Been here many times, Lamb Mozzat ( Lamb Shank) is my favorite all the time & Garlic Sauce is yum♥️

Wish I knew. They have extremely sparse and limited hours. Been closed every time I've attempted to try it.

Went here with a friend that knows what baba ghanouj is. The beef kebab uses filet minion and it was delicious! The owner checked with us a few times to make sure we were satisfied. Felt like eating at grandma’s. ☺️

My order never came with just meat. It would have been tomato, onion and greens. It came with dry, dry meat only. The meat was good but we are not used to it. If there is not a lot of greens and peppers with it, unfortunately it has no taste or meaning.

I recently started eating only Halal and after getting sick realized what a challenge it is to find halal chicken soup in the area. I had visited this restaurant years ago and was overjoyed when I saw chicken soup on their menu. They let me try a sample and it was out of this world! It had all the comfort of my mom’s chicken soup so I got two orders to go. I should’ve gotten more! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for halal options in Charlotte!

This is by far one of my favorite authentic, most delicious restaurant I’ve EVER eaten at. The service is amazing and the crest this family environment you won’t find in most restaurants. The food is so delicious, packed with so much flavor. I’ve been coming here for years now and it never disappoints. The owner is so welcoming, amazing manager and employees. Everything is clean, well presented, cooked to perfection.

I must say this is the best shop For Falafal and Hummus. I am visiting this store since 2016. It is located in university area. Price is reasonable compare to portion.They have best hot sauce and garlic sauce.

Delicious delicious food, ESPECIALLY for the price! I didn’t know that restaurants still existed out there that were ACTUALLY affordable! We are Turkish, so we were naturally craving some cheap middle eastern cuisine, and we got more than we expected when we ate here! Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was incredible. The hummus was my absolute favorite. We also loved the baba ghanoush. We were too full after the main dishes, because they give you generous servings! Weirdly, their French fries are another thing I want to brag about too, because they are golden, crispy and fried to perfection- way better than any fast food restaurant could do! Our server was a doll, and got our food to us so quickly. He checked on us periodically as well, ensuring our waters stayed full! I highly recommend this business, and we will be eating here again the next time we head to Charlotte!

Food is okay, I wouldn't write home to tell my mother about it. I felt it was a fusion between Mexican and Middle Eastern, flavors were kinda all over the place. The food was overall good enough, chicken kabobs weren't tender and a little rough.

Le Kebab Grill in Charlotte was a great dining experience. We visited for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it was a bit busy. We got the Chicken Shawarma wraps with fries. The chicken was juicy, and tasted fresh. The service was prompt and polite. I wasn’t a fan of the super religious overtones inside, which seemed overpowering at times, but my review is just for the food and the service. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to get fresh food. Restrooms are inside.

Visited Le Kebab Grill today, loved it. It's our nth time here, and as always the food is great. We love the Mozat, and the Chicken Kebab with the pilaf rice. The waiter was very friendly, and we got the best service. Le kebab grill, is our most fav Mediterranean restaurant in Charlotte..

I frequent Le Kabab and they have the best Mediterranean food around. And I’ve tried a lot of Mediterranean food places around. I have always loved them. Today I was gifted a baklava on the house, and they didn’t even know it was my birthday. It truly made my whole day. The best people and the best food. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered lamb chops with yellow rice and fries. It was good and liked the presentation too. Friendly staff. Ordered kunafeh but didn’t like it at all. Presentation of the kunafeh too was bad. A little pricy too.

Waitress had an attitude for no reason. There were barely any customers inside & she couldn’t get the water we asked for out until about 10 minutes after we ordered it. Not to mention they add a 10-15% service charge automatically even though their service at best subpar. Then they ask for MORE of a tip after that. The chicken kofta kebab was salty and had a very weird taste to it, I couldn’t even finish it because it was so bad. I’d venture to say it was the worst Middle Eastern food I’ve ever had in Charlotte. The rice was the only thing that helped make the dish edible. The lentil soup couldn’t be saved even after adding in lemon, salt, and pepper. I’m not sure what recipe they used, but it needs to change. The half-chicken was not great, the skin on the chicken was undercooked and soft, and the seasoning was bland. Please, whoever cooked today, don’t go near a kitchen again.

Simple restaurant with tasty fresh food. The lentil soup is tasty, the salad fresh. The chicken shawarma was flavorful, a bit dry. The baba ganoush was outstanding. They have coran books free available for the public. We were 6 and all were happy.

Some of the most authentic Arabic food I have had outside of the Middle East and easily the best shawarma in Charlotte. Their Knafeh was decent but everything was super authentic and reminded me so much of home

Food tastes good. But if you are ordering a to-go order, please double check if you have got what you have ordered for.. they tend to be cheap and try to skip on hot/garlic sauce or pita bread intentionally. Apart from that food is ok.

Gyro...👎, borderline terrible. Lamb was pre-something? I am used to lamb meat being shaved off a slab of meat rotating in a vertical cooker. Would not recommend for a gyro. They should take it off the menu.

Nice quiet lil Mediterranean restaurant in the university area. Have been here a few times and the food is always good. On this trip I had the falafel wrap and fries, and my wife had the mixed grill kabobs with spicy rice and a salad which I ate lol. I love falafel wraps and have recently been on a mission trying them fro various spots around Charlotte and theirs is Definitely top 3 that I've had.

This is not your rotating meat kind of place. The food was bland and flavorless.

After returning from London where we had some amazing shawarma, we were determined to find something comparable in Charlotte. Unfortunately, there isn't much that is authentic at this spot. There is no way the meat (both gyro and shawarma) was cut from a rotating grill. The sauces and flavors were bland and no amount of garlic paste and tahini was enough to flavor any sandwich we bought. They didn't list fattoush salad on the menu but when I asked they said they had it so we ordered it... Disappointing to say the least. Dolmas, baba ganoush and Hummus were mediocre. Falafel was blah. Not authentic. I wouldn't order more than a French fry here. Staff was nice.

They have removed a lot of stuff off the menu. Unfortunately, it was the better items. I've been there many times, and the food was excellent. This time, it was just ok, very plain tasting. I ate it because I was hungry. Will be reluctant to go any time soon. Which is unfortunate. But on a good note, the cauliflower is still good.

Delicious real middle eastern food. The flavors were superb and the plates were prepared with excellence. This restaurant was better than I expected it to be and will most certainly be one that I visit again. As a side note, the owner and chef apparently served as private chef for the American ambassador in his home country of Jordan. That would explain the great food.

Even though the restaurant is little on the small side it has great food, quick service, and really reasonable prices. I really loved my kebabs and the delicious rice options. Once Ramadan is over I plan on taking several of my friends to this location for a great lunch. If you're in the mood for some Mediterranean food check out this place it's really worth it.

My wife has to take our one hour monthly drive to le kebab is just that good and will be worth the drive.

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants for meat lovers in Charlotte. Chicken Shawarma with whole wheat bread felt like home cooked food and delicious as well. Grilled chicken mandi was outstanding, chicken was juicy and tender. The spicy kabsih rice was delightful, full of flavor. Each morsel with combination of rice, chicken, French fries and some garlic sauce was heavenly. Pita which was provided as part of side was fresh and decent enough. Spinach pie was good. Lamb shawarma wrap was hard to chew. Veg kebab mandi and cauliflower fry were not as expected.

I just loved this place so MUCH! Everything is just perfect and so tasty. Great service, quick service and amazing food. The manager also gave me a dessert for free! Definitely I’m going to come back.

Le Kebab Grill is our favorite Middle Eastern place. The falafel is the best I’ve ever had—perfection! Everything is fresh and homemade. Even the sweet tea is exceptional. And the staff is attentive and really nice.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. This is such an amazing place. From the second we walked in, we were treated with good service. The restaurant is very clean, and the servers were attentive and tried their best. One of the servers was new, and he was also trying his very best. The food was all great, and the fries are world-class. Will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Met a friend for dinner. The service was very friendly and fast! We were greeted at the door and immediately helped. The portions were huge. This is a great valueless for the money. You get to choose 2 sides with an entree. I had chicken kebabs with yellow rice and lentil soup. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. I had enough leftovers to have for lunch the next day too. Our server was attentive and pleasant. There is free parking and a very casual atmosphere. There is a counter or you can dine in.

The food is great one of best middle eastern restaurants in the area. The down side is that charge you 10% or more because others don’t tip. If they raised prices pay worker a little bit more. I don’t feel that I need to pay extra when I received bad service for no extra reason. So get all orders to go you won’t be disappointed.

Seriously delicious lamb chops!! I seriously had to hold myself back from stealing my father's plate. I ordered the lamb shwarma over hummus which was yummy, but the lamp chop dinner was AMAZING! Everything was seasoned well, even the vegetables. The spiced rice was everything. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and well seasoned. Go there and try the dinner platters instead of the typical gyro stuff. They can seriously cook here!

Nice cafe style restaurant with counter and table service. Food was excellent, staff was nice and attentive. Middle Eastern food is on of our favorite and Le Kebab Grill is on our go to list.

La comida es muy rica, los platos de pollo son grandes y el ambiente es acogedor, los trabajadores son amables y realmente tratan de entender cualquier duda, incluso si no hablas inglés perfectamente, (encontré personal bilíngue también). Tardaron como 10-15min en traer todo y se ve que la cocina estaba ocupada porque olvidaron por un rato una sopa que pedí, se veían bastantes clientes a horas del almuerzo.

I recently attended a wedding where they catered from this restaurant. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed the mixed grill, hummus, baba ganoush... really, everything! He delivered so many boxes in the middle of the rain and everything got to the venue super hot still! I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to cater a large event or wedding... You and your guests are in for a treat!!

We had le kebab cater our wedding last week, and half of the people of the people including myself came down from very bad food poisoning. The establishment under cooked their meat severely and cause our stomach to upset and send some of the contaminated to the ER. I would not recommend and beware

Updated : after this review, their chef responded me and said it’s their mistake and offered me money back. Good customer service.. Update 12/2 : ordered Chicken Shawarma again today, much better. My husband and I have been coming to Le Kebab Grill for years. The food is always delicious, whether we dine in or get it to go. Our young boys (1 and 3) are enjoying trying new things here too. We recommend everything on the menu, but especially lamb shawarma and gyro.

Halal restaurant. The food here is really delicious. The portion size is good. Inside and outdoor seating available and they have good service. I recommend trying this place!! The only thing is it would be nice if the restaurant opened a little later at night.

I have had my fair share of middle eastern cuisine, but I was able to try some new dishes at Le Kebab Grill this weekend! I have found that some middle eastern restaurants can be quite basic so I tend to be picky when it comes to the food. However, this place had a really solid menu! I ordered the Mozat “lamb shank” with yellow rice and the knafeh. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender, and it was even better with the dakous hot sauce. I had thought that the dakous hot sauce would be really spicy but this wasn't the case. It was quite mild which I preferred and it paired well with the lamb. Even if you are sensitive to a little spice, the yoghurt sauce will balance it out. The yellow rice was also seasoned and cooked perfectly. As for the knafeh, this was a whole new experience for me. Somehow a specialty cheese, kataifi pastry, and a sugary syrup all came together to make for a very unique dessert. It was served warm and it was quite tasty. I feel like this is something you just have to try since a description doesn't do it justice. The service was also super personable and was able to educate me more on the food as well. I would definitely check this place out if you are in the area!

Coming here was a great experience. Everything I had was simply delicious. I recommend trying out the kibbeh or any of the desserts.

We've been here a few times, including dine-in and take-out. Food is excellent. Prices are reasonable. When we dined-in, we had good service. With my spouse being middle eastern, we have probably been to every Mediterranean or Lebanese restaurant in the greater Charlotte area. This one ranks amongst the highest. Portions are plentiful. This is definitely our go-to place when we're in this area.

I have say that this was a pleasantly surprise randomly went here and I must say one of the best meals I had in a long time the presentation was amazing and the food filled me up honestly couldn’t finish it all and as some that over 230 that is typically hard to do . The staff was super pleasant and attentive I am definitely returning here in the near future.

AMAZING! Being born and raised in Lebanon, from experience at multiple middle eastern restaurants in the US, I knew it wouldn't taste as good as is in Lebanon and would be westernized a bit but... I was wrong. From the taste to generosity and the fast service👌 The hummus was there within 2 minutes and the main dish took 10minutes or less. From the garlic paste (toum) to the shish tawouk (chicken) seasoning, and the yellow rice spices... all was perfect The shawerma fillings were abundant Great food, great service, clean environment overall
