Great service and amazing espresso

Beautiful coffee shop, simple menu (that’s really all anyone needs, right?) EXCELLENT prices. Love the atmosphere. Our barista was very helpful and friendly. 10/10.

I recently discovered KOCHAVA coffee shop in downtown Omaha, and it has quickly become my favorite spot. The place is so cute and contemporary, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Their coffee is delicious, and the frozen fruit drinks are a perfect refreshing treat. The customer service is excellent and the owner was extremely welcoming . KOGHAVA will definitely be my go-to coffee shop whenever I’m in the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Kochava boast's a welcoming and comfortable environment, you walk in and are immediately greeted. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the owners are amazing! I was fortunate enough to stop by on my way out of town and grabbed a delicious raspberry coffee on the way out (normally hot but they made it cold (: - ) 10/10 definitely recommend and next time I'm in town I'll be back! ** also would be great spot to complete work or for a first date!

I really enjoyed their drip and I also got a really tasty Turkey egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Barista Caitlyn was really friendly and gave recommendations for spots around town.

Kochava (pronounced Ko-HA-va) located on Howard street, it’s convenient location in the historic Redfield building makes it easy to sit and enjoy a wonderful latte, smoothie or even regular drip coffee. The owners, Tashiara & Tyrese Wilson have done an excellent job setting up Kochava. The menu- while simple, still offers a wonderful variety & is updated seasonally. The team works hard to ensure the quality with fresh ground espresso and ingredients. Kochava also offers a variety of foods provided by local vendors & small businesses. They strive to give each one a chance & truly value the partnership that comes with working with each. I enjoyed the relaxed and quiet vibe. I hope it stays that way! It’s a perfect location because of the various surrounding buildings. Holly was very informative and kind. The interaction is highly important to me, it sort of lets me know I will like my order. I was also greeted by the owner who exuded a warm and positive light. I ordered a chai with oat milk, my first sip was like woahhh, this is soo good. It was sweet but not to the point I felt sick after drinking, the flavor was on point though. The busy breakfast sandwich (Busy Vegan) with sauce was amazing! There is also a holiday drink menu and I’m excited to try on my next visit.

Kochava has the most delicious lattes that I’ve ever had. It is a very smooth taste. The baristas are very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed with tables that you can sit at and work. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Omaha again.

This place is so cute, the plants, the vibe, all of it! The GM Holly is such a pleasure to talk with, and she genuinely cares that you have a good experience. And that’s before I even mention the food or the coffee, which were both delicious! This place is relatively new, but absolutely worth your support ☕️ 💕

Amazing coffee very smooth tasting. Breakfast sandwich was good too. The coffee was so good it didnt make it home should have gotten the large. Holly provided great customer service! I will be back!

Kochava was such a beautiful, relaxing space. It’s elegant but approachable with timeless decor and plenty of unique seating areas with great views of downtown. The barista was very kind as well and did a beautiful job on my chai, complete with a cute cinnamon flourish. I honestly can’t wait to come back and treat myself to the good vibes ☕️

Spacious coffee spot in downtown Omaha. Popped by on a quiet Wednesday morning and got a flat white to go. Loved the simple and un-overwhelming coffee menu! ☕

Super cool new coffee shop in the lobby of a beautifully restored downtown building. Flat Whites were perfect. Comfortable vibe with really cool 1949 restored Buick Roadster in honor of the old Buick dealership. Viva Fit enchilada was also on point.

Bright, cheery, and spacious. Love that they kept the old floor tile and made it work with some other solid design choices. I'm also in love with the floor to ceiling windows. Many different seating options- my favorite of which are the swivel barrel chairs. Very friendly and helpful service- I really appreciated that. I am not a coffee drinker so I can't tell you about that, BUT, I had the basque Cheesecake and a brown sugar cookie. The cheesecake was probably the best piece of cheesecake I've ever had in my life. The cookie was not for me it had that spice combination that I can't stand- the one you find in pumpkin spice. They had several prepared healthy meals in the cooler as well. Many options! My total for the cookie and the cheesecake was $12.04

Great new coffee shop downtown Omaha, south of the courthouse in the Redfield bldg. Service was quick and the coffee was great.

I really enjoyed the Matcha tea and the Chocolate & Ganache Knot was delicious! The Basque Cheesecake was also very good!
