Breakfast pasties were delicious! And the giant cinnamon roll was good but a little doughy.

Stopped in on our way to Keweenaw peninsula, had the cudighi sausage sandwich. Was absolutely delicious

Lawry’s is my favorite place to eat when I’m traveling through Ishpeming! They make the best pizza you’ll ever have, and their pasties are pretty good too!

Had some family members come down from the Copper Country and asked them to stop by and pick my husband & I up some pasties on their way. Oh my word..... they were definitely worth the wait. Eating mine as I am typing this review actually. Lol! Can't wait to come up there and load up on more to bring home. And get a cudighi or 2 as well. Keep up the great work!!! Thanks so much!!!

My first true pasty live still remains the champion. So many great options. Don’t forget the Kerchupeño. (Not as good as Toivo & Eino’s but still lovely!)

Lawrys has the best pasties and cudighi's in the area. Thei pizza is good too. More of a grab and go place, although they do have tables where you can dine in.

I have many fond memories of the U.P. growing up and one of them is pasties. After visiting my brother, I was able to bring frozen pasties home to my family. Yum!

Lawrys has the best pasty and cudighi in town and their pizza is pretty good too. The portions of food are great compared to others, they taste better and you get your money's worth. You can eat in but Lawrys is more of a grab and go kind of place.

Ordered a sunrise pizza for 7:25 am. It was ready , piping hot , and one of the best breakfasts I have had in a Ling time. The staff was smiling and very friendly. Thank you Lawrys. You guys rock

Cute little place, we stopped here on our way back from a hiking trip and the food was delicious, would definitely recommend stopping here and we would definitely go back there!

I brought my step daughter and her husband here for pasties which was their first time eating them and they loved them! They tasted like how I remember my moms pasties were like.

We had the traditional pasty. They were very flavorful with a flaky crust. The BBQ sandwich was also very tasty. Be sure to get a coleslaw too, good stuff!! Also the staff was super friendly!!

Wow!! So good and such a lucky find! We got the 17oz beef Pasty and the Cudighi “with the works” and it was amazing! Plus the service was great and even the patrons were friendly! Refreshing since we had not had a similar experience at a nearby restaurant earlier in the day. Also, the place was BUSY with so many people coming in to pick up their to-go orders! Clearly it’s a locals favorite and for a good reason! Oh and great prices for the amount of food you get too! Thank you for the great food and happily accommodating my dairy allergy!

Perfect pasties, tender crust, generous filling

Its been several years since my last visit, but Lawry's pasties stay the same. Which IS a good thing! I kinda wish they would get RID of those annoying little ketchup pillows, though, and put the bottles back on the tables. But the pasties are worth it!

The staff was helpful with making selections. The food was outstanding. The restrooms are downstairs. There were three booths for dining in.

Sometimes you come across something special. The pasties and cuighi sandwich are hands down phenomenal. Would 100% recommend. The pizzas looked stellar too!

I can't say enough. The food is absolutely fantastic. First time having a Pastie. It was great. Tried all the food at the table and all was great. They guys are great and super friendly. We will be moving to the area and this place will definitely be getting our return business. Oh and the cinnamon rolls!!!

Now that's the perfect example of a proper pasty, hefty, tasty, packed with deliciously seasoned rutabaga, potatoes, onions and meat, you cannot go wrong here.

Order never shipped! However, they billed me. BEWARE of the Christmas Grinch! Time to cancel the credit card charge.

The people were wonderful the pasty I had was wonderful also been looking for something that tastes this good! They use the oven from the 1940's and it makes a huge difference thank you guys for my real authentic pasty made with love ❤

Coming up to the U.P. and was looking for the best Pastie around. This was excellent! The beef Pastie was delicious with the perfect structured pastry dough robust unique beef filling. This is my first Pastie and the flavor profile on this baby is a must try.

We happened to ask a lady in Marquette for a pizza recommendation and Lawry's was her immediate response. We understand why. Excellent pizza with just perfect seasoning! Super friendly staff as well.

I don’t think I’m much of a pasty person. I try. But my boyfriend loves them. He said this is one of the best he’s had while we’ve been up here. I had the veggie melt and that was amazing.

Pasty was delicious and filling. Bathroom was down steps in a basement which was a little challenging to get to, but was clean. Had booths to enjoy your food inside. Had a high chair for my son. Will be stopping there again.

Review is on a 10" pepperoni pizza, just before lunch rush, on a Thursday, mid-August: Very good ingredients! Not a greasy mess like many places might make. Cheese is a very good quality; nice melt and flavor. Pepperoni is tasty and spicy! Sauce was well dished out; definitely NOT a dry pizza. Not too salty, either. Lastly, the crust was PERFECT: tender to bite into and had the right thickness and chew. They baked it to get a good bottom (not soggy) while still having a tender edge that was delightful to eat. The people are polite and friendly, too. I wish I lived in the U.P. so I could have this pizza once a week. This place is on my Top-3-List for best pizza! I look forward to coming back on my next vacation! 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Cudighis were great and the staff was super friendly.

Beyond good food! We had a Cudighi, BBQ pulled pork, cheese steak and a beef pasti and a pizza. Absolutely solid food, the boys and the wife were all happy and full! Only 3 tables so be prepared to order and wait in the car. But it is worth it!

Seems rundown and that the employees don't care about their service. There are better and more friendly pasty shops around in the area.

It was between this place & Muldoons that I realized I just am not a UP Pasty fan. On the other hand, the pizza was actually pretty good and the service here is phenomenal!! Cool place, run by even cooler people!!

I personally think that Lawry's pasties are the best in Marquette County. They also have other affordable menu items that are tasty. I recommend this pasty shop. I prefer traveling to West Ishpeming location--old school!

The pizza was amazing but went there for the veggie pasty and was told they only sold them frozen so couldn't eat them there.

I love this place. My place I stop before going back to where I live. Friendly staff. Always smells so good. I love that you're getting more stuff to buy. Sweatshirts coffee cups and I can't forget to say the chocolate and fudge.

OH MY WHAT A TREASURE! We are SO glad we happened upon this little hole-in-the-wall place AND WOULD EAT HERE EVERY WEEK if we lived in the UP!! Everything we ate was amazing! Best cudighi sandwhich and pizza boats and I can only imagine how their pasties are. One stop shop for AMAZING customer service, fantastic vibes from staff, and your UP foods! (They even sell clothing and some grocery items!) 100% RECOMMENDED!! We were in food heaven and my hubby even went back to the register to order seconds! PS: cudighi is just a type of sausage just like there is Italian sausage and I loved being able to get my cudighi on my pizza boat rather than in the standard sandwhich (don't judge pregnant ladies lol)

THE BEST! We are camping through the U.P. (3 1/2 wks this time) and taste testing pasties everywhere we stop. So far Lawry's is hands down the best! The ladies were amazing and so friendly. A must. You Will not regret your stop. Enjoy!

We heard about the local Northern Michigan food cudighi's and pasties, and Lawry's had them. The cudighi is a hefty spiced pork sandwich (think pork hamburger with tomato sauce and mozzarella) that was amazing. The pasty is a traditional food, like a meat pie, that was baked in a pie crust filled with dinner leftovers so miners could bring them to work for lunch. The cudighi was so good we asked if anyone sold the raw patties so we could take them in our RV for grilling. Lawry's sells 5 pound frozen bags of them. Sold! As a footnote, their pizza was excellent, would challenge any from NY or Chicago. Highly recommended!

The Cudighi from Lawry's has always been our favorite. But we stopped last weekend and saw new people working in there. Not sure if that was the reason but the sandwiches didn't have enough sauce or cheese...so they were pretty dry. I was disappointed as I always tell everyone to get one there. Please make like before because I don't want to go elsewhere for one. P.S. we also got a meatlovers pizza and were disappointed with that also. It had plenty of meat but I couldn't even see the cheese at all on it.

It took me 30 years to get to their West Ishpeming location but I'm so happy I did. I love their pasties but their cudighi, holy wah ! The size and the flavor will empress even the most skeptical. A must stop if you are in the area. I'll now be making the drive from Marquette time and time again.

They have good food and make it pretty quick. Usually get a pasty from here. I'm not a huge fan of pasties but they're good from here. They have other food items. Everyone I know love the cudighi. The cudighi and pasties are large.
