Great deals on the window . Got to see to believe . I got 2 thighs,potatoes and gravy and a biscuit with honey for 4.99 woohoo can't beat that price . So much cheaper for that meal than any other drive thru place .

Just awful 25 plus minute wait for chicken, the new staff is better but the issue now is it's a massive ripoff and the app basicly lies.They mark up a 12 piece to 32 dollars just so they can offer a 30 to 40 percent discount in the app

The worst fast food ever! The sign says under new management. Well somehow it's worse than ever b4. Unless you want to wait over an hour, in the drive thru, for cold food. Don't eat here.

INFECTION!! DANGER TO CHILDREN!! Both kids who have no exposure to other children, other people, animals, or other children both came down with massive diarrhea illness and fevers. Order was for 8 piece with 2 large sides. Got home to 6 pieces, and 4 small sizes, including the most dessicated, burnt corn I've ever seen. Child ate everything but threw away corn understandably. Baby only ate mashed and gravy. Both with fevers and diarrhea the next morning.

Consumer service needs significant help. Went there on a Sunday shortly after 9pm. After waiting a few mins, person behind the register said “insider counters are closed”. No identification that drive through was still open until another customer told me. If this is their way of not needing more business, it worked because I went to McD instead. Good going KFC.

MOST stupidest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I had trouble with the drive through worker and he was giving attitude while I was trying to stay calm. NOT only that but after I placed my order he read it back, gave me my receipt and STILL screwed up and gave me someone else’s bag. How stupid and boligerant are people now days? Terrible customer service; attendant waddled over, went up to the computer and looked down at it, never making eye contact. Gave my order and the attendant seemed annoyed I was eating in house. Didn’t ask what I wanted just stood there. While ordering I notice his facial hair extremely sweaty and was visibly dripping…. I felt very uneasy with my meal knowing this is the kind of sanitary kitchen my meal was being prepared in. Staff also got into an argument about handing out food while the cashier was taking customer money. Interaction made the restaurant seem short staffed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Waited over 40 minutes for a simple order of “fast food”. Ridiculous!

I ordered on line thought it would be quicker. It wasn't! I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. Then, when I got home I was missing food, sauces and the corn was cold!!!!! I tried to call 3 times... got no answer!!!! No surprise there! Then, when I drove back up to the store I asked for the manager. I was told she left! I asked for the shift manager. I was told by a young lady that the soft supervisor was busy with a Taco Bell order and couldn't come talk to me. She said she was a manager trainee and wanted to know if she could help!!! I asked her to come to the other side of the counter so I could speak to her privately about the situation. She came out and I explained to her what happened. Then, she immediately went back in the door and told the"shift manager" what had happened. Then, she told one of the other employees to get me the 4 chicken tenders, more corn and the sauce that I was missing. But, NEVER SAID SHE WAS SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE!!!!! Never came back out to talk to me. Some other kids came over to where I was standing and said to me "hun, what is the problem?" I just have him a look of disgust and he took off. I ask when the manager would be back in. I was told tomorrow. I asked what time they would be there? They told me she would be in at 10:30. I asked what until what time. One employee said they didn't know and shrugged his shoulders. One employee said it was against company policy to give it that information. Needless to say I will not go back to that shop EVER again!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest that you also don't go there for service. You will be highly disappointed!!!!!!!!

The drive thru is the worst in the State, extremely slow , I’m waiting in line for over 30 minutes, RIDICULOUS

Every time I have been to this location it is horribly slow. Today I came here twice. Went inside at 12:50 pm because the drive thru line was almost to the road. Stood there for 10 minutes and the people in front of me told me they had been there 20 minutes and had not put their order in. I was able to overhear a ton about the workers' personal lives, but I did not see much working. I came back at 1:30 and sat in the drive thru (only 3 cars ahead of me) for 20 minutes before I put my order in. When an employee came out to smoke, one of the people ahead of me yelled that they had been waiting an hour. The employee said there were only 3 people working. Every single time I've been here, it is like this. From the time I got in line until the time I got my food it was 55 minutes. The last time I was here, they rounded my check up for charity without asking me. If I wasn't borderline addicted to Taco Bell and there was another location in Vermont, I would NEVER come here.

I don't understand how this place is still open with how long it takes to gllet your food if I hadn't ordered online I would've gone elsewhere

Really, really, bad....I waited over 35min while watching the manager take out her "rock" bag and talk about her miniature rock mushroom collcetion. Slightly frustrating because all she did was walk around and talk to her staff instead of working. Additionally, an employee was hacking up a storm, and I saw two couples leave when they saw her coughing over the food. I drove 1hr to come to this tacobell because I am a HUGE fan, but this was by far the WROST, tacobell I have ever seen. Cooperate should get involved because it was pretty disgusting and gross.

Always an issue, food is wrong, closed during business hours, 45 minute wait for a simple order when there's no other customers waiting on food, etc. The fact that this place is still open for business is shocking, even after ownership changes. Certain employees that work there do a amazing job. As long as you show them respect and kindess and show then that u understand its busy and u don't mind waiting they will completely treat u a different way. Much love and respect to the ones who treat me kind in there the rest of them need to be more trained with social skills and customer service. Just Sat and KFC 35 minutes. Got denied going inside after watching two people order it inside. So after 35 minutes sitting in line, get to the window to tell me they have nothing on my order. This place sucks. Tells me they’re understaffed after I watched 2-3 people smoking cigarettes outside. Never go to this place and will never go again.

Got kicked out because "it's drive through only" by this very snappy dude. Unprofessional and rude!

We went in to order. The man (unfotunetly was unable to catch his name) at the counter was very rude and snappy, towards EVERY customer. He yelled at the line of people, and lost 2 customers. Then once we got our order and checked it, we were missing something, mention it very kindly and his response was “I put in there, so you must’ve done something with it”. lost another 2-4 customers. We then told him he didn’t need to have an attitude, just wanted what we paid for. “I don’t have an attitude. How about you just leave”, and lost a few more customers. We come through this area often, and will not be returning if that’s the acceptable behavior.

Really wait in line for 40 minutes for this paper thin tenders and dirty service this place should close the doors I won’t be coming back.

I got a 2 12pc chicken meals and swapped one of the potatoes out for Mac and cheese and we just dint get the Mac and cheese, we also were not asked if we wanted a respite so I couldn’t show, but I went in and told them I did not get any Mac and cheese then asked what size and they tossed a small Mac and cheese container on the container. I love Taco Bell 🌮 and KFC! It’s been a while since Ive gotten food here. The greeting nowadays is “for here, to go?”. Taco Bell is always busy! My order took a while but not even a mention of “sorry for the wait”. Always, always get your receipt where you can directly put in a review of your experience. And just incase they forget something from your order. Customer service for me is key and it doesn’t hurt to smile.

I have not gone to KFC in a while. The potion size and quality of the sides has gone downhill while the prices have increased dramatically. It's just not worth it anymore. The staff is not helpful and they do not do their jobs. If you use online ordering they do not include butter/,toppings for the biscuits, plates or utensils even though it has been requested in the order. They will not hand your online order through the drive thru window even when they are not busy. You must go into the store which defeats the purpose of convenience. The staff person was just leaning on the counter talking to his friends. I had to interrupt to get service. I will not be back.

Staff is rude af.. feels like a burden that I went to a fast food restaurant to get food. no one is ever prepared for “busy hour”. The food was great, but I did not get my full order. Hopefully you don't steal from any other customers. My order was four spicy chicken littles, two biscuits, fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich. I paid and did not get the four chicken littles. I only got two. The gentleman who took my order clearly was not paying attention even though he repeated the order back to me perfectly. My advice to management would be to either find someone who cares about their job or find someone who will actually be attentive. Not coming back to this location ever again.

This location is a complete joke and an absolute tarnish on the KFC name. And people in Vermont still frequent this place. Awful customer service. The app let me order and said they open at 1030 and my food would be ready for 1045. When I get there they informed me that they do not open until 11, why is the app letting you order before that time? That's not the part that even bothers me, I'm able to easily cancel my order.
