Service today was the best, we apreciated the service of all the workers who always made a effort, been couple months that we don't buy KFC and i was trying satisfied my daugther cause she want Kfc today, we got down service was fast and very nice the lady, as soon we got home and start serving the mash potato was disguting, smell like someone wash their but with the water and then made the mash potato with that water, and the chicken was not fresh fried, taste to me like was fried early morning. Not a good experience today, i couldn't eat this is the reason for my review.

Its quality has dropped a lot, at 9 pm they didn't have potatoes, they gave me only 4 rolls, it had to be 6. The chicken had a rich flavor but everything was outrageous.

Got 2 piece of chicken, I was pulled forward so the locations drive through timer won’t be as long but I’ve been here for 10 mins!? Wish I stayed at the window so management could see how long customers have to wait for food at 8:40pm on Wednesday.

I was so close to writing a good review.. so close .. but then they did the same thing as always long wait for 2 chicken littles... 23 mins it's crazy.. the last time I was here they told me that it would be a 30 mind wait for any type of chicken... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE! It's a chicken fast food restaurant! I don't know how they turn a profit and can stay in business. Last time I'll ever come here.

I called to see if they had a 12 piece extra crispy available before I drove there, the man on the phone whose name is Cali said I will drop it for you n it will be ready when you get here. I live closer to the Deland locations but they are terrible. Cali went above n beyond even brought my food out to me in this terrible weather. Thank you.

Staff was AWSOME , they asked me if I would like a FREE drink while I waited, chiken was fresh and so was the fries. Mash potatoes are so good.

Horrible experience. Girl on drive thru window was RUDE. Then told to park outside and wait 12 minutes later still no food. Went inside for a refund. Manager on duty was just as rude which explains why staff is the same. First and last.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve come to this location on 3 separate occasions and each time I’ve come they are out of popcorn chicken, they don’t have biscuits, they can’t make mashed potatoes. It’s always something. They clearly are not training there drive through cashiers properly. She had no idea what was even on the menu and all she did know was things we could not have. This place is terrible. They care more about talking on the phone then taking care of their customers! The food is old and never fresh. Always out of chicken strips and was told they wil not make more if you dont order a large amount! Meaning you cant get a 5pc big box chicken strip meal if they aren't already made and sitting there!! Disgusting!! Biscuits taste stale. I hope someone comes along and cleans this place out and up!! Weseniah Jordan Ms.Deb Fantasia Tyrianna I just want to say I work at Metro where customer service is a big part of my job and let me just say I live about 30 mins away from this kfc there is one close 2mins away from me but I only Come to this location because everytime I come the experience is what I come for! Weseniah Ms.Deb and Jordan specifically I adore the most they are every customers dream experience in fast food! Their customer service skills are impeccable and I personally will hire them to work for me asap just based off how they treat and speak to me as a regular I’m now becoming because of them! They are a blessing and talented in every way I adore them . Im leaving tonight again a more then happy customer thanks to this incredible team you have here tonight all 5of them deserve a raise If not I will gladly take them on and hire them all with more money an hour! Only good thing seem to be the sides and even that’s giving grace. The drinks need to be replaced. This is my 2nd time giving them a try and both times the chicken was lack luster. Soggy skin, & greasy. One of my chicken legs had no skin whatsoever on it. I’ll travel to a different location any day to avoid this one.

I don't know what happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken the food was horrible. The meat had no flavor the biscuits I don't even know if you want to call that biscuits, the coslaw had no flavor whatsoever. Honestly I used to love and Enjoy Kentucky Fried Chicken and now I came here today November 14th and I have no words to describe how bad the food is no flavor whatsoever it looked like they took the piece of chicken and threw it in regular flour with no flavor and fry it. It is horrible! If I could give them a zero I would have! The staff was nice and quickly the place was clean but the food was horrible horrible horrible! This is going to be the last time that I will eat from Kentucky fried chicken!

At 4:30 PM, I tried to order a Chicken Breast and sides. I was told we are out of breast. I pulled forward and called my wife and she said OK, thighs. I got back in line and YES, We have no thighs, just legs. I went inside to get Chicken Tenders, there were 3 young females on the phone and the one waiting the front had ear buds in and her back to the counter, After several minutes one of the other young ladies told her she had a customer. I gave her my order after she finally got the buds out and could hear. I also asked when the chicken would be ready. At least 25 minutes she said. There was an older lady doing busy work one male in the back and another male out back smoking. I understand it is hard to get help, but this crew isn't help. Notice the Franchise Owner has no input or method of contact. This KY Fried Chicken needs new manager or ownership. Hire some old retired employees, pay a little extra and build your business

Every time I go to this one, they either have no chicken (literally 😒),or they are out of sides! The last time I was there, I asked for the #2, which is 3 pieces of chicken, but only received 2 pieces, and the chicken was old and dry 🤬. I'm so over this place!!!!

Out of chicken yet again. What food we did get tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. They guy at the window was pleasant enough but failed to provide the requested sauces (which we didn't discover until we got home). My advice is to avoid this location as this type of issue appears to be the norm rather than an exception.

Horrible customer service. We ordered chicken tenders and got breading only. Also, there was no ice in our drink and tasted really bad. Called the store to tell them about it. The lady said that they were out of ice because of renovation. I get it however it would have been nice to inform us ahead of time when we were ordering. Well what a disappointment the Mac & Cheese Bowl was😫 I was sooo excited to order & try this Mac and Cheese Bowl after seeing it on the commercial.
