Quite literally the best thai I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of thai. The attention to detail is not only staggering but impressive. I could taste that they used organic ingredients. Get the Shumai. Pictured is what my guy got; the Han Chicken combo plate. Each type of chicken comes with a sauce that complements each texture nicely. Wow and I could tell they make sauces in house. 10/10

Trendy Thai style bar, mostly my Thai friends love hanging out here. During my vacation trip, my friends already went to have a party here twice. I came to this bar one time for after party of my friend wedding. The place was super chill, and staff was very friendly. Food was great, we order lots of appetizers and focusing on drinks.

I recently visited Kruang Tedd, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their vegetable curry, which is the best I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was phenomenal. Decent Thai spot. The food took a while to come out and the portion sizes were average. Very limited parking.

Fun random little spot for Thai favorites. Empty during dinner on a Sunday. No weird valet situation thank god.. Got the chicken rice and it hit the spot. 22 for half fried and half poached. Came with rice and peppery broth. Chicken was super flavorful, enjoyed

My friend and I couldn't get any Thai food delivered on a Friday night at 9:00. We were desperate. So we went to the closest place available after calling to make sure we could get in. The food was inedible. The only thing I could figure out was that it was authentic Thai food -- not meant for the American palate. My date had Rad Na and it was slimy and had a weird flavor. I ordered sweet potato fries because after seeing chicken feet on the menu, I was afraid to order anything else. The oil the potatoes were fried in was nasty. So I asked for cheddar cheese fries. They were better but were made with cheese powder. And though I ate them, they were not really very good. As we were walking out, we noticed that the restaurant was filled with Thai people. The people that served us were very nice.

Great Thai food in Hollywood blvd,small place but very well run and good food and prices,dine in is open,come and support your local restaurants,they need it Edit: place has become quite popular since I visited here very busy on weekends and they have karaoke now

Food is ok, but bad service. They gave us a short leg table with a very uncomfortable plastic chair. We were trying to change another table, they didn’t let us change, and said that was a six-people table( it’s actually small table). After all these, there were two people came in, they sit the six-people table. Can you explain why are you doing this? Is it because we are not Thai? BTW it’s a bad experience in this place, I am pregnant and got this torturing seat and table…

Food is good but the service left a bad taste. Although several waiters checked on us to make sure everything was good, we were seated outside on a cold night. When a group that was Thai (they spoke Thai) came after us, they were at first sitting outside like us, but then they were moved inside. If there were available seats inside, why didn't they move my partner and I inside? Also, a waiter for no reason turned off the heater. We had to ask another waiter to turn it back on. To top it off, their menu prices are off by a few dollars. My kao soi chicken was supposed to be $18 but they charged me $21. Not sure what that was about. A sadly disappointing experience, especially since it seemed like a good spot with a small live band singing. We won't be returning.

Great casual atmosphere. Could see it jumping late night. For dinner - no. The curry was watery. Papaya salad was sad. Nice flavours and spice/heat, but incomplete. Fried chicken skins were inedible… taken away from table untouched. Not credited or questioned if it was ok. $150 with tip for two/no booze … for this. NO

Very delicious Northern Thai style foods! Great for groups and sharing ! Friendly customer service. We dined in on a Tuesday early evening, not too busy. Heads up, parking is very limited.

This is by far the most delicious Thai place I have ever tried in Los Angeles! I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserved it. They have unique items on the menu where you can't find anywhere else. It is a bit on the pricier side a little above average, but well worth it! The servers are very cordial and attentive, but not too much to the point where they bother you while you have food in your mouth. I recommend the -Krispy Pork (best Krispy pork I've had hands down. The sauce they use is very tasty as well) -Fried Soft Chicken Bones (this is the first time trying it. One of the unique items on the menu) -Tom Yum Fried Rice (if Tom yum soup was Fried rice) Eat here now! Lol Also, my girlfriend and I normally take photos of our food before we eat. But for some reason we didn't take any today maybe because the food was so good we couldn't wait. It is also a loud place I think they have a live band playing maybe on the weekends. There was no band playing when we entered. But it is still very loud. I'm definitely coming back... I'll add photos next time. Update 10/20/22 I came back and ordered the exact same food. This time I took photos though!

Most scrumptious hot Tom Yum I've ever hide. With a spice that lingers! Super comfy atmosphere too.

We ordered Khao Soi Tofu and Pad Siew Chicken along with a Thai tea. The Khao Soi tasted amazing, pad siew tasted mediocre and cost 25$. I found this price ridiculously expensive for the quality of this basic Thai food. When I asked for the bill, they charged me 20% tip without asking for my consent. I got ripped off but with a smile of course :)

I loved everything about kruang tedd. The food was delicious, the drinks tasty and refreshing, the live band, the staff so friendly and personable. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a late night Thai fix and wants a chill vibe. Kitchen closes at midnight when I went but the drinks are served til closing.

Delicious food. Decent atmosphere. Their desserts were alright. Slightly disappointed. Desserts are like ending closure, if the desserts ain't good then it's kinda ruin the meal. Don't want to go too detailed on desserts but their ice cream bun, they used hot dog bun , the bun wasn't steamed or toasted before, left very weird feeling. Another really related to the restaurant but just a fyi, there's "valet" parking in this common. It's not really a valet, it's more like this group of people try to collect money for parking spot, they would even put in cone to block you from parking unless you pay

Good thai food, clean and service is good. No waiting and lots of parking space. Dishes is not bad, so much selections.

Got the Hainanese Chicken Rice and it blew our socks off. They offer the chicken both traditionally (steamed + marinated) and fried, and two dipping sauces to go with. Rice was A+ as well! Tom yum soup was very flavorful. The owner offered us complimentary infused Soju after an unpleasant incident with a rude customer behind us; we appreciated the gesture, and the goji + ginseng infusion worked really well too!

It was an amazing night with friends. We had gill chicken wings, tam sua, chicken skin and KT wings.

Classic atmosphere, I used to be here in 1992 in that time at night time there were music bans to sing songs with some time 🎤Karaoke. I love this place even it is a new ownership took over.

This is the one of my favorite Thai food places in Los Angeles. I love all their dishes especially the Kao mun gai.

Tasty sea food hot pot (fondu). Also a must try Gai-Narn, a chicken plate with special rice, just out of this world. Love it.

Kruang Tedd is a great new Thai dive in Thai Town, East Hollywood. There Thom Kha soup is satisfying and I recommend their chef special Khao amok Gai which is a chicken curry dish which is amazing with fried shallots! It’s a bit more modern on the inside which makes it standout from its many Thai food restaurant neighbors!

Firstly, I have to let you know that I went here with 3 Thai people, one is my partner and she is hard to please when it comes to Thai food. (Given she is a great cook the bar is set pretty high for me as well) the others were the ones who recommended the place. They live near Venice beach but whenever they are in this area they visit this place so high expectations to live up to. This was excellent food. The best Thai I had in America on this trip. The place looks like an old converted diner with counter service and table throughout. There is a stage for the music part of the experience but we were there for a late lunch so the place was pretty quiet......no music. The host was super chatty (speaking in Thai with the others) but seemed genuinely excited that we had made the trip to his restaurant especially when he found out we were Australian. This was our last day in Hollywood but if we had found this place earlier in our stay I'm sure we would have visited more often.

The pad thai was very good.... certainly in the top ten percent that I've ever had. Shrimp cakes seem to be about 70% bread or something other than shrimp. They do not offer spring rolls and their egg rolls are pretty standard fare...seem to lack very much internally. They were mostly fried tubes with a little cabbage inside. In sum, I probably will not go back because there is so much competition for Thai restaurants in the area. In no way was it bad, but it lacks some standard Thai menu items, and a number of things were good but not great. So an above mediocre rating but not superior. Only one other table in the restaurant and my entree was brought 10 minutes before the appetizer. A few odds and ends there that were a less than expected.

Prices are average for a Thai restaurant, food is pretty authentic with good taste, we came here on recommendation from a Thai citizen.

Love the thai food here. Great yellow coconut curry mild to spicy as you like. Also the soup is very good for an appetizer.

Everything that we had was Amazing! Fried rice combos are delicious and cheap! Chang beer is very smooth! Deserts also a delight on the taste buds! Live Music will keep you laughing and singing along to old American songs and Thai. Customer Service is very friendly and even the owner, Sy will make sure you are happy with your meal Great night Out! Bill was every reasonable! I will comeback for more very soon!
