Excellent food, I have been a customer of this place for almost 2 years and I have no complaints when it comes to the food, but unfortunately today I came to eat and it was raining and I asked them to please clean the table of water and they gave me the cloth for me to clean it, it seems very bad to me that if I am a customer who is paying and ordering things, I should please have to clean the table myself. As I said, the food was excellent, but the service was terrible.

It is a typical food truck, but the place where it is located makes it different and special to enjoy a Venezuelan meal on a cool night under a starry sky. The service is excellent, the place is clean and the Venezuelan fast food menu is extensive. My wife and I have visited La Merma Grill several times and I can say that the owners maintain the same quality as the first day we discovered it. Personally I recommend it for those who like Venezuelan food. My wife and I prefer the beef tacos and chicken quesadilla, although we occasionally savor the Venezuelan patacones. Just to clarify, we are Cubans who discovered Venezuelan food at La Merma Grill. Congratulations, and keep up the good work. Perfect spot in Kendall for a late night dinner. Got takeout there recently and the food was amazing! I got the chicken quesadillas and tacos al pastor and they were delicious!

If the chicken cachapa had been bad, i would have still given them another chance because of how NICE the man who served me was (I don't know if he's the owner). He wasn't sure if i could read the (Spanish) menu, so he kindly made sure I could. However, the food is amazing. One of the best food trucks I've been to. I'll most definitely be back.

Lo probamos por primera vez, y a mi familia y a mi, nos encantó, la atención excelente, se siente el calor y sabor de mi tierra en cada bocado de lo que desees. Nosotros probamos hot dog y hamburguesas, de seguro regreso en otra oportunidad

La merma nos encanta, nos mudamos de kendall a Fort Lauderdale y aún así seguimos yendo a la merma a comer las mejores hamburguesas 😋

Awesome cachapas. I had the carne mechada, and my gf had the chesse one. I have also had in the past the Chuleta Ahumada. All cachapas are great.
