing! KitKat, Cosmic Brownie, Unicorn Tracks and I think another one. Also my mind was blown today when I found out you can take any flavor and make it into a milkshake!!! We absolutely love Kelly’s Ice Cream! 💙

At about 20 or 30 selections of some unique ice cream flavors. Ice cream was pretty good but I will have to say the most expensive ice cream I've ever bought. $8.90 for a pint and 16 for a quart. Walked out with two pints, KitKat and Carmel cookie and a quart of toasted coconut..little under $35.

Guava cheese and monster cookie 9.5/10 $7 Creamy. Wish we got more for the money (although it's not a terrible price). Surprised by how good the monster cookie was. Packed full of Oreo plus added flavor. Didn't feel cheap at all. Guava cheese was also fantastic. Caren said she's surprised because she usually doesn't like fruit flavored desserts.

Kelly's ice cream is amazing as everyone knows but we used to not come here that much because parking is so tricky. BUT William recently changed that for us. His customer service skills are unmatched. He's so friendly and we never feel rushed by him when we want to try a couple flavors with a long line out the door. Now we go out of our way to get ice cream here because we know because of William it will be a 10/10 experience every time.

I been meaning to come here and I am glad I did! William the attendant… was so pleasant and nice. He presented the story of how they make the ice cream. The time n dedication on how they created new flavors is fascinating! And oooh boy! I try that new Guava flavor wow perfect balance not overwhelming on the guava side perfection!!! The the vanilla is so Rich!!! Coming back with family tonight!!!

Yummy flavors and lots of options! William at the Fern Creek shop was super friendly and very patient as I made the very important decision of what flavor to have. :) He made my ice cream experience that much more pleasant. (PS: Please bring back the Mocha Almond as a daily flavor!)

Ice cream was good, of course. I like that it had a nice outdoor seating/play area which is great especially if you are with little kids.

I take the butter pecan ice cream to my 103-year-old friend every week. She lives in a local nursing home and absolutely loves it!! I always asks her if she wants to try something new and she says, “nope!”
