I was told that they are not making pizza even though they open and running

Came to this place because of good reviews however the attendant was rude and not welcoming. Bottom line some businesses have horrible customer service and they still stay in business. The pizza that they claim to have for no explanation was unavailable. I left and took my money with me. No thank you

I only had the pizza but I want to comment because it's the best pizza outside of New York City, on par with Bravo's which is one of the best. The sauce is piquant, the crust is krusty, and the balance of ingredients perfect. Some might feel the crust a bit chewy, but that's minor. The atmosphere is simple but pleasant, light and very clean. Overall a pleasing and very satisfying experience.

We celebrated birthday for my 2 year old son and I placed an order from Krusty, used DoorDash, I was waiting for the order for hour and a half , I called the pizza place they said they have no control of DoorDash , I was so frustrated , my guests had no food for almost 2 hours , the owner of Krusty heard how frustrated I was and he tried his best to help , and he just sent new order with someone else and made sure that we are going to get it , and we did at the end . I really appreciate that! He could’ve say it’s not my problem, I sent the order with the DoorDash guy , but he made new order with no charge at the end everyone got satisfied And it’s one of the best kosher pizza we had here in Miami

Store was crowded. No place to sit after food came. Found a table and chair other side of mall jn rain. Food took 40 minutes to prepare and get served take out '( when I ordered dine in). Servers just didn't care.

It’s very small place and it’s inside the market, too slow and unprofessional service and pizza wasn’t pizza , they have to try Italian pizza before opening pizzeria.

Decided to get delivery. Aside from getting gouged with the mark up for delivery and all the associated delivery fees, the delivery arrived 45 minutes after the *latest* time that was indicated when I placed the order. Every time (about 6 times) we tried to call Krusty Pizza to find out if the exact status and to express concern, the call went straight to voicemail. On the order I explicitly asked for ketchup (I figured they'd come with fries even without the request), but none was sent. Food (pizza, fries, salad) was pretty good, even if not fresh enough, fries a bit too salty. Bottom line - food good, but don't order delivery. Some of the delays may have been UberEats fault (can't tell), but the lack of response of Krusty and missing attention to the order were also not acceptable.

Food was fine, delivery times were horrible. Ordered at around 7:20 and it arrived at 8:30 Telling us that it would only take around 30 minutes. I also paid for faster delivery.

First time trying Kosher Pizza. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. All ingredients homemade. South Florida pizza with a New York Flare. Pizza was straight Fire! Must try. Hallandale doesn’t have many good pizza spots, this is definitely one of them!!!

I’ve lived in Miami for 29 years and to be perfectly honest this is hands down the best thin crust pizza i have ever had. My new favorite spot. Pizza was freshly made and tasted out of this world.
