The best rotisserie chicken in the area for sure! And their black beans and rice are fantastic! Their sauces are amazing, especially the spicy sauce but watch out for the heat if you aren't a big spicy fan.

My chicken and chicken tenders were dried out, tough , and it was bland. First time and last time going there.

Inflation is hitting La Beasa hard. These plus a single flan were $48. No sauces included. 4 Yuca Fries, 4 Plantains. No drinks. Not dining here when Pollo Campero, Pollo Tropical all offer more food and more value for your money.

This place is honestly a gem. The chicken is moist and tender with flavor in every bite. The sauces they give you are so good. The customer service is really good and they’re very attentive. Really appreciate and enjoy the variety of food as well.

YALL SCAMED ME TODAY FOR THE LAST TIME . THE THIGH AND LEGS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL AND NOT NORMAL SIZED . LA BRASA NEVER WAS THIS BAD , I BLAME THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION . I RATHER GO TO LA GRANJA OR POLLO TROPICAL TO GET NORMAL SIZE PIECES OF CHICKEN. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN

All of their food and homemade sauces are very good, except for the steak (very dry) The only unfortunate thing is that they have raised their prices 40% on some items this year.

I ordered for delivery and must say was pleasantly surprised. The Chicken and 2 sides was very good. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned to the bone with delicious flavor in every bite. Even the white meat was moist and flavorful and the wing wasn't burnt as with most places. The roasted potatoes also excellent. Would definitely order again way more flavorful then those chicken on the grill corporate giants. If you know you know.

We decided to come here since its suppose be a better version of LA GRANJA. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Food tasted weird, like propane gas, small portion, no presentation, absolutely nothing like the images, which is expected, but i mean.. NOTHING like the images, if it wasn't for the side sauce i requested (which, by the way, also tasted awful), it wouldn't have flavor, and the price was way too high for quality this bad. Guava and mango juice were in a very small bottle (which they dont specify in their drive thru menu). Their mini churros were over price, and the portion were super small. Did I come across a restaurant specifically for little people? Never ever again. The only good thing about this place is the friendly service, other than that, it's a definite no for me. LA GRANJA, im sorry for cheating on you. I'll be back to Apologize personally.

This place has always been amazing. Food servings and taste is way better than La Granja or Bramers. Price is bit more cheaper too compared to others. Love this place, the staff, the ambiance..can't say anything bad.

I bought a #16 and it was cold, and little flavor, very few shrimp and the meat was tough. Even though I was very hungry, I ended up trying it a little and left it. I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend it.

Ate here for the first time tonight. From the moment we walked in the guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The food was better than we expected. I had the 1/4 chicken with sweet plantains and mixed vegetables. I also ordered a side of the garlic potato’s and the chicken noodle soup. My Hubbie ordered the steak with Caesar salad and fries. I will say that the chicken was good. It would have been a little better if it had been hotter. The sweet plantains had been around for a bit but I could tell that when fresh they were really good. The chicken noodle soup had a little too much spice for me but it was good. This is the kind of soup you would want if you were sick. The garlic potato’s were the star of the whole show! Absolutely amazing and so tender. The mixed vegetables were plentiful but how much can one eat? They included cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. My husbands steak was low quality but a large piece. The fries were cooked to perfection! The salad was fine but ignored since there was so much food. Hubbie had a soda and I do not drink when eating so nothing for me. Total was $33 and change. I know that seems like a lot but we got A LOT of food. The service was superb! The guy at the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name but you really made it extra special) answered all our questions as I said before it was our first time. He didn’t get agitated with us or rush us. He came by our table to check on us and see if we liked our food. We will definitely return.

I found hair in my half chicken, rice and bean meal. I ordered from here because cooking at home wasn't what I wanted to do. I wish I had decided to cook. If I could give a score of ZERO, I would. Advice to this place, make sure employees wear hair nets and beard coverings.

I started coming here after getting terrible food at La Granja. And it was good for a while, but then the other night I went by like always, after work. Line wasn’t long and it was taken within 5 minutes and we received our order in less than 15 minutes all together. Got ALL the way home, and order was not fulfilled to satisfaction. Normally I let it ride. Sometimes people have a bad night, but this particular time my mother and I decided to reach out. Apparently, the manager on duty that night was not helpful in resolving the issue. While already spent hours on the road, they wanted us to come all the way back just to replace one item. Between gas, and time it wasn’t worth it. I get mistakes happen, but that was less than expectations…granted sometimes the food is mid, but adding to the bad service did not make it a pleasant experience. Will not dine back again.

Never had any issues with the food but recently went to this location and paid with Apple Pay, despite paying and showing them that it was approved they said it did not register in their system, and to attempt it again. The charge did not drop off and they have charged me twice. No matter what issue is going on with the system a customer shouldn’t be the one to bear the burden. Fix you system and stop making customers using Apple Pay tap twice and leave it one them to contact their bank. This isn’t a normal business practice. Get it together. No apology or friendliness is gonna pay for my food or save me a call to the bank.

The food is so amazing and fresh. I'm really happy with the service they provide. Dominick is amazing an provides such amazing customer service always. He always ask each and everytime if there is anything he could do to always keep the experience great. It's really appreciated especially these days trying to find hot and fresh food. It's like home cooked food and It keeps me coming back.

Honestly the Best chicken ive had in all of florida. They have the sickest green cilantro sauce that made me go crazy lol . Very clean and nice friendly staff. Couldn’t hear me at drive through ordering speaker, had to repeat myself many times. They gave me no utensils and no napkins! What am I supposed to do with the sticky chicken and salad you gave me? Food was good but couldn’t eat it in the car with no forks and napkins.

They have great selections of food and very reasonable prices. Dominique who’s one of the managers was very friendly and gave me great recommendation. I definitely advise to check it out!

This was my first visit. The customer service experience was fantastic. I enjoyed the chaufa rice but didn't really care for the chicken. I saw everyone as wonderful team mates. And each one carrying out the responsibilities accordingly. Everyone was very friendly And caring with the customers.

Food was good prices not expensive help was great clean place

Customer service is poor, you can order confirm your order and pay, try to get a refund if the order isn’t correct. They told me after I paid they didn’t have the item(S) for my order. Management or employee roles should be swap for smoother transaction for both the staff and customer. I watch a manger verbally assault with profanity a paying customer that had children with them. We won’t be going back. Wishing others better luck!

They started charging rice and beans as 2 separate sides and that's just not right. In Latino restaurants rice and beans have always 1 item and expected too. They didn't always do it, I went to order and saw that being done now and just said nope. If a Latino owns that restaurant, shame shame. I'll go to a more authentic place instead.

Portions, portions, 3 small slices of platain, or 4 yuca sticks for 5bucks nope overpriced. Just ordered 4 meals skirt stake $12.99 got half pound of green tomatoes and red onions and a choped up maybe 2oz stake,bland black beans and bland rice.may be my taste is not adequate for this joint.

The chicken, rice, beans and plantains are better and less expensive than pollo tropical. They have special sauces. We get the whole chicken with two sides. The service is very good. We always do take out but you can eat inside.
