It is a super clean place, their service is super excellent 👌 the food is delicious 😋 everything is super. I recommend that you visit it.

Today October 29th I decided to give Kentucky another chance.. terrible waste of time. Both the chicken and the coleslaw Looked and felt old and dry. The chicken was old dry extra crispy and tasteless. The girl that helped me through the drive-thru window was extremely careless she even threw my money away when she gave it to me through the window. This is definitely my last time at this specific Kentucky. Kentucky corporate should really pay Serious attention to this location. Both the quality of the food and employees are terrible

We went through the drive thru and ordered the new chicken wraps. When I got home both wraps had the chicken tender, spicy mayo (as asked) and the tortilla. Nothing more. It's supposed to have pickles and a slaw! Terrible.

Be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru. They don't give you what you order. It has happened a couple of times to me already. Lesson learned.

What it happening with KFC? Chicken 🐔 is old as he'll, fried with " burnt oil, breading falls of chicken. I can tell when food is not properly made or cook, " who are they trying to fool? PEOPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD before leaving the place, GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH...

If you put all 3 together, you'd get a single piece; it seems this is not chicken they are cooking...but PIGEONS!!!!. if you want to pay a LOT........and lose weight, toss your ca$h away at this place. Go to Subway, healthier, and more food for your cash.

All KFC will give you better service than to the rest of fast food places in my area. This franchise might be the only one where the employees actually listen to the customer, 98% accuracy. So far, good grilled chiken and I love their cole slaw. Decent.

I had to wait on the food to be fried. However, it was fast and I had the best honey BBQ chicken wings I've ever tasted. Including Nashville hot chicken tenders. It was fresh, hot and beyond delicious. Would most likely return.

They told me to wait out side to give me my $10 dollar bucket of half crispy and Have grilled.. we waited more than the 5 mins so I walked inside and got it myself which was just laying on the table while they were preparing other meals for customers who were walking in after me... I get back to the car and we ride to see the fire works for forth of July ..we set up picnic and opened bucket of KFC to noticed they only put crispy and not grilled..it was all soggy too with so much gewy chewy crust and not much chicken...My father and I was suppose to get the grilled cause we don't like crispy...so we ended up not eating it...only one of my kids are one piece...what a waste and really killed are moment of enjoyment ugh!

Consistent KFC never usually have any issues. If you request they cook fresh hit wings for you they will and it is usually worth the wait.
