I visited this location and my order was incorrect and while speaking with the manager she hung up in my face

I ordered online and one item was incorrect ( got saucy nuggets instead of the saucy chicken sandwich), so I called to settle this and the lady on the phone spoke rudely and told me to bring all 10 nuggets and not even apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service was terrible , order incorrect and inconvenient.

I came here August 8,2024 at 2:20 pm (I am writing the specifics so hopefully the manager sees this and figure out who this person is...if they care.)The young lady who took my order was the rudest most disgusting person I have ever encountered buying food. (She has some piercings on her bottom lip. ) She was very rude and impatient while taking out order and kept rolling her eyes at us. I was especially nice because I don't like to have an attitude with people making my food!!! The chicken was not ready and we oppted to wait for the chicken. She came to the car window and handed the bag to us with a nasty attitude and said absolutely nothing. This person needs additional training in customer service or needs to get a potion in the BACK away from paying customers.... I will not be coming back !

Just went inside KFC at 4291 Oldfield Crossing Jax FL, no one to greet you. Waited about 5 minutes one even acknowledge us so we left. Employees saw us. I don't understand these businesses that don't want business.

Everytime I come here the drive through is closed and the whole staff is inside not doing anything, then when you actually go inside they got an attitude. Quit your job if you don't like it. How are the employees still hired there with all these negative reviews? They just don't care. Avoid this place

Dishonor! Over $50 for a family meal, complete with 2 sides cold, petrified "Mac", 1 side of gravy with a taste of mashed potatoes and a bucket of soggy, sloppy, greezy carcass scraps that were absolutely desecrated and defiled by the person(s) who handled it. The atrocities committed by this restaurant against the chicken community are nightmare inducing. You have dishonored the art of cooking as a whole. All the ancestors, the colonel, and the poultry gods themselves scream in sorrow at the war crimes committed against the creature you threw in that bucket. The art of fried chicken is not for everyone, specifically not for whoever was "cooking" here, June 7th '24. Polite at window, absolutely trash in the kitchen.

Food is good. Would be nice to have someone come and clean the tables and seating after customers leave. Quite a few tables had crumbs and other stuff on them. At the order desk inside ....look up and there is lots of mildew on several of the vents. Looks terrible and no doubt unhealthy. Really surprised no one has taken the initiative to clean it or that the Health Dept has not flagged it. On the flooring, while clean, there are areas around some of the table legs that are black from crud. Another thing that really bothered me. I am diabetic and I ask for water with my meal. They charge $3 for a cup to put water in. I think that is insane that they would charge that amount. Needless to say I told them to forget it. Highway Robbery

Perfect quick grab for good chicken, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. I like theirs chicken sandwiches. So, I I'm in a mood for chicken, then KFC is my choice.

Haven’t been to this KFC in a while since my last visit was less than a good experience. This time when they got my order wrong and I brought it back they started arguing about it..saying I was being disrespectful.. How about giving me the food I paid for. Next thing I know the cashier is cussing me out. Then insinuated she was going to her car to get something to handle the situation. This establishment, hires questionable people. Be careful your life could be in danger going into this place. Funny thing about this is, the management and owner will most likely do nothing about it.

You know what you're getting into when you pull up to the drive-thru and immediately here, "Lobby only!" No signage saying the drive-thru is closed and plenty of staff sitting around in back of the kitchen. The drink machine must never be cleaned because the soda tasted all kinds of funky. One drink and I threw it out. Fried chicken was soggy and cold even though it took 10 minutes to get my order. Management must be just counting down the days until they close because it's obvious no one cares about this place. Someone must be laundering money out of here or something, because I don't see how this location could POSSIBLY be profitable.

Ordered food on uber eats, order was accepted, and they just waited till closing time and ignored my uber driver outside wasting both our times

The whole order was trash! Rock hard biscuits, chicken tenders, no taste to the chicken. Most horrific KFC ever! Run far away from this place. So gross! I called and spoke to the manager about the food and she (nikki) was nonchalant about it. Like thanks for nothing manager! 😒

There are no words on how bad this place is. How are they still open??? My guess is because they are an interstate exit. I would think No locals go back twice……..

I went there and ordered an eight-piece meal they were out of chicken legs and I had to substitute for thighs when I got home instead of an eight-piece I only had six pieces and they never gave me my other two thighs for four people to eat on. I called back and spoke to the manager and he said do you want to come back up and get them and I thought to myself hell no why don't you get in your car and bring them to me. The chicken and biscuits were very dry like it had been laying around

The reviews speak for themselves, went there, because I saw COMMERCIAL on the bachelor and really wanted to have some of the food. It looks so delicious nope that’s not what you get. My chicken tender was lukewarm at best when I asked for a fresh one I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the fryer When I asked if I could have some barbecue sauce with the chicken tenders so I can drown out the fact that it was lukewarm and not fresh they told me it would be $.50 each. I asked them to refund my money and sent back my disgusting $13.38 order then while the manager was refunding my money she refused to see anybody in the drive-through and told them I’m having issues in the drive-through so if you want to eat you have to come inside and order so she lost two orders over that 50 Cent barbecue sauce And got to take back all her rotten disgusting food Trash is all I can say. Why bother eating out! It’s trash.

Pulled up to place an order through the drive thru and was told I'd have to come in to make an order. I drove off and went to P.D.Q. down the street. So glad I did as the customer service there was as great as P.D.Q.s chicken sandwich. Stay away from K.F.C., the service is as greasy as the chicken.

Edit 12/2023 - they continue to raise prices. A KFC bowl combo was $7.50 a month ago and it is now $8.09. If you wonder why you’re losing business.. this is why. Stop raising the prices every few months. Previous review: KFC keeps raising prices. It’s ridiculous. There have been maybe 3 price increases this year alone in addition to now removing items from those same combos that now cost MORE than they did before.

The service was terrible . I ordered 2 pot pot and they only had one so I order one pot pie and the mased pot bowl. Stopped in for an Uber eats order and the most unprofessional experience. The manager and supervisor told me the order was getting ready. Started complaining about someone being late and deposit proceeded while my order and others were not prepared. The two lazy leadership was horrible I help my team and do what’s needed and I’ve been a team leader for 10 years at my actual job. I’m only doing ordering for holidays

Waited half an hour for food. They asked what my order even was. I told them. They said they needed to see the receipt. They never gave me one. Another half hour wait. The whole time they’re chatting and moving slow. I get working for minimum wage is rough, but this is ridiculous. Honestly, Colonel Sanders is probably rolling in his grave. DO NOT GO. With any luck they’ll close down and open a restaurant with workers who actually… ya know… work.

This is possibly the worst managed fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Online order said pick up at 7:11 pm. Manager was rude and said take a seat because it was going to be a few minutes. After 45 minute wait was told it was going to be at least 15 more minutes so I gave up and left. I will try to get the money I paid returned to me. I will never go back there, but they won’t care because they have no understanding of customer service. Obviously very poorly managed.

This KFC takes FOREVER. Even if there is NO LINE. The food is fine; typical KFC. The service is terrible. They took so long, my order disappeared from their screens, I had to go around and wait, they had guests/ friends come by- & we watched the staff come around, give their friends free drinks, and chit chat... I went in just as an employee was coming out to tell me they forgot my order. So- we had to wait while they made it. Also, they wanted to charge me $3.00 for water in a cup!! ( all the more frustrating when we watched them giving out free drinks to friends.)

This place should be closed. Over an hour afterthe order was marked ready I walked to a rude lady in the drive thru wearing crocks with her shirt pulled up showing her belly rudely tell all of the growing crowd that the original would be quite a while. Then she ignored us with the other 3 or 4 employees. Talk about a gross, unprofessional, nasty place, save the frustration and money. This place sucks.

I'm sure what happened here. I was here last year and all was good. I got a simple 8pc family meal with Cole Slaw and Mashed Potatoes. Biscuits were pretty hard, sides were fine but the chicken was a shocker. First time in nearly 50 years going to KFC, so I was shocked. The eight pieces were mashed in the small bucket, and the skin was destroyed. Literally falling off the chicken. Gooey and falling apart. I'm not even sure how to describe it beyond that. White meat was very rubbery. The final piece of sadness were the multiple long dark hairs in my bucket. I have very short hair, so no, not me. I love chicken and always done ok at KFC so this was disappointing.

I went through the drive-thru and picked up a family meal bucket of chicken with an extra side item and I spent $35. When I got home I realized they only gave me seven pieces of chicken and FOUR of them were wings!!!! I tried to call the store five times and never got through. Today I went up there with my receipt and a picture of the chicken I had received, and was told I was given that chicken selection because that was all that they had because they do not have any Cooks. I was then told the only thing they would compensate me for was the missing one piece of chicken and since the others were there( even though they were wings,) the store manager said she would not compensate me anything more than the missing piece. So I guess it's MY fault that they didn't have any cooks and I got the short end of the stick. On top of not satisfying me she was kind of rude about it. They could have told me all they had were wings and I could have made the decision if I wanted to still purchase that for the same price of what would normally be a complete bucket .
