The atmosphere is cozy, service is 10/10, & the food is amazing, we tried the snow mountain, seafood tower, winter sushi and the steak & shrimp hibachi delicious. They are so nice this was our first time and definitely won’t be our last. This place is a hidden treasure. A must go.

Kumo Sushi in Windham is right up there with some of the best sushi-ya, both in freshness and presentation. Three of us came here to determine if the current restaurant rating was justified; we were not disappointed. I couldn't believe some of the dishes that were brought to our table. Everything was beautiful. We had a great feast for the eyes and taste buds. The most beautiful presentation was that of the Sashimi For 2 which is 25 pieces of delicious sashimi served with a Dragon Roll and a Spicy Salmon Crunchy Roll, which is where we should have stopped, but we kept going... On the downside, there’s not much for atmosphere here, drink options are limited and the seating is a bit tight, although none of this should discourage your patronage. Very much recommended.

Went here for the fatty tuna and uni, which are hard to find in NH. While they were out of uni, the custom fatty tuna roll and oyster app were on point. Most beautiful hamachi I've ever had the pleasure of. Our server was also on point. They mixed up my daughter's order, which I failed to notice, but the server did and brought the correct one without being asked. That's a first for me! Do yourself a favor and go here.

If you want the best sushi, you must try Kumo sushi! Our server was cheerful, attentive, and quick. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and very tasty. The place is popular for takeouts, but we dined in. The interior was simple but clean with comfortable seating.

We went here for dinner, the sushi was absolutely delicious! The service was amazing, our server was very attentive, sweet and kind. We sat at the sushi bar and were treated to a surprise sample of a sushi roll! They serve beer, wine, and sake, the only down side is no hard alcohol. The restaurant is small but quiet and relaxed. Once you lived in Japan, or even traveled to it, finding "good sushi" is hard; the bar is set so much higher. In the 12 years since my first time living there, I've found a sushi restaurant in the US that measures up. This is the best sushi I've had in the states. The fish is fresh and well treated. The portions are generous. The menu has some great options, and service was quick and friendly. 10/10 this is the only place I'll get sushi from within a 30 miles radius.

I must start off by saying I am such a sushi lover and this place has the best sushi I ever had. You can tell the quality is 10/10 and every dish looks like a piece of art. I don’t usually take pictures of my food and over here I had to because the presentation was so beautiful. They definitely care and it shows in looks and taste of the food. Very cute intimate place, when we said goodbye after dinner we said bye to the staff as well as the other people dining. They are also very generous and gave us apps and dessert on the house when they knew it was my birthday. I will definitely be back soon 😋

This place is a hidden gem! It’s a small place that has amazing fiod and excellent service .we all ordered sushi . They brought us a complimentary appetizer and surprised my daughter in law with a beautiful birthday dessert ! I can not wait to go back!

I stopped in with my son recently and sat at the chef bar. We ordered various Sashimi and Sushi and were delighted with the food, the presentation and atmosphere. The Spicy Tuna Handrolls were amazing. Everything is fresh and tasty. KUMO is our favorite Sushi place in NH!

My husband and I started looking elsewhere because we thought the quality had been dropping but they totally redeemed themselves today. We had one of the best take out meals in many months. I got tons of sashimi and sushi & my husband got the lo mein noodles with spice added and EVERYTHING was incredible.

Small and friendly. Food was delicious. The presentation of the meal was unexpectedly beautiful. Was offered an amuse bouche while my lunch was prepared - it was excellent. I’ll be coming back soon.

The fish is cut into long skinny strips that do not stay on the rice. Cut like this is also a potential choking hazard. Had to eat rice and fish sushi separately. Very nice staff though.

Editing my review- I got take-out over a year and was a little dissatisfied with the food quality and haven't been back since. Now I always loved Kumo so the quality of the take-out saddened me, after a while I decided to give the place another chance. And boy am I glad I did, sushi was fresh and delicious and the people I was with loved their dishes as well. Kumo was extremely busy when we went but service was good despite that! So happy I decided to go back :)

My wife and I used to get Kumo weekly when we lived in NH but even now that we’ve moved to MA it remains our go to sushi restaurant. The food is always fresh and the quality is excellent especially considering the reasonable prices. The owners are also very nice people.

Went there on our last night in NH. The entire experience was fantastic. They gave us a Sushi chef sample to start us off. We then ordered the Sushi/Sashimi Combo. The pieces of fish were so fresh and were nicely sized. Also had a Naruto roll and a beef Negamaki appetizer that was great (scallions had a nice char on them). My son ordered a shrimp and noodle meal that was amazing. Prawn sized shrimp that were cooked perfectly. Wish it had been our first restaurant we hit there because we would have been back many times. Service was top notch as everyone there was helpful and super friendly.

As a strip mall sushi place - it is exceptional!

We've been here about ten times for lunch and dinner and the service and food had always been excellent. It's small place with a casual atmosphere so if you're looking for an upscale fine dining type of atmosphere it may not fit the bill. That being said the atmosphere is great if you're looking for something a little more low key and laid back this place is great. The food is delicious and the service is always great. They are very accommodating too. there is one roll that I ask to get slightly different from how it is on the menu and they always do it for me. Can't recommend this place enough.

A quaint little sushi restaurant with exceptional staff and great selection of creative japanese cuisine. Fairly upset, read some good reviews so we tried it tonight. I would say about 50% of the sushi had a fishy taste. The rest of the sushi tasted fine but the rolls were loose and a portion of them just fell apart. The kicker was that maybe about a third of the rolls didn't even have enough rice on them to cover the seaweed. On top of that it looked as if the sushi and it's sides (the wasabi and ginger) were just tossed in and on the rolls, not everyone enjoys them and when it's literally on top of the food you can't avoid it. This is up there with one of the worst prepared sushi rolls I have ever ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.
