Bad food , bad service , very expensive

Everything was good! We went there late in the evening and the atmosphere was good, food and service was also good 👍

We saw our server twice in the first 90 minutes there. Took almost an hour to get our drinks and then place an order. The kebab was burnt and I needed to saw it apart with my knife to even cut it. I wouldn't recommend anyone but my worst enemies to come here.

Everything on their menu is fresh and fantastic! Perfect location. Beautiful decor. A must try!

SPICY HUMMUS WAS THE BEST I HAVE HAD 😍 we absolutely loved how fresh and lemony it tasted! We got a pumpkin “pakora” which grew on us as we kept eating (definitely dip in hummus!) Meshi (zucchini stuffed veggies) was good, honestly good full so couldn’t finish! Was delicious with the sauce at the bottom Cauliflower was good, had a little bit of a tangy to it, was okay.

Lunch on a weekday afternoon took a while, but the food was beautifully plated with care. The Mezze Platter had just the right portion sizes, and lots of samples. The flavors seemed just a little off today, less differentiated between the dishes but I think it was just the day. My dining mate ordered the shawarma and reported it as a little dry but tasty. The hummus was creamy and piquant. The wait person was delightfully friendly and outgoing.

Our group of 6 had dinner here and loved it. Definitely coming back, food, service and at reasonable prices.

So happy we came here, This is my new favorite restaurant.

Bad service! We went for a going away lunch to my sister who’s is going to Australia and we don’t know when she is back, since we were party of 9 the gratitude was included but the service wasn’t!! The waitress was very unkind, she didn’t even ask much about how we were, and every time she brought something to the table did it with bad attitude. My husband needed some extra napkins and had to requested 3 times!! Definitely I won’t recommend this place, there is good other libanies places around with better service!!

Lebanese is a solid restaurant. It’s not the best middle eastern food I’ve eaten but it’s got beautiful views and the location is perfect for tourist visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor/ Harbor East area. They do have the best humus I’ve ever eaten.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you love lamb, they know what they are doing here. The lamb mouzat is the best thing I’ve eaten in a very long time. The fresh made pita and the high quality olive oil with spices warms the soul. Everything I’ve tried here tastes fresh, authentic, high quality and made with care. This is my 3rd day in a row eating here since I’m only in town for work but I will definitely be back every time I’m in Baltimore.

Food lamb stew was good but needed more seasoning and was warm. I like it hot. Waiter was new but did her best. Calamari cold. I’ll be back because I go whenever I’m in town and I know it’s better then this off night!! Very very loud patrons.

I think it is safe to say the place has nothing to do with Lebanese cuisine. We ordered the Chicken Fatteh along side the Kefta Kabab. I am middle eastern, Levantine to be more specific, and the fatteh was more like a fatoush with chicken on top. The kabab was so very dry, and so small! You are better off buying the one from Trader Joe’s (which is actually good). Kabab should never be served with rice, but with fries. The experience was horrible. All in all, this will be my first and last visit. Service was good, though.

One of the dishes came half an hour after everyone else had eaten. 2 of us had awful food poisoning and were convulsing vomiting for 24 hours while on our holidays. Extremely disappointed.

Avoid this place at all costs. 7 if us went for dinner recently, and my dinner was served 30 minutes after the rest of the group. However what's worse is my and my daughter both got severe food poisoning after our meal. A dreadful place

I love Mediterranean cuisine and this restaurant has it all I like. Food is so tasty and very affordable prices The service is good The menu is very wide to choose from They have GF options

Pretty terrible service on a Friday night for being so slow. Server didn’t refill water at all, never asked how the food was. Didn’t know the draft list of 3 total beers without going to ask for help. Took about 15 min to come over the first place. Would not return.

It’s a lovely venue near the water and the food was delicious. We have the appetizer platter and then shared the lamb shank. The appetizers were delicious served with fresh pita. A table nearby ordered the hummus trio and that looked fabulous. Lamb shank was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back

We are regular customer over here. I invited my family for my daughter's graduation for lunch. I am totally dissapointed about the quality of the food and service received on May 20, 2024. There were two servers running the place. Based on one of the server they are running short staff for two weeks. Food was received as if it was prepared before. Server was running around forget about the orders that we have placed. We have to ask multiple times about the missing order. Have to ask several times to fill up the water with ice. My wife order carry out for my parents, and when we got the food at home and find out somebody ate the food. God knows when they cleaned the bathroom. I have been to many upscale restaurants but I have no clue with this quality of service this place is still in business. They didn't give any discounts for bad service. Even they didn't offer validate for parking.

Food not fresh and service increadibly bad. We found hair in the food and reported it to the managent that was only indifferent.

The location was in the inner harbor and easily accessible by car and a nearby, discounted parking garage ($5 with validation). Our server was gruff and slow, but the support staff was outstanding.

Had dinner here on a Friday night while staying at a nearby hotel and it was delicious! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and great service! We got a ton of food, and had 2 drinks, and the bill was about $75, which felt cheap for the quality and quantity of food we got!

Always love going here, the food is fantastic and the service is great. Highly recommend just getting a bunch of Mezze for the table to get a taste of everything.

Being vegetarian we did not have many options since they were not able to make sandwiches for dinner. However they do have options for appetizers. We enjoyed falafel, hummus and falafel salad everything was delicious. Nice to have some more options for main course. Freshly made pita bread was very tasty too. Excellent service!

The most satisfying restaurant during my visit to Baltimore! Highly recommended! I fell in love with Lebanese Taverna (meaning little restaurant). This restaurant deserves attention.

Great experience here. Passionfruit ginger cocktail was very good. For food we ordered a little bit of everything (several mezza, entrees, and dessert) and every single bite was delicious! The service was excellent as well.

The lamb shabbat was very good, and if you are looking for lamb. For appetizers, I recommend the hummus, grape leaves, and the shrimp.

This is a delicious restaurant with some great food! Our nearby hotel staff highly recommended it for lunch so we wandered over after a bit of light shopping and were seated for an early lunch at around 12:30 on a Saturday. We tried the hummus with meat appetizer served with house-made warm pita bread. Delicious. Very smooth and fresh. We also had the fattoush salad - fresh and wonderful as always...lightly dressed. We split the chicken kabobs with rice and some grilled veggies and they were equally as fresh, delicious and high quality. This was a great meal. Highly recommend.

The food is okay, but be careful here if you have an allergy. I got a to-go order and was very clear that I'm allergic to onions, it was on the ticket, and I got my food home and it was sitting on a bed of rice and vegetables including large chunks of onion. I tried to call and talk to them about it but they were too busy to even pick up the phone.

Very good Labanes food! It's close to the water. You can walk around the harbor and then sit down here to get some good food.

First time - everything was great! I sought out middle eastern cuisine because I have a favorite restaurant in Philly that serves the same, and this is what I found! Easy to find online, easy to drive to, fantastic food and service, easy parking. I'm excited to come back and try other menu items. Their instagram steered me to the Chef's Platter appetizer which was a perfect way to sample many things, then the server suggested two others dishes which were both great. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you.

A family favorite. We took our kids and their partners to celebrate son’s b-day. Everyone loved the food. Waitress carried out my request to bring out desserts with a birthday candle, a request I made before we ordered and before my son arrived. She got it all right.

Happy hour was decent although the only draft beer available is blue moon. They have vegan and vegetarian options as starters/appetisers but none as entrées. Service was good and the decor is nice. It would be great if they would start the vegan kebab

Great restaurant! Delicious food! Friendly staff! Only downside was that it was too bright. Some of the overhead lighting could be dimmed for the perfect ambience. The beautiful lamps throughout would probably provide enough lighting. Highly recommend.

Very nice ambiance, not crowded, very good service. The food was outstanding. I asked for something not on the menu. The appetizer called samosa was meat filled, but I wanted something lighter. My server said he could get me a spinach samosa. He brought three of them with spinach and caramelized onions. They were marvelous. My shwarma sandwich was also delightful and filling. The black tea with mint was also excellent. I'll be back!

Amazing, authentic Lebanese food in a fun, trendy atmosphere. Can dine in the lounge (dramatic high ceilings!) when dining room full. We typically get a whole selection of appetizers as our meal to explore - main courses are outstanding as well. Great selection of Lebanese wines and full service bar in the lounge. We have been regulars since literally day one and find the service outstanding. Don’t miss!

I recently dined at the Lebanese Tavern Restaurant and had a delightful experience. The Lamb Kabab was succulent, the mixed Kabab offered a fantastic variety, and the knefa was a sweet ending that left me craving more. The flavors were authentic, service was prompt, making it a four-star culinary adventure worth savoring.

Very delicious food. Went here for a company holiday party. I was stuffed with the appetizers before the actual food came out because they were all soooooo good! I couldn't stop eating the hummus. The shrimp were amazing too. 5/5

I went here with someone, and together we got the hummus, grape leaves, mujaddara, and taverna platter (which comes with hummus, fattoush, Lebanese rice, and shawarma). Every single thing I tasted was astonishingly delicious. The shawarma was tender and so flavorful. The rice was perfectly seasoned. The grape leaves almost melted into the filling within, yet somehow maintained their own flavor and structural integrity. And the hummus. Let me tell you - I honestly had no idea hummus could be this good. They make bread and bring it to you hot and fresh to dip in the hummus. It was so perfect, so creamy, so amazing. I will absolutely have to go back here - and the sooner the better!

The knefe is traditionally made with filo dough, but the top layer was farina. It was like harissa and knefe in one. I didn't like it and was disappointed not to get the traditional knefe when the rest of the food was traditional. The eggplant fatteh looked decent but had no flavor. Needed more salt, perhaps. Other than that, the hummus, lebna, and wings were delicious.

Been a great restaurant for over a decade. Returning a few weeks ago, they did not disappoint my memory. Their shawarma is what I crave when I have shawarma and no one is as good.

I sat from 7:15 till 7:50 without anyone even taking my drink order. Mezza fries were supposed to be covered in sumac and coke with garlic paste: no paste, no sumac, and they were absolutely standard frozen fries that were presented with ketchup. We asked for more bread twice before it arrived and well after the apps that should have been eaten with it. Our “schwarma” was a chopped up cold chicken thigh with no Lebanese spices and again, no garlic paste or bread. It was deplorable.

Food was great. The only thing I would say is that we had a large party of 12 because we were in town for a conference. We made reservations. We only found out once we got there that they would only split the bill six ways. All of us were from different institutions. It would have been nice for them to be more transparent about their policy when the reservation was made.

1st time here...was amazing. Great staff, atmosphere and cost. Kids even tried a d loved things that surprised us adults.

The hummus and falafel are superb along with very fresh pita bread. We have been coming here for many years and have always been served great food! The manager is very friendly and accommodating.

Best calamari we have had- melts in your mouth! Also love the chefs platter to try a bit of everything. Chicken fatter is the favorite but everything is good!

This was our 2nd time dining here and it was even better than the first time. Excellent food and service. We weren’t rushed through our meal.

We had a wonderful time! The food was fabulous, and we all really enjoyed the red wine sangria. The pita was fresh and hot.

I was in a group from out of state that was attending a convention in a nearby hotel. I made reservations for the group, and the Lebanese Taverna was great for accommodating us. The food was fantastic! Everyone in the group was happy with the food.

Good service but the food was underwhelming

Great food and excellent service. The wings were delicious. My schwarma platter was delicious. My wife loved her chef's platter. The prices were very reasonable.

Great kids meal, for the Littles. We got the kids menu with Chicken Shwarma. It came with chicken, humus, veggies and french fries. The falafel sandwich was good. I was not able to substitute tahini sauce for hummus in the falafel sandwich. The sandwich was a good size. The bread served to every table is delicious and comes with an oil and herb based dipping sauce. Tasty. We came around 9:30pm, as last call was given for the kitchen. The service was 10 stars!! Will definitely return because of the excellent service and the fact that the restaurant is family friendly.

The dinner was delicious. Our waiter was a really nice person, but clearly he was a bit over-worked. It seems like the restaurant could use one more person to wait on tables?

I found the noise level intolerable so I chose an outside table. That and the humus appetizer were the only positives about my dining experience. The waitress never brought us water--we had to ask another staff more than half way through our meal. We asked for a little more time to order entrees while we finished our drinks and appetizer. The waitress did not come back (we had asked her to come back in a few minutes after we had made our entree decisions) for it seemed about 40"!!!--it could have been longer, I did not check my watch. We complained to a staff who seemed to be in charge and she talked about how (once we finally got to order) that our choices would take some time. Our point was, that we hadn't even had a chance to get our orders in, let alone see the food we would be waiting for. We booked for a 6:30 res and finished at 9:00--an inordinate amount of time--w/out even ordering dessert. My friends insisted on paying. If I were in charge, I would have maybe given 15% (I only do that for poor service) before the tax. I will not be back and if friends ask, I will let them know of my experience.

The food was great. This place has a great selection of dishes. The drink options were great as well. But a compulsory 20% gratuity for 2 people was not fair in my opinion.

Great for a meal before a show at Pier 6. Taverna platter was great! My companion had the chicken kabobs and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Although the food was good here, the service could use a lot more help improving. We went in as a big corporate group of 25, split into two tables, and the waiter didn't bother to take the dinner order from one of the tables. There were a few people that came in late to the table, and she just assumed that the entire table didn't want dinner to be served. When a group comes in for dinner, you need to ensure each person is asked, and even go an extra mile, with recommendations on your dinner menu.

Great Lebanese style Mediterranean food. Has outdoor seating. Location is great in the Harbor East near the Four Seasons. I had the Shawarma and the Lamb Chops. Both were excellent.

The noise level in our room was outrageously high, especially since there were few diners in the room. You should do something about the acoustics. My chicken schwarma salad was just ok. Not what I expected. Dry cut up chicken breast on salad ingredients. My friend was served coffee with cinnamon flavor, and could not get a cup of non-flavored coffee, even asking for it later--so she wasted her money. You should make clear that a cup of "regular coffee" will be cinnamon flavored. She should have been comped for that.

First time dining at Lebanese Taverna. The food here is authentic and delicious! The fresh hot pita breads are so good !!! We ordered the Hummus trio and the Taverna platter. Loved the ambiance and food. The service was a bit slow though. The restaurant is located in a beautiful Baltimore area located near the harbor. I would definitely return when I’m in the area.

Went in around 7p on a Friday. Ate outside (lovely views of the water!) Server barely spoke English. Most of my party wanted sandwiches - after much back-and-forth, we were told by server they only do them during lunch (no mention of this on menu) I settled on the beef & lamb shawarma hummus plate instead, which was decidedly ho-hum. There was also a long hair in it 😥 fortunately they took it off our bill no questions asked. My GF got the Mehshi (cant recall exact name, stuffed zucchini/bell pepper w rice) and loved it though, so it wasn't all bad! If you are looking for tasty shawarma as i was, would recommend elsewhere.

I visited this restaurant while in the city for a business trip. Their hummus was excellent as was the sampler dinner where you get a little bit of everything. The patio was empty and the weather was great for outdoor dining.

Good this second time, was just ok, is always excellent. Something definitely change. Now the service is a HOT MESS server, totally careless not attentive at all, he needs to slow down, with a attitude. Not the greatest. I’m a long costumer of Lebanese Taverna fam. Definitely this was the worst experience I ever had.
