I always love the Kolaches and the amazing staff at the Carmel location! I see them at least 3 times a month! My favorite it the BBQ Brisket but there are MANY good combinations to try out!

Love the brisket and for dessert get the cream cheese!

My girlfriend bit into a piece of tile in her kolache. It was sharp and could have been dangerous if she swallowed it

I've been here 3 times and have always been very pleased. Friendly staff, delicious food, good macchiato. Sausage Gravy has got to be the best item they have, ranchero is also so good. 4 kolaches and 1 macchiato was just under $17. Perfect for lunch and an afternoon snack!

Honestly not a great first impression. The food was good and that is why they have 2 stars. The kids serving us were obviously horsing around in the back, and that is fine, so long as you have the same energy when you're serving customers. I am not even sure where to start, this kid mumbled so bad I couldn't understand him. I explained to him it's my wife and I's first time there and he was like "ok". So we ordered six items. He put five items in a box. I told him we ordered six items and there were only five. He said "ok". Like what do you want me to do about it? I asked him to read me what he put in the box. I then told him we were missing the ham and cheese. "Ok". Am I not going to get the him and cheese? Nope, I did not get the ham and cheese and I am standing right in front of him. Either this person was severely mentally handicapped or very high. And there really wasn't anybody else in the restaurant at the time. Terrible service.

Maria and Suley were very warm and welcoming! Maria gave great recommendations about what to try. She was a great conversationalist and gave us facts about the operations of the Kolache Factory. The food was amazing, too. We will definitely be back!

So much to love here! My second time visiting and I’ve loved both times. My favorite is definitely the pizza one, absolutely stacked full of pepperoni and gooey melted cheese. The ranchero is also a fantastic one. If you have a chance, try the cream cheese ones as they are also amazing!

Every time I come here to get kolaches it’s wonderful. The employees are all efficient, friendly, and personable. During my visit today, I had a pleasant conversation with Maria, and excellent service. It’s one of many, but I figured I’d finally write a review. In short, highly recommended.

We loved coming to this Kolache Factory! Maria specifically was super accommodating and helpful! She gave us free samples of the featured kolache and it was amazing! We wanted to get some before we left but they were sold out, so she gave us the last sample she had. She is absolutely amazing and I hope that I can see her again when I come back!

If you haven't tried it this is a must try for breakfast! This was such an eye opener!

I love kolache factory. But I go out of my way to visit this location a few times a week. Why? Customer service! Maria is there every day I go and she is the most friendly person I’ve ever met! She treats everyone like a friend/family. These days, it’s hard to find nice people with amazing customer service skills, but she’s got it down!!! So shoutout to Maria, thank you for the friendly conversations and warm kolaches!!!

This is one of my favorite places to eat at, for anytime of the day. The best part about this place though is the service. Cruise and santi are often there when I go, and they are so sweet and accommodating. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

CRUZ AND SANTI ARE THE BEST!! We got a large order of kolaches shortly before they closed and they were so patient, kind, and willing to accommodate us in any way. 10/10 dentists recommend Kolache factory! I was at dentistry on 116th st. and they recommended getting breakfast here! I love it!!!!!! So so soft dough wrapped around the yummiest sausage, egg, and cheese! The coffee is great and the staff was so awake, positive and helpful so early in the morning! I was so happy to start my day off right with Kolache and couldn’t believe it was only $6 for a ball and large coffee!!

Man the kolache are amazing.. they’re like a perfect sweet dinner roll with a topping or filling. I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese and the cream cheese.

I placed a large order for an event and the manager, Maria, was so easy to work with. As promised, she had all 175 kolaches ready at the scheduled time. They were on party trays ready to serve and tongs were provided. The lunch went really well with several attendees saying it was the best food they'd ever had at similar events. We ordered a combination of BBQ Brisket (a definite favorite!), Pepperoni Pizza, Italian Chicken, and Chicken Enchilada. They were all a hit! We'll definitely consider Kolaches if we have a similar event in the future - so easy to order, serve, and clean up.

Disgusting service! Came in the store on a Saturday morning 2 weeks ago and asked if they had cappuccino. The cashier that looked like a high school kid, asks another worker Maria “bruh do we even have cappuccinos?”. Finds out they do and takes my order. After I have paid, he proceeds to ask his colleague Maria loud and with no care that the customers can hear him, “bro how do you even make a cappuccino?” After receiving instructions, and not having made a single cappuccino in his life, he gives me “warm milk” instead of a cappuccino since he has no clue how to make one. I returned the cappuccino immediately and told them they don’t know what they are doing. No offer of a refund as a polite and professional courtesy. Seriously, start caring about the people that come in to your store and give you business, otherwise people will make sure you are no longer in business.

Will not be back to this location. Staff is not friendly and don't know their product. Asked if there were peppers in one of the items he said no and there was they microwavethem to heat them but they got sweaty wet as they placed them in the to go bag to do this . Fountain drink station was broken but I was not told that. When I found out I asked for a refund as they didn't have what I wanted In the cooler, for soda, also I didn't want bottled water just a cup of it . They couldn't do a refund as there wasn't anyone there that knew how. Told me to come back the next day. That wasn't possible for me. I live 35 miles away no other option, poor staff training and no management in site is what I was told . We won't be back to this location.

Enjoy this place but wish corporate would take my vegetarian recipes that I've emailed into consideration as there's only 3 options unless the monthly is veggie friendly... Not to mention the egg cheese and potato is always raw. Raw dough can make you seriously sick. Doesn't matter how many times I tell them or get a refund, they keep serving undercooked food. Not my go-to place anymore, but still go from time to time to try my luck.

This is a great little shop! A little more expensive than your typical grocery store baked goods, but it is gourmet and authentic German kolache. Their products are top quality and made with fresh, whole ingredients.

This was my first time and this delicious experience did not disappoint.

If you've never had kolaches, it's time to correct that oversight. The Kolache factory in Carmel has a great selection of delicious kolaches and some wonderful smoothies to pair them with. The sausage and gravy (kolache, not smoothie) is my go to for a hot and filling breakfast.

Food is good as always. Little confused how they stock the available kolaches. Asked for ham egg and cheese croissants - there were 4 on the shelf. Cashier said those were something different, and that they stocked them there so that the shelf didn't look empty. It's OK to be out of something. An empty spot on the shelf tells me that I can't order it, and I'll choose something else before I get to the register. Having something else in its place just leaves me disappointed.

I love the Kolache Factory!! My sister and I went and got Kolaches after our Temple Trip in Indy! I had a Philly Steak and Cheese kolache, and a jalapeño popper. 🥰 So good, so yummy! I definitely recomend checking out The Kolache Factory!!

It was my first time there over Memorial Day Weekend. I'll definitely drive the 30 minutes from Kokomo to go back!!

Great selection of food for a quick and different brunch! Leftovers last in the fridge and heat up easily. Definitely will be back!

What's not to love at Kolache Factory?! So fresh and tasty! I had a large order for a group to be picked up right when they opened. Maria took perfect care of us, and everything was perfectly prepared, well packed and very organized. The easiest and most delicious way to get a hot breakfast to a bunch of hungry guests!

Always fresh and delicious. The rancheros are loved by our office. This month the Kolache of the Month was a vegetarian option, spinach florentine and it was exceptional.

First timer. Staff did a great job explaining the lay of the land. I got ham and cheese. Didn't appreciate the texture of the ground ham....I was thinking more like ham sandwich versus hash-like texture. Nice stop after a 5 mile Monon walk.

Wow! I'm impressed. It was a restaurant filled with hungry people. There was one staff member, Maria, and she was working hard! In comes a Door Dash employee who is frustrated about the delay on his order. Maria apologized, and let him know she was the only person working today and would get to the order as soon as possible. She explained that it had been busy all morning, and she had gotten behind. She was calm, kind, and professional but conveyed sincerity about getting the order finished and to the driver. The Door Dash driver continued to complain and be rude and mean to her. As the crowd in the lobby became more uncomfortable, and the Door Dash driver left, we each made our way to the register, ordered, and apologized for the way Maria was treated. She responded with gratitude and kindness and went back to working hard to help those of us in line. The restaurant was clean, and the food looked amazing. The Kolaches were going fast as the customers came in and ordered, but I'm not surprised. The Kolaches are always Great, and I can see why the restaurant is so popular. I can happily recommend the Kolaches, and after the customer service experience today, I can't say enough great things about Maria. She's the kind of person I'd happily hire for my business if she was in the healthcare field. To the owner of the Kolache Factory, thank you so much for staffing your restaurant with such an amazing professional.

The best flavor and service!!! You have to try these fluffy buns full of flavor! Always warm and fresh. They have one for every taste. Spicy, sweet, with Italian herbs, cheesy, your choice. Can't just have only one!

My European wife knows this place well. Much cheaper than Disneyland, and her happiness is huge! She owned a Bakery in Europe years ago. There is something special about Kolache dough. I am very impressed. It's a 20-minute drive for us, and we will be back!

Kolache's really aren't that great. Very bland. The dough itself is good but the inside is mediocre. I got a cinnamon roll that tasted like it was from Sam's Club.

Pretty good but not what I expected. Its not super sweet like a donut or anything nor do they have any that come in something like chocolate or vanilla, so don't expect that like I did. I got a cherry, peach (even though I asked for strawberry), and cream cheese. My favorite was the cream cheese but they were all pretty good. I also got a smoothie which was also pretty good. They're decently sized and the dough is great, the middle filling might be too much all at once but regardless it still tastes good. I want to go back and try their more savory kolaches, like the cheeseburger one. I'd recommend stopping by and trying some, just don't expect them to be like a dessert, they're more like a snack or light meal depending on what you get.

I love the service here, and the food is great. The décor is beautiful, and it's always clean [not like another like another local Kolache Factory]...I do wish that the bathrooms were not labeled men and women. They're exactly the same.

Awesome experience and great prices. They give you a discount for ordering a dozen and that's the perfect size for sharing. You'll have to share with anyone you're with because these rolls are so good! Instant service and with a coffee shop vibe it's a great place to stop on your way to somewhere.

Stopped by yesterday on my way to visit my son. Stepped to counter for my snack and she said “buy3 get 3 today”! Oh great so I picked out 6 (all delicious I might add). I said “well if they’re buy 3 get 3 I might as well do 6 more” and take them to my son as well. Picked those out and had them boxed separately. Order rang up to approx $28. I paid thinking that was quite a bit for 6 kolanche but okay… got my receipt and looked at it in the car. Went back in because I was charged for 9. She explained the buy 3 get 3 was for only 3 to a customer… Not a huge deal but I’m so tired of dishonest marketing ploys… it would have been so easy to tell me that when I decided to get the next 6. Now I feel a bit scammed… Update… change that to 3 stars… after reading your response, I dropped a star. Not looking for an apology as it’s not sincere. Easy to say you’re sorry. How about saying you will train your employees better and make sure the customer is aware of the whole specifics rather than “it’s buy 3 get 3” OR if they hear a customer say” oh wow great deal so instead of 6 I’ll take 12”, maybe clue in that the reason they are getting double is due to the special. Not rocket science, just the right thing to do…

went to Kolache Factory this week and it was mu first experience with bread filled with meat or just filling. I tell you what the experince was great. I got the bbq brisket which by the way I love brisket, but it was delicious, I also had the steak and cheese one not my favorite, not to flavor for me. The staff was great saw them keeping things clean while they had down time from the rush. so overall

Quit bringing donuts to the office. This is fire.

Went at 6am opening on a Tuesday. No wait. Staff was quick and to the point. I felt he was hurrying like he needed to do something else but there was no other customers there. Kept stepping away to help other co-worker with the coffeee machine before and after we ordered. Marked the box to let you know which one was what. Ordered jalapeño popper, bacon/egg/cheese, sausage/egg/cheese, rancharo, and a cinnamon roll. Asked if we wanted the cinnamon roll warm, said yes. Warmed cinnamon roll, in the bag in microwave which melted most of the icing on the bottom of the bag. :( But Kolache’s were still yummy. No inside dining at this time due to Covid.

Very chic and busy too. Know what you want so the line moves quickly. The kolache's every last one are delicious. Texture, taste and whatever surprise you got in the middle 😋hmm soo mouthwatering. A most go for me and it's 40mins away from my current place of abode.
