We have been a huge fan for many years and yesterday had a party for 40 catered by them. It was outstanding! The quality, service, and communication was top notch!

Very chipotle like. They were out of half of what we ordered and the pork, never seen it cooked this way, couldn't tell by taste it was pork. Food was decent though, just not exactly what I was expecting. I'd go back for a quick meal.

This place is not even worth 1 star. Went in ordered 2 tacos, they took a wrap and cut it in half, too cheap to buy taco wraps I guess. The guy put cheese on, maybe 10 pieces of shredded cheese per wrap, I guess cheese is too expensive. Asked for chicken, one had 4 tiny pieces, the other had a whopping 5 pieces. Asked for lettuce and tomatoes same as everything else, barely any. Charged almost $10 for this. On the way out glanced at all the high school kids with overflowing burritos. Guess if you are friends of the kids working there you get a decent meal. Save your money go to the burrito place up the street, or even taco bell.

After using Las Olas to cater my son's grad party for 120 people, I would never use anyone else. From start to finish they made everything shockingly easy. They not only brought top notch food that everyone was raving about, they supplied every last detail (all plates, napkins, utensils, serving dishes and sternos, serving utensils, and even brought signs to show what each item was). Delivery charge from Hampton to Newburyport was only $28 (WHAT?!) It was worth every penny and was also the best deal ever. We could not be happier and I want to scream from the rooftops how amazing they were.

Was told 3x to stop giving my order until I get to the next station while that cheese person was exchanging chat with the rest of the team. I walked out. I'm all for a great place to work but I have watched deli staff juggle 5 orders and 20 ingredients with baffling speed and accuracy (a generation ago). This was far too comfortable of a work station and nothing to be proud of enough to hold your hand up to a customer. The customer is always right.

You have to go when it's not busy, or there will be a lot of kids. Food isn't the best, and it's sometimes difficult to hear the servers. Go to Burrito Loco, the food is better and less expensive there.

$20.05 for a burrito with extra chicken (Small spoonful of chicken), Veggies (peppers and onions), guac and sour cream.

They are very cheap on their portions and very expensive. And they charge almost $2 extra for a "tablespoon" worth of guac. Not worth it.

The Hampton Las Olas crew is continuously giving their all to everyone that walks through their door in need of some good food. It's become ritualistic of my family and I to grab some tacos after returning home from long trips, and I make sure to write a note when I order online to thank them in advance for the much needed meal they'll be providing for us. Without fail, the lovely people over there have written such sweet notes on my boxes each and every time I've thought to mention my gratitude for the workers and the food they cook up for us - especially after a long day of driving, flying and dealing with the airport. My family and I are undoubtedly always happy customers when it comes to the Hampton Las Olas location and we are always looking forward to their awesome service! We absolutely love Las Olas! The food is flavorful and the portions are huge. I've had multiple things off their menu but I always go back to their black bean bowl. Also, their salsas are inventive and fresh. My personal favorite is the carrot and habanero salsa. Everyone should try out Las Olas, their food is much better quality than any fast food chain and the prices are still cheap.

I looovvveee Las olas, but the past two times I ordered online, the meals were missing something. My husband ordered a bowl just last week, and they forgot to put the chicken on it. He was very underwhelmed. I think they must have new staff because I’ve never experienced a wrong order. I hope it’s not the slow decline of this delicious spot!

Food was decent. Not worth the price

Good fast burrito shop. However, my only 2 complaints are that sometimes I feel the staff are very robotic and just want to be done with me or get annoyed when I am slow on ordering or want to add to an order. The other issue is I often have to throw the burrito in the oven because it feels cold by the time I get home and I live a mile away from the restaurant.

Barely any meat or cheese over loaded with toppings to the point my burrito was cold. Guacamole and chips were delicious.

We used Las Olas to cater our Christmas party. Fresia in the catering department of the Hampton store was very knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions for our needs. The delivery was on time with friendly staff. They made the ordering and delivery easy and seamless! Oh and the food is always the best!

This review is strictly regarding their operations manager, Ken. After even just a brief interaction with him, he was nothing short of demeaning and extremely condescending to say the least. How they let him talk to perspective hires is beyond me. He spoke about being unprofessional which just reeked of irony as he had absolutely no professionalism whatsoever.

Ordered 2 Pork burritos. rice and cheese a side of salsa brava and a fountain drink for myself and my client, well amount came to $32.76-for two plain burritos no guacamole no nothing but cheese(I counted 6 little 2 inch strands with rice and a 8 oz Cola drink. What the Pancho Villa are you thinking. I've been in the food industry for over 30 years and that is outrageous. The food cost on one of those burritos is approx. $1 -$1.20 -the meat is less than 3 ounces, again I counted, and shell contained 12 little bits of less than 1/4" of Pork? As I was with a client I didi not wish to go ballistic as previous year I had got a burrito which had more big chunks of pork a whole handful of cheese and tasted great -same way a side of Salsa Brava and a drink for 12.00. Ive heard of overcharging for no reason but really? And the burritos had no taste at all although stated on menu=- marinated meat have no idea how you figure you can charge such exorbitant prices for what is basically Cheep st food. Staff is great smiling and cheerful and they had no retort when i asked them on way out why prices jumped so high.Must be a Hampton Thing as I can duplicate that order In the Maine Location and get free salsa for $22.00- wow what a georgical difference -as yes i eat there alot and called them and asked what's up. Good food, kinda like Moe's but the food tasted better in my opinion. Don't get a ton of queso for the price, but other than that, we can't complain about the price of the food too much. Highly recommend eating here if you're in the area.

Have been going to Las Olas for years. Recently it seems like the amount of meat you get with your item has dwindled. I ordered AND PAID FOR double pork on my salad and honestly it seemed like there was less than a single portion. Come on guys... you are better than this.

My friend and I found this place by accident when we were trying to stop for a quick bite before going to a concert, and we were honestly blown away by how good the food was! We had Las Olas cater my brother's graduation party last year and my graduation this year and both times we received excellent service and food! We had 70+ guests and Fresia did a great job of helping pick the right amount of food and was very responsive even when I had to switch the cell phone number to call for confirmation the night before the event. Fresia was awesome in responsive in helping me decided how much of and what to serve a large luncheon for one of my largest customers. Food arrived right on agreed upon time, fresh, warm, smelled delicious. Everything was very well packaged/sealed, they may cute little labels for each item.....even the lettuce which likely didn't need a label :) The portions were perfect and many people ended up going home with food. Las Olas recently catered an event for 150 people and did a fantastic job! We did mini burritos and they were a huge hit!
