Nice and clean.. The cashier Ms. Violet was extremely nice. Even when another lady behind us was being rude she helped her with kindness. She had a smile on her face our entire visit and was eager to help us with what we needed on the bar. We need more people in the world like Ms. Violet. We visit Georgetown 2-3 times a month and we will definitely be back to visit this KFC.

The food was really good but staff a bit unfriendly and doesn't seem to care about the customers.

Everything was okay except the taste of the chicken. Not the original recipe.

Yum! The buffetts are not in as many location as they once were... TY for this 1! The food was hot seasoned full of flavor they had Livers n Gizzards BBQ chicken Extra Crispy Original recipe tons of sides fixins hot biscuits Desserts cold Pepsi products. Super friendly staff A Rating from the Health Dept! and CHEAP! 3 Buffet's with drinks 26 bucks! in the words of Gen. MacArthur "I shall return"

I was so disappointed. The biscuits were dry and hard and the chicken and fries taste fishy.

Drive through service was great as always. The order was correct! Delicious!!

Awesome (real) chicken sandwich & seasoned fries

First off, I was excited they brought back the Georgia gold sauce but I've ordered it twice now and both times my nuggets were too hot. It tastes like Nashville hot sauce with a little Georgia gold. It's just too spicy. And it's red not gold. I won't order this again.

Mac n cheese was cold at the buffet and chicken was over fried. Staff was friendly tho.

My nieces phone was lost tonight after we spent $52 on dinner after a busy day with a sick relative in the hospital. Imagine our surprise when the employees did all but antagonize us as if we were accusing them. 3 of them made their point before they walked out the door. Latoya should not even have a job after tonight. The ONLY 2 employees who I would even have worki.g there is the really nice lady who rang us up and the young man who actually tried to help. We weren't accusing anyone, we were looking for a solution. I dont even want to eat right now because now after dealing with police and eye e tuning else, I'm over it. I'd give the 2 mentioned a raise and fire the rest of the rude staff who obviously don't care how they talk to people.

Ask for a 12 piece chicken bucket and they gave me a live chicken.

This was my first time at this KFC located in Georgetown South Carolina I was very pleased they had a buffet for about $11 and some change we went on a Sunday because we was just coming back from the missionary retreat the only thing that was disappointing was the biscuits they was hard 😔

Great food quick. Staff very friendly and on point.

Ordered food on the app. Said it would be done in 5. It said it was done. Went in to pick it up 4 minutes after and they apparently forgot about the order and asked what was on the order and went back in the order finished area and found it and started making it then. It took 35 minutes after they said it was finished to actually finish it.

This one is in Georgetown SC. It has a buffet and they sell (Chicken Gizzards and liver) That I love. Very clean and friendly workers.

I haven’t been to a KFC in years but we were nearby during lunchtime. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and most important the new nuggets did not disappoint!

Ordered our food and they missed the most important part and I'm told come get it but nicely why do I need to comeback they should double check the food going out my 6 year old was upset just sayin

My wife and I were busy for most of the day, we got hungry it was hot so we decided to get some chicken and we went to KFC, my wile loves KFC, we got there special box lunch. It had 4 pieces chicken, nuggets, fries, 4 biscuits and a large side, which greenbeans for us. It took about 15 minutes to drive home, we went inside washed up, sat down and ate, it was very good, we had chocolate chip cookies and ice cream for dessert, we cleaned up and I found my lounge chair and took a nice nap ( smile ) we'll talk later, have a good day, Horace Donnell

Did an online order still had to wait almost an hour. Once we got our food, we were missing items, and half of it was wrong. The fries were cold and soggy. Staff were rude about us wanting to get the actual food we had already paid for.... won't be going back to this location ever.

One of the most popular fast food/ buffet Wednesday restaurants. Lines are wrapped around the building. Buffet Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons are a customer favorite. Some people drive from Pawleys Island just to come to the buffet on Wednesdays. If you are deciding on a quick meal for a hungry bunch...a bucket of KFC is surely a classic choice. Love the new updates with the restaurant. The young man at the drive-through today was so nice and courteous. Please give that guy a raise.

If you're in the mood for some greasy, burnt chicken, hard biscuits, and tasteless mashed potatoes with gravy this is your place. Also the oil needs to be changed more often. Nuggets were better than the actual chicken.

Waited 50 minutes for just one famous bowl, pulled off to the side was the first one in line and then the last to leave after everyone else. Was thinking well at least it’ll be hot….. nope freezing cold. This was a ridiculous waste of money.

The last time I was at KFC the cashier got my order wrong took the food back and manager was very nasty and disrespectful I didn't go back

I have no complaints about the food, but the service was lousy. I went there, I had 30 minutes for lunch, and they were too busy visiting at the counter to get my order. I had planned to do the buffet and get in and out within 30 minutes. That didn't happen.

I ordered the famous bowl. I only got 3 pieces of nugget ,very little corn and potatoes. Everything was just gravy!

I ordered online they had not yet started my online order until I arrived which was after my pickup time. A few minutes later after I asked about it my order was ready and I walked out of the store and later realized my order was incorrect and without a fork that I needed.

Simple order. 2 sandwiches with fries. Said the wait would be 10 mins. 20 minutes later the associate walked out and says they forgot you. Then it was another wait. It’s always like this. They need some management in this restaurant.

Never will I eat at the Georgetown location again went in for the buffet they had no chicken an what was there was burnt an nasty looking no Mac an cheese the drive thru was the only place where any attention was giving by the 8 workers in the store it's hard to mess up a buffet an this location did a great job of it

I went here for the first time after hearing for over a year that they had and all you can eat buffet. I was intrigued, and had to give it a try. Mistake number one I should have known A) it's KFC B) All you can eat buffet? I started and paid and the service was great. They have all you can eat of all the famous KFC sides plus more including fried okra and desserts as well. Their chicken selection had extra crispy original and grilled which I was happy to see. Unfortunately for me and I'm not sure about others. There was something wrong with the chicken and I got food poisoning really bad. I had probably four pieces of chicken, mostly dark meat and drumsticks and on at least one of them. The consistency was just strange but me being dumb continue to eat it and later that night I paid dearly. I can't even think of KFC anymore. I see the billboards and it makes my stomach queasy first time last time. I will ever do that again

I love this location! Everyone is happy, friendly and just plain nice. It's refreshing! I ordered 3 pot pies - they needed to heat 2 - they gave me a drink and I waited the 15-17 minutes. For my hassle they gave me a 4th pot pie and made sure that all 4 pies were pipin' hot. Went in today to pick up an order and again, the crew was fantastic-

We live a somewhat far from this KFC location and we have another KFC closer but this KFC's food IS THE BEST OF THE BEST KFC FOOD! The place is always clean and this is a busy location so being this busy it must be good and fresh! I truly wonder how the original recipe chicken can taste better at this location over the other KFC's, but it is better and is better every time! Perhaps more breading? more 11 herbs and spices? I'm not sure but its as if y'all double toss the spices and breeding or the oil temp is perfect, something makes it taste better! I'm not sure, but the Georgetown location is better! Perhaps it's Georgetown KFC staff as the STAFF are always so very nice and look to enjoy working and are smiling! Perhaps chicken made with love just tase better? Truly nice folks at this location and I'm so glad the buffet is back! Just a shout out to the Georgetown KFC as y'all are the BEST KFC I visit and I thank y'all for making my chicken with love and being nice to me and my family when we visit! We will be back when I'm in Georgetown!

This is a great buffet that we've gone to several times. Food is typical KFC done right. Service a little slow but everyone seemed to be working hard. We'll be back!

Not sure why every kfc cooks their chicken differently. Average kfc, chicken very lightly breaded.

Probably one of the best KFCs I've been to! The chicken is crispy like it's supposed to be and not mushy and looking half cooked. The staff is mostly younger but seem to be well trained and enjoy their job. Big shout out to the management staff for all that they seem to be doing Big shout out to the cooks and how they are making that chicken with love & Care to come to that good ol crispy skin that kFC was known for. I recommend highly. 👏🏾

So far, everytime I've gone into the store, service has always been a 10/10, but everytime I try ordering from here, for whatever reason, it takes ages for the order to even begin being worked on, and when finally starts being prepared, they close before it can be delivered. (Orders are generally made around 7-8:30). Though I understand if something major is going on at said store

Five times in a row now, no sauce.

They were out of almost everything. The employees acted like they didn't want us there. We arrived two hours before they were due to close so I really didn't understand the treatment.

We have 2 KFC Restaurants in our surrounding areas. The atmosphere, service, and the food at both places is 2nd to none. KFC Food especially the chicken is good and tasty any day at any time.

Clean hospitality on point best KFC I've seen in a couple of years

We ate the food from here on the 24th of July. Didn’t feel well Sunday night and Monday through Wednesday I as well as my dog were sick. Stomach completely torn up and nauseated. Food poisoning from reheated food I think. My vacation was not good. Never going there again !!!

They really are using all of their spices. All the food was delicious. They didn't have the buffet going. They were very courteous!

Today seemed a bit off for fresh food

Original chicken had been left under warmers little too long. Skin was kinda hard. However great service with fast friendly employees.

My experience here was amazing the staff was super friendly I went in and ordered my meal I got to watch the staff interact with other staff members and they were all in a good moods joking around with each other while getting their jobs done. I even I believe I saw one of them go up to someone who was new and said how are you handling it and like saying that it can be overwhelming working here and like he was just checking in to make sure the person was okay and that you don't get to see that type of thing and I that really brightened my day seeing that the food was great the service great hands down a great great experience in this KFC this review was given speech to text so there's issues I apologize I will edit later

They were out of thighs original. I paid for 2 thighs and 1 wing. And they tried to give me 3 small wings. The lady boxing the food had a attitude cause I wanted more wings.

Could have been cleaner. The oil chicken was cooked in tasted old.Need to have people get your order right. One man went 3 times and I did to. No sense in this.

Bathroom has a very slick substance on the floor. A customer or traveler or someone just stopping in can most definitely come in and walk in the bathroom and hit the floor. If you don't want a lawsuit you might want to start using a degreaser on that bathroom floor if you're coming out of that kitchen I know because I've worked for KFC for years and you can travel grease from one section to the next. For safety reasons mop your bathroom with a chemical that eats Grease or you end up with a lawsuit on your hands.

No line drive up order food is hot and ready and it's good customers enjoy the food also

the food was fast and fresh but the wait to place my order was terribly ping. people were just walking around looking confused instead of taking my order. I was the only customer in line at the time. they waited until there were 6 people behind me to take my order. then they gave me the wrong food twice.

The KFC Georgetown is the best one I have ever been at. There pot pie is so full of white chunks of chicken and the crust so golden brown it is absolutely delicious! Always has a nice crew at the drive-thru and I get my meal in record time!
