Le Snack catered my grandmother’s memorial service and we requested finger foods. They curated an amazing menu that I would have loved to try, but I knew our guests have a simpler palette. I requested a few tweaks and they were happy to oblige. Their continued communication from start to finish was extremely helpful and kept me at ease. On the day of the event they set up an eye catching spread and made sure everything was stocked throughout the time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better food. I would 100% book them for another event and I will contrite to try their creations at the food truck or at their dinner events.

Mike & Megan just catered a special BD party and the food was outstanding. All of our guests were equally blown away by the delicious food and we are all still talking about it. I highly recommend having them cater your next event!!

This was such an amazing dinner. The food was incredible. They were so nice. 5 star service. We had a salmon based menu and I only wish they were in Denver. It is worth the trip to Palisade simply to have them come to your home (or AirBnB) and give you a taste of these amazing dishes. Get the wine pairing too- brilliant!

One of our best dinners in Colorado. The food is very good, the recipes original and made with fresh ingredients. The service is super fast. I recommend it if you are not far from its base.

The Buffalo Chicken tacos...the chicken didn't need the Buffalo. The Buffalo didn't need the chicken! Both should be bottled and sold. Y'all are awesome and thank you for coming to Grand Junction!

I attended a private dinner where Mike and Megan cooked a couple courses for me and my group of friends. The thought, time and genuine passion these guys have for this is outstanding!! Food was one of the better meals I've had this year! Could not reccomend them enough if you want them for a private event or just to visit their food truck. Love these guys!

I have eaten at Le Snack too many times to count!! Their food truck at The Ordinary Fellow slaps! They change their menu pretty regularly and I have never been disappointed. It’s hands down the best place to dine in Palisade. Recently my friends used their services for a private dinner and, not to anyone’s surprise, it was delicious. I love how they incorporate local foods and in-season produce throughout their menu. You can really tell a difference. If you haven’t dined with Le Snack then you’re missing out!

Hire Le Snack to cater your next event! This food truck delivers delicious food with a side of excellent customer service. Le Snack catered our wedding rehearsal dinner of about 100 people at Riverbend park. Megan and Mike worked with us to come up with a personalized menu that did not disappoint. They were great communicators and a delight to work with through the whole process. Our guests were absolutely smitten with the gourmet options available. They accommodated food allergies/variations easily. Wonderful food, wonderful people: we couldn’t be happier with Le Snack.

Fine dining from a food truck? Yes! Reasonably priced too. Mike and Megan are the best, and the food was fantastic. I had the pork burger, my wife had the gyro and we shared a salad and a desert. All were very tasty. All in the little Colorado town of Palisade. We are from Arizona, but we will be back.

I have eaten Le Snack several times while visiting the Ordinary Fellow winery. The food is absolutely incredible. Nearly everything is home made and locally sourced. Mike & Megan are excellent chefs and know how to pair flavors in ways that are truly mind boggling. Their food is a delicious art form. You HAVE to try it. If you’re on Peach Street, don’t waste your time at those other places. Head for Le Snack and you will not be disappointed!

An absolute GEM in the Grand Valley. Amazing food, a fun patio atmosphere, great service, and a fun menu that is very accommodating to dietary restrictions! All of the food pairs super well with the wine served at The Ordinary fellow, and I cannot recommend them enough. Megan & Mike are an awesome team :)

They swooped in and saved the day after waiting 1.5 hours for food at palisade brewery to no avail. Food was great. I recommend a little more acid on the tacos but overall, it was quality food. The woman working was super friendly. I recommend!

THE HIDDEN GEM OF PALISADE! Don’t let the food truck fool you, this food is INCREDIBLE! Small bites to share, and delicious sandwiches. I was blown away from the flavor combination of their pork smash burger. “Must try” Come to find out they prepare special menus for wine pairing dinners hosted at the winery they’re located at. Peep my last photo for an example. Thank you Chef Mike and the wonderful front of house Megan for the delicious food and service.

We came here as a recommendation from the folks at restoration winery and it was so good!! I loved the freshness of the dishes and the dishes were seasoned perfectly! We are excited to come back later in the summer when their full menu opens up!

Wow, a refreshing entry into the Palisade food scene. Table service on a shared winery patio from two Colorado restaurant pros. The food quality is excellent and creative. Mike and Meagan should be on the next Diners, Drive ins and Dives. We really enjoyed our experience here. Bravo.

Sign is on fence to entrance. Excellent service and the food is just lovely and super tasty!! Did I mention reasonable prices? Grab a glass of wine or the “funny” coffee! Be prepared for the awesome trains that pass by. Worth a stop!! ❤️ Checkout the vending machine!!!

Le Snack? More like fine dining but from a food truck, in a shaded winery production building! The lunch special today was a very creative skirt steak kebab with a mild Wisconsin gorgonzola, tomatoes, and shallot crisps. The local half peach “cheesecake pudding” dessert with toasted granola and Spanish Marco almonds was fabulous. Words don’t do it justice. We’d be eating here twice a week if we lived here. This is a trained chef and experienced restaurant owner bringing creative and very high quality dining to the valley. And the winery’s wine, ordered with lunch or dinner, is good too.

Le Snack Palisade is 5 Star dining on wheels (Though they have a very nice spot with seating just outside The Ordinary Fellow Winery downtown Palisade). The food that Chef Mike prepares is fresh, creative and executed beautifully. We've tried the Breakfast Sandwich, Beef and Lamb Gyro, Salade XXL and their multi course wine paired dinner. Can't wait for our next visit!

Really great experience - loved the popcorn and the entree was the best I’ve had for a long time. Will be stopping here every time I find myself on the western slope!

We had a great lunch at Le Snack. They use the freshest ingredients which tasted like they were picked in the morning. Friendly service and nice and cool in the shade with water misters. Elevated menu for adults and even a classy kids grilled cheese.

Thinking this is a simple food truck is a mistake. This is the best dining experience I have had on the western slope. The ingredients are excellent and flavor combinations are from your dreams. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of food. I got a burgandy burger which was a special and a pork burger. The bread was amazing, as were the different add ins. The appetizers look great and I am excited to go back to try them. On top of the food, the drink pairings and view are excellent. The outdoor seating area has a nice mist to cool you down after a hot day and you can see the backdrop of mountains from the seating area. There is free parking for patrons inside of a fence with their signage on it.

Seriously delicious food. I go every time I'm in Palisade. Personable service, quick and professional, everything house made. The popcorn is such a unique and fun appetizer and every sandwich I've had is incredible. Not to mention, it's at a fantastic winery with tons of shade.

What an amazing dining experience! Fine dining in a casual outdoor atmosphere. I've been 2 days in a row it's so good and I got a free sticker for it! The first day I got the salade XXL after a hike and it was the best salad I've had. I returned the next day with my husband and we got the rillettes, a breakfast sammy, and the chicken shawarma. You have to get the dessert if you come here, the trail snack is such a luxurious way to end your meal. All the food paired really nicely with the Ordinary Fellow wines. Everything was incredibly phenomenal!!! You can even enjoy the live music from the brewery without the crowds.

Great spot for refueling in between wine tastings! Fresh, flavorful food that uses local, in season ingredients. Staff were super friendly and their pup too! My friend and I split a beautiful salad (could be made vegan) and a very tasty pork burger.

One of the best things to ever Grace my mouth. 12/10 would eat here every day. Can not say enough good things!!!!
