Ale’s service is perfect. Food is really good. I highly recommend this place

The food was super good, I would recommend it. The attention was phenomenal, Miss Mia was a sweetheart, congratulations for having that charisma.

Today we ate a very good Sinaloa, the place was spectacular and the service was very good.

I had the pleasure of receiving Mia's attention in her role as an employee, and I can say without reservation that her service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Mia displayed a professional and friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. Her knowledge about the products and services the company offers was evident, and she took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Not only did Mia demonstrate great competence in her job, but she also exhibited remarkable problem-solving skills. When a minor snag arose, she handled it quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Came in during lunch hours and was happy I did. This place serves great authentic Mexican. We got an order of tacos and a quesadilla. At this particular place I preferred the quesadilla over the tacos.

Tablets are unnecessary, waitresses waste time explaining to people who are not related to that type of tablets. If it weren't for the good Serbs of the waitress Ale, I think it would have been a different experience.

I just wanted to relax and have a michelada after a hot day. They surprised me with their michelada with shrimp... the best. Afterwards they recommended the oysters and since I had time I ordered them, they were also delicious accompanied by the second michelada. 100% recommended!!! Guanajuato present!

Street parking is limited. The servers are friendly. It really depends on who is cooking. But for the most part, as long as the normal chef is in, the food is very good. When I'm craving authentic Mexican food, I ignore the chains and come here. Your taste buds and stomach will thank you. Oh. If there is ONE MUST you have to try, it's their Quesadillas...The BEST anywhere! Also love their Taco Salad~

It was today, 06/30/2024, she understood us, not in a bad way, but her face said it all. The waitress had excellent food (she was pregnant but that doesn't justify the situation). Every time we asked her for something, she came with her face as if someone were asking for food. for free if you don't like your job I'm looking for one you like! If you are looking for a place to eat delicious food, it is here, but if you are looking for a place where they are served in the best way, this is not it!

Good size menu, had the fajita and and mole de olla and the we're pretty good but the seafood cocktail was literally bad, it smelled funny so I would suggest not to eat that and it took way too long. You know this place is authentic when everyone around you are speaking Spanish instead of English including waitstaff. 3.5stars on average.

This place is a gem. The food was delicious and had fantastic presentation. Our server did a great job with service as well. If you are in the area and want some really good food, this is the spot! Shout out to the cooks. Everything was cooked perfectly!

Elmwood zoo is going through major construction. Despite the renovations being done, my 4 and 7 year old always enjoy themselves here at the zoo. No complaints about the food, snacks or adult beverages. There is a shuttle that can take you from the parking lot to your car, and from the zoo exit back to your car. It’s nice to have cash on you when you visit( one’s, maybe ten bucks or so) to donate to the many vendors on duty, band/ painters/ certain animal causes, donation bin/ centers, etc. The kids always have fun at the playground, and the animals are always alert and may pop up for a selfie.

They forgot my food and I was asking about it. And it said that they were coming, and I waited for a long time, first my companion finished eating and I never had my food until 45 minutes later... how I would have liked a refund but too bad it's not possible here.

Everything was great but the only observation I like tonshare is that they decided to clean the restaurant while people were eating. That's not nice 😕.

The food was good Now every time I orde the tray of ( 30 tacos ) the price is diferent and they don't make the tacos as good they use to be.

Food is absolutely wonderful and delicious. I definitely recommend it if you want to try something different or fun. But I will say that most people there probably don't speak English. So if you don't speak Spanish have Google translator and to be patient.

Made an order on the phone. Came up there. No one could speak English dispite them taking my order in english and when I was trying to pick up the order. After some time trying to bridge the language gap I left empty handed. Glad I didn't pay ahead. Never again lol

The restaurant has amazing service and food. Have been going to this restaurant for a while with family. Since May, it has security with metal detectors. And the men's bathroom is subpar, to say the least. The cloged toilet was the final straw for me.

Well, not so much hidden it’s right on the main road outdoor eating indoor eating place very well decorated clean and let me say again excellent I love going here and taking friends.

The floors were so slippery. You have to walk very slow so you don't fall. My waitress didn't speak English. She had some random drunk man from another table translate for her. Not my kind of business.

🤮🤢 Me salió una cucaracha en El mole con pollo. Le dije a la mesera y se la mostré, me dijo "hum pues esas son Las cosas que pasan" osea enserio!??? Pedí hablar con El manager... y me dijo él acaba de salir... la mesera ni se disculpó, al contrario agarró una una actitud en contra nosotros por haberle dicho. Era El lugar favorito de mi esposo hasta El día de hoy.

The food looks tasty on their menu! The tacos I ordered since I was a little skeptical they were the bomb! So delicious my new favorite spot for tacos. Ambience in there is very popping with singer and music out loud. The staff was all over the place but still doing their thing. Nice! Mejores tacos que he comido. Super nice presentation.

Walked in this place no one acknowledged us when we were waiting for someone to sit us. Had to sit ourselves and waited 20 minutes before a server came up and bring us our menu. Waited another 20 minutes to place our order with drinks. I got my drink and my husband waited for his for 15 minutes more. We drove 30 minutes to come have a nice dinner and by the ending of it was the worst service I got. Our server was more into serving the other table and left us high and dry on the other side. I'll make sure that everyone knows how horrible this place is. I understand that everywhere is short hand with staff but this was way worst than any place that is short staff.
