Crabs are smelly. They gave me diarrhea four times.

Absolutely amazing food and staff. Very welcoming and courteous. I wish I remembered my waiter's name but it doesn't matter because they were all great!

Craving for Asia food in FL and we went 2 times out of 8 day’s vacation. Really good food, the kids love it as well. Easy simple but the best.

My wife and I went here over the July 4th weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our server, Son, was fantastic. I told him it was our first time at the restaurant, and my first time ever trying Hot Pot. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything to us. He even took the time to make a special dipping sauce that was delicious and I used throughout the meal. There are nice variety of foods for the hotpot. A buffet for the proteins and a fun conveyor belt to bring you all the different vegetables. It was are really fun experience overall. My wife and I had a great time and we were definitely beyond full by the end. We definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

Unique dining experience cooked in your personal flavored pot at your table. Food goes by on conveyor, take what you like and also select options at buffet. Put it in your pot and eat in a few minutes. Excellent helpful server. Have them make you dumpling sauce for you. The best, great food, fun atmosphere, excellent service, can't be beat!

I came in late because it was the only place that was open late and I was very hungry from the day I just had. I was treated by a woman at the front and told her I had never been to a hot pot. She cheerfully smiled and told me all about how it works, and see at a bar the head of variety of different food to include in the hot pot. I was later greeted by Amy, my server. She was very kind and helpful during my experience here. She went over the menu and how everything works with me once more cooked meat and vegetables for me. She also made a special sauce that was so delectable. I’m still thinking about it now. Overall, the experience was great. I was very full after the endless that I was able to eat and even more full of all the love and kindness that Amy and the rest of the Staff Show me during my visit. I highly recommend and won’t be A loyal customer

Love the fun of the hot pot experience & this place is one the best for it! The conveyor belt comes in very handy for delivering most of your add-ins plus servers will gladly bring you your favorites as needed upon request. Their sauce bar has many options, making it very easy to customize to multiple individual likings. This is one of my favorite places to eat in all of South FL!

I have been here a few times before. I have noticed recently that kids are allowed to sit next to the veggies/noodles belt. We all know that kids are going to touch everything that goes by with their germy little hands. If parents are going to watch this happen and do/say nothing the restaurant needs to step in. Maybe have a rule not allowing kids to sit next to the conveyor belt. I think this is common sense becuase this action is very unsanitary. If I notices this action Im sure customers are aware.

This place is so good every time I come here I always eat so much food and I get so full I feel like I'm going to explode. Also the ice cream is one of the best I ever had. I recommend.

Great place to bring your family.

I really enjoyed this place! I'm giving it four stars (please don't hate me!) because it doesn't have quite as much variety as the one in Davie, but it's still very delicious! The service was excellent. I wish I had gotten our server's name because she was incredibly nice. She even made a special sauce for my husband, who usually dreads going to Hot Pot, but this "secret sauce" has changed his mind—he only wants to come here now! I think the Davie location probably does the same since they are part of the same restaurant chain. The broths here are definitely the same, or at least very similar, to the ones in Davie. I ordered the Taiwanese hot and spicy - mild, while my husband and friend both had the original, which they loved. As for the vegetables and meats, what can I say? They were fresh and tasty. I did notice that this Lemongrass offers an additional meat—fatty pork—but since I don't eat pork, it didn't affect me. One big difference here is the conveyor belt going around with a variety of noodles and vegetables. It makes things easier so you're not constantly getting up for little items like that. I usually stack my table with my essentials so I don't have to keep getting up! Overall, we had a great time. Parking was easy, located in a massive shopping center. The restaurant itself is clean and has a modern, open feel with lots of natural light coming in. Unlike the Davie location, which feels a bit clinical, this one is much more inviting.

This was my first time here and it was great. I enjoyed all the vegetables that were offered.

Fresh and delicious. I love this place. They could improve their dessert selection but you don't go there for the dessert. This place is awesome!! Never had a bad meal. Highly recommend .

I’ve been eating here for 8 years regularly and never get disappointed. Excellent food and service! Just one thing, they do not have fresh sliced photos and I have to bring my own.

just to make it easy for you: it was AMAZING!! my first time trying Lemongrass and i will definitely be coming back here. our server, Son, definitely made this experience 10 times better. he prepared a house sauce for us and even gave recommendations to try out as first timers. he was very warm, welcoming, and friendly; just like the establishment as a whole. i live in Fort Lauderdale, but an establishment as great as Lemongrass with a server as amazing as Son, i will definitely be making the drive up to Boca to return to this location!

This restaurant is a novelty in the way it serves food by having customers cook it in a boiling pot built into their table. The restaurant gives each customer a choice of broth flavors they use as a base to cook their food in. I chose the seafood base for which a variety of raw seafoods can be selected at a buffet line. I like shrimp, but the shrimp was not fresh, soft, soggy and disappointing.

Always a great experience here. Service is stellar. Unique hot pot options are abound. Ask your server for the freshly prepared "house sauce".

So delicious and fantastic for people with gluten and dairy allergies, or a vegetarian diet. There is something for everyone!

This really is one of the best Chinese hot-pot buffet around. Nice and clean restaurant and excellent service. It offers a wide variety of meats, veggies, sauces, etc. Just choose your soup base and enjoy. I tried the Tom Yum style/ excellent.

Service was great. However food was completely mid quality. I would not come here again. The soup was so watered down and tasteless it was crazy! I asked the waiter why it was like that and he replied “that’s how it is”. Sheesh. Meats were okay and the selection available was good though.

Wow I am pleasantly surprised at the offerings of this place. They also have quite a bit of exotic cuts of animals that I did not expect to find in florida. Food is satisfying and tasty, service is great. For a casual dinner with friends, I couldn't have asked for more.

This place is a blast. Best hotpot hands down! Pick your broth and many veggies rotate on moving path around entire restaurant. Salad bar stocked with meats and seafood and sauces. I go every week. This is an experience not just dinner. Great hours open very late. "Tuna" the owner and staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. Boba tea shop a few doors down is a great place to get a tea too (same owner) so stop what you are doing and go now. Seriously go...now!

Best individual serving hot pot in south Florida, no contest. Fresh seafood, conveyor belt veggies and noodles and the broth is not too salty. Service was courteous and fast. Best experience in town. Coming back with the whole fam!

The staff are nice. The food was incredibly bland and limited, for a hot pot. I was extremely underwhelmed for $72. I was looking forward to the common exotic fruit selection, along with nice dessert options, but was disappointed. The only fruit available was cantaloupe, honeydew, and oranges.

This was where we tried our first hot pot. We keep coming back here as the food is delicious the service is prompt and it's a beautiful setting. There's a conveyor belt that brings your basic veggies and greens. The meat and seafood is a buffet style selection with a wide variety of beef, lamb, crab, clams, shrimp balls and other noodles and such. There's a separate station where you make your sauces and they have a lot of selections to customize. My favorite broth here is the hot and spicy Taiwanese as well as the coconut lemongrass. We love the lanb as well as the fatty beef.

I've always liked this place, but this is the most disappointing time - I saw molded food. They claimed it was not mold, but you can check the picture.

This is our son's favorite place and of course we had to take him here for his birthday. It isn't my favorite...but the soup stock was good and the protein buffet was not bad .. everything looked fresh. Our server made a sauce and had us try it..and we really liked it a lot!!!

Edit: Gave this place another shot and had no issue getting seated this time. Service was attentive and food was good. The location is very convenient and they are open late. We will bring this place back into our regular rotation of go-to restaurants.

I was living in Las Vegas and they are the best place to have AYCE BBQ and hotpot! So now I live in Florida and I have not found a decent place till Lemongrass Hot pot. They have a wide variety of food options, from toppings to veggies. Their broth is decent and their dessert is good (they have some kinds of tropical fruits and Asian desert). My experience with them is very satisfying, would recommend anyone to try it out

Bad customer service. The manager said that I was not allowed to sit at a table at 3 pm even though most of the restaurant was empty and it was my birthday. Don’t feel comfortable sitting at a cramped bar area that close to strangers. Found another hotpot restaurant nearby that had better food and customer service. Will never go to Lemongrass again.

This place sucks. Closes like at 12 not 2. Hey if you want pig brains go for it. MSG broth is amazing - NOT!

What a surprise hot pot in walking distance from our home! We just moved in Boca. Love it

Went there because it was close and wanted to try local spot . It was OK there is better places out there worth the drive further. Not a big selection and the broth was weak n bland .

I've taken a huge liking to hot pot this year and Lemongrass in Boca kinda kills it. All you can eat style buffet where you make your own soup. You sit down, order your drinks and pick your base / broth, then go to the bar to grab any meats (lot of seafood, and thinly sliced meats) and sauces. The vegetables, noodles, etc. are sliding around the restaurant on a conveyer belt. If you don't want to wait, you can walk around and grab what you want, and if it's not there you can ask the guy behind the counter and he'll get some for you if they have it. Lot of options in general, but I'm a little greedy and wish they had even more. But you basically cook your own ramen and build on the broth throughout the course of your meal and develop the flavors further by what you put into it. It's meant to be a casual dining experience that's not rushed, and they are open late all the time which is great. It's a bit far from me but I make the drive as often as I can.

Super delicious hotpot with many vegan options! The signature and Taiwanese spicy soup bases are vegan, and there are tons of different vegetables to choose from. There are also a bunch of different sauces to try. Overall, it's great!

It's always a fun time building your soup base with a large variety of noodles, meat, seafood, and vegetables. With a futuristic conveyor belt, your goods get delivered straight to you! Service is wonderful, you'll never have an empty glass.

Good local hot pot restaurant. All of the protein and vegetables were fresh. Plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff and unique food belt that goes around the restaurant.

My 2nd hotpot experiment & I loved it. This place is all self service via buffet counters & a conveyor belt (for all the veggies & most of the noodles, etc...). They have a nice selection of brotha and our waitress was able to tell me what anything was that I did not know. I had the Tom Kha broth & my other half had the Taiwanese extra spicy broth. We were extremely well fed her and the price is really reasonable.

Excelente el lugar. Puedes preparar tu sopa y adicionarle todo lo que quieras. Fui con tres niñas y se divirtieron mucho cocinando sus respectivas sopas. Me encanto. Lo recomiendo. Muy buena atención y limpio.

I LOVE LEMONGRASS HOTPOT 😍🥰👏🏼 This location is cool for the conveyor belt experience and it nice for a more intimate dinner setting. Although I do prefer the Davie location for the weirder selection of foods. Although the parking at the Davie location is not the best. Overall delicious food, great service and VERY clean establishment. 10/10.

Party of two and a child set us back $110. Is not like they cook your meals, you have to cook it yourself for this price level. Not sure why this place is so expensive! Seriously not going back anymore. If the price was fair it would have a better rating.

I would have given more stars but our waitress was not very attentive and the automatic $30 gratuity because our table was 5 people was excessive considering the lack of attention our table got. Other than that delightful and fun.

Hot pot is pretty cool. The food is good. Vegetables are better on weekends. Meat is always good. Service is very good.

This was the coolest concept I've ever seen for a hot pot! I loved every moment of it and could not be happier! Granted wish it was a little closer to home, but worth the trip! 💕

This place never disappoints. The seafood and vegetables are always fresh. The staff is so friendly and attentive.

My whole family loves this place! It's a little intimidating at first, but the staff are always very helpfu and nicel. The flavors you can combine here are out of this world, and cooking everything fresh right in front of you in your desired broth is just plain fun. If you're reading this and are on the fence, just go - you won't regret this experience! March 2023 update - still awesome. Same great place with the most friendly and helpful staff. Love this place!

My first introduction to Hot Pot. I enjoyed it. The food was good And there was plenty to pick from. In case you don't know you pick the food and you cook it. That's hot pot. The atmosphere was fun and lively.

My grandson & I love to come here! We both get all the fresh vegetables plus the delicious seafood! It is so healthy & fresh- I have never seen a restaurant set up like this with your own hot pot of broth with a conveyer belt continuously moving selections of ingredients to add to your own pot! This is a very special occasion for both of us!

Our waitress barely came by to pickup the plates and didnt get refill. Overall, good food and experience, would be nice if service was better.

The food was good. The only problems for us was that the waitress was not friendly at all and they charge full price for kids (9 year old ) that only ate ice cream.

Different experience. It is not for everyone. Some of the ingredients didnt look that fresh. It was a 1st time experience for me. I liked it but not enough to go frequently. Maybe once every few months. Actually, i ended up going back 3 years later, after Covid. Not much changed, obviously they were able to survive Covid. Food looked better n more fresh. It was a good and satisfying dinner.

Not bad for Florida. A friend brought us here and enjoyed the hotpot. I mainly had lamb and it was very tasty.

Lemongrass Hot Pot has become my favorite restaurant in Boca Raton. I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend and have since continued to spread the word. The concept is fantastic, food always delicious and service always above expectations.

Place is sometimes packed with people, very friendly staff and lots of food for you to cook yourself. Individual soup broth per person and a variety of soup base.

Love this place everytime I go. The owner always nice and always try his best to make customers happy! The staff are amazing and the place is so clean and the food is so tasty. Highly recommend!

Been coming to this place since they opened and they have been consistent with the quality of their food and service. Almost same selections in food stuff, broth still very flavorful and staff are friendly. The magic is in the sauce: I love garlic with chili oil, onion and soy sauce and I dip everything in this yummy mixture! Try peanut sauce with a little hoisin for meats and fish balls. Be adventurous and you will have your own recipe for sauce.

This place is always fun. Would recommend whether you’re alone or in a group!

This is by far one of the best Hot Pot places that I have ever been to. Everything is always fresh and they are always willing to help and serve. This place is also exceptionally clean. If you haven’t experienced Hot pot , this is the place to enjoy it.

Great place for all you can eat hot pot. $30 per person including personal pot with broth of your choice and all the meat (beef, fatty beef, lamb, pork, pork belly and chicken). Very good price and good services.

Well run. Staff is attentive. All you care to eat at $30 per person. Fairly wide selection of ingredients including different kinds of noodles and veg.
