Despite being the only food available on Monday night in Lisbon, we entered with trepidation, but quickly recognized, this as a 5 star pizza place. The young women behind the counter took our order, prepped and offered it up fast and efficiently. It was delicious !

Ordered a steak bomb to go, tasted great

Clearly the local spot as people were streaming in and out. It was delicious and the staff was friendly, helpful and clearly working very hard! Will be back next time I’m in the area!

Greek salad needs greek dressing to be a Greek salad. Only thing available was house, and that was non descript.

Great little small restaurant feel and you could tell they had been doing this a while.... Steady stream of people coming in for carryouts the whole time we were there.

Great food, friendly service. This is our favorite place to take out from. I love the chicken gyro basket. Kids like the pizza. My partner likes the steak and cheese, fries, chicken wings. It's all so yummy!

We usually place our order for pick up but they do offer seating inside. I also love their chicken fingers. 🤤 My family and I travel from towns away, LHOP is one of our favorite places in Maine to get pizza. 🍕

Terrible experience! The (manager?) was extremely unprofessional. Her language was outrageous. Standing around gossiping about her personal life while we waited for our dinner. Customers don’t need to hear about how her man is cheating on her, etc. not a good look

Great place with great food! The sausage park sub was delicious! Staff was very friendly and was a great experience with our baby!

Overall a good pizza restaurant. The sauce was a little on the spicy side. That was OK for me, but the wife and kids didn't like it so much. Service was good. They were quick even being so busy.

I was having a bad day and they put a smile on my face.

They seemed understaffed, or at least training was happening. Food was way over cooked in old grease. All i could taste after the first bite. Food was cooked promptly and everyone smiled. I would just say, if you're thinking, "That grease could go another day. It can Not."

I personally think this is one of the best pizza places in Maine. The pizzas are always loaded. The folks are always friendly and it's had the same owner forever. Don't miss out on what the locals all know.

Omg t have not been here in 3 years and it has not changed. The kids running the back have no clue. So many have been waiting forever. Will not come back.

Seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! Everything was so good and fresh, we got a large chicken Alfredo pizza with jalapeños and it was amazing. I will not be going to any other pizza place for a while.

The first time I came here, they forgot half of my order. The second time I came here I asked for a spinach, tomato, and hamburger CALZONE. They gave me a PIZZA instead. Both times they NEVER apologized for wronging the order. They never get my order right…..I wish I could give zero stars for this place.

I tried a pizza here for the first time and it was delicious!!! Loved the thinly sliced meatballs. I absolutely will be back to try more of the menu!

It was my first time to Lisbon for a car appointment and stopped in Lisbon House of Pizza for lunch. I ordered a small pizza and noticed while waiting that there was a steady stream of people coming in for lunch, construction crews, local police, mail workers and other working folks. My pizza was prompt, perfectly cooked and very tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful, very social with all customers. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again to try other menu items. Thank you.

Really surprised with how the service was tonight. The girl who cashed me out tonight was extremely rude, I figured maybe she was just having a rough shift but then she tossed my receipt at me and walked away.

Called at 8:35 to place an order for take out, no one answered. Called again at 8:40, the person who answered the phone asked what I would like, I replied with a cheese burger basket please, they said "we close in 15 minutes, I'm not turning the grill back on" then hung up on me. Sooo...do with that information what you will

Been eating here for 29 years. Awesome food and service. Variety of items from special pizza's, sandwiches, salads and many other items. Also have lunch specials from 11:00 to 3:00pm everyday.

Great place to pick up some food. Fast service, food is very good. We get pizzas there all the time and they have the perfect dough, sauce, cheese ratio.

Our pizza tonight was excellent, along with the steak bombs. Foods always hot and tasty. To top it off, they were very busy but the service was still pleasant and great! So good.

My wife and I ventured to this House Of Pizza for dinner. Upon entering the facility we were not greeted or spoken to by the two girls behind the counter. After placing the order we sat down in a booth and waited for our food. It took probably 20-25 mins for our order to come out and be served. We ordered a cheeseburger sub and a grilled chicken sub. The presentation of the subs was dismal. The subs did not look appetizing whatsoever. The cheeseburger sub was horrid, it was mushy and juicy and I did not take more then one bite before I was done with how it tasted. The grilled chicken sub was very dry. Needless to say with the lack of customer service and the horrible taste along with it’s presentation we will not be going back. We have ate at many houses of pizza and this by far was the worst. If I could give it no stars I would. To anyone who reads reviews please take heed to mine and save your money and your gas because the trip isn’t worth it.

Most disappointed I ask for a steak and cheese with green peppers and onions and mustard I got red pepper and no mustard I can't have red pepper so disappointed never again

LHOP is the unanimously preferred pizza in our household, and it never fails to impress guests from "away" - even pizza meccas like NYC and Chicago. The years of seasoning baked onto that oven should be an insurable asset. The several price adjustments are understandable, and most other small businesses have had to make similar tough decisions. Unfortunately the difference to our meager budget is that it's gone from a quick easy meal to a treat reserved for very special occasions. The only problem we've had with LHOP is that the accuracy on special orders is very low, <30%. Rarely are the end results inedible or wasted, but it is frustrating to get home and realize that the specific dish you'd been drooling with anticipation for is going to have to wait until (hopefully) the next time.

The food is great and the service at the counter is always sweet.....but you are a take out place...people naturally call to place orders for the food you make. Do you have to be so rude? Act like its a problem to call in to order....like your just to busy for the customers who keep you working....last 5 orders have been treated like that. Makes me not want to call...and order food anymore.

Nothing can really compare the piping hot pizza with amazing sauce and a very tasty crust. But then you check out their sub, sandwiches and wraps. 5 stars.

Just moved to Maine from Connecticut and i REALLY needed a new spot to find Buffalo grilled chicken wraps. They don't necessarily have wraps, but i asked them to make a Buffalo grilled chicken sub. Blew my Effin' Mind. They'll make basically whatever you want. 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10. Best place I've eaten at in Maine and now, the only place I'll eat. Friendly staff, great fpod, what's not to like? The only down fall is i can't eat the same sub twice😂 they keep the place VERY clean as well. Thank you, LHOP!!!!!

Amazing sauce for pizza or mozzarella sticks. Great sandwiches. Tried a few things so far nothing bad yet. They didn't burn it by the way I like it well done.

While spending the a recent day around Lisbon, we stopped here for lunch. We weren’t particularly in the mood for pizza, but other local places were closed. We were glad we stopped. Our first discovery was the range of other choices on the menu. Our second discovery was the quality of the food. All the other customers were doing takeout, so we decided there was plenty of space to eat in while maintaining distancing. My companion ordered the BLT special and raved about it (and never offered me even a bite). My cowboy hamburger was also tasty, though I’d have preferred my onion rings separate and without bbq sauce; next time I’ll know. Service was efficient and friendly. Prices very reasonable.

Lisbon House is a great hometown mainstay? We've gotten pizza there so many times I've lost count? They are always friendly and give a free two liter soda to anyone who spends 40.00. Great pizza.
