They never answer their phone, don't speak any English so your food is always incorrect

Over 50 minutes waiting for a "hot and ready" pizza is crazy. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't advertise hot and ready on your windows if you don't have it or can't make it happen in a reasonable time.

Terrible customer service 😡😡will have you waiting for 15 to 20 minutes look a you and still won’t take your order or knowledge that you are even waiting/standing in front of the register people are literally walking out company is losing money behind lazy workers

Now that I know what they put into this food I'd never buy it. It's super unhealthy!!!!!! Not 100% natural food. Go to whole foods and buy their pizza much healthier!

They keep forgetting to put garlic butter on the Crazy stuffed crust pizzas (see photos). Make sure to check your order, they have a tendency to forget things and they don't care.

I ordered my food online via the app, came 45 min after and they didn’t make the food until I asked them about my order. I watched 4 seperate people come in and order and get the food before I did.never again. I hope someone reads this and doesn’t come here. I don’t leave bad reviews. They did look understaffed and only had 2 people working

Waited OVER AN HOUR for two pizzas. I ordered online, came at the pick up time and noticed my name wasn’t on the screen. When someone finally came to the front I asked where my pizza was and they told me it would be another 25 minutes! Overall waited 65 minutes. They are so understaffed and this place is busy but everyone was waiting for their late orders too. Granted, it was a busy Friday night but management is awful if the owners of this franchise is going to be so cheap and not hire help. Come on man, y’all need to do better.

This is one of the best in West Pembroke Pines. Most other pizza places suck. Too bad. This used to be the best. Now, it sucks. Order 6 pizzas and were overloaded with spices. I came here on my lunch break because I thought that the service would be fast. I have now been here 20 minutes waiting on 4 crazy puffs and I am the only person in the lobby.

Placed an order online and came to pick up. 45 minutes later still no pizza. It was only a large cheese pizza. I can’t blame the staff. There are only 2 working and they are trying. Management sucks!!!!! Why don’t you have more people?!?! Where are you and why aren’t you helping!? So now I’m stuck, I paid for the pizza and can’t get a refund. Management get your act together!!!

My diet coke was expired and my pizza didn't have extra sauce like requested.

The pizzas are very good, this place is only for take away, the problem is the waiting times, I think due to the demand and few staff, this happens mainly on weekends at night, they have to take that into account. It is best to order online.

I walked in lobby was empty no workers to be found when I finally get to order I ordered and another person ordered the same thing ended up waiting for my order longer than the person after me who had the same order

The front counter server at 7 PM on Jan. 3rd 2024, needs to be replaced due to incompetent behavior. This person wouldn't earn a "D" for his forgotten items, disrespect and what appears to be either mental retardation or failure to realize his incompetency and instead blame customers. As you can see by the lack of response from Management on this page, this will be among the worst Little Caesars that you have been to. Management doesn't care about improving service. I have been to hundreds of Little Caesars and this isnt even third worlder quality.

Always understaffed at peak hours. They run 30min behind often. Bad labor planning. You can’t cancel order or get a refund bc app doesn’t allow and no staff at counter. Pack your patience or just go somewhere else.

I have been buying from the Southwest Ranches location for many years. Lately I have been getting hot and ready pizzas that taste like they have been ready from the previous week. Years ago the debate in my house was LC is better than the other pizza companies due to the simplicity and price of the products. Not anymore. Staff is always nice and atmosphere is ok. Sadly yesterday’s purchase will be my last as the pizza is no longer what it was in previous years.

Just walked in to buy a lunch combo when the girl behind the register made eye contact with me then proceeded to walk to the back of the store to conversatw with another employee not even a "hello" or a "welcome" few minutes later I decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Honestly I don't know how this location is still in business with their very low standard for quality employees.

Ordered online. Waited 20 minutes in the store. After I was able to eventually speak with someone they told me they were just putting my pizza in the oven and that was 40 minutes since my order was placed. I walked out and never even got my pizza.

The last time I was there, the employee threw my change into the counter and walked away. This employee she was polite and addressed me directly.

Listen this pizza is poor man's every man's pizza you can't go wrong with the price point and b that delicious hot melted cheese succulently slithering all over my mouth making my taste buds dance. I recommend weed. Makes everything taste better.

Placed online order at 8:05pm, 9:40pm still waiting. Faster buying from Aldi's or Costco and direct to the oven. Don't waste your time.

Little Caesars website and app is a bit disappointing cause there's no option for lite sauce or well baked but thankfully when I called the store theres a gentleman named Jovan that went ahead to care of my order and gave me great customer service. I've seen how this man is personally in the back of the store and he is a good team leader with a very friendly positive personality. Someone should give this man a raise he is too good at what he does. Thank you Jovan! Your a good guy. 👍

There is zero service here. The manager could care less about you waiting there. The shop is really hot, barely feels air conditioned. There is a bathroom as you can see in the pic, but it says employees only. There is no good reason why customers cannot use it. Most disturbingly employees don't use gloves to make out handle food.

The absolute worst customer service ever! Zero customer service, severely delayed orders. Nobody at the front counter to attend customers. I saw this first hand for over 40 minutes! While I was inside waiting for my online order that has been delayed over 40 minutes I hear their phone ringing nonstop and nobody even answers it. Pass poor management. They are making enough money to properly staff the place but they don't!

This is the worst Little Caesars I've been to in my life. I've been here multiple times. Every employee has been very rude. Also nobody speaks English which makes it difficult for us who don't speak Spanish

Food is Fast, Fresh and Delicious! PLUS: you can order on the app and pick up your order directly from a pizza vending machine!!! You literally do not have to interact with a single soul—which can be a huge perk on those days…also prices are LOW which is great! Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. The little wannabe ghetto girl behind the counter had no business dealing with food or the public.

Never received order. Called the store, door dash, and the toll free phone number gotten the run around. The representatives at toll free number kept disconnecting my calls.

This is my third time going to this location and ordered extra most bestest pizza and they barely put pepperoni on the pizza.The employees only speak Spanish so no one can help you because all they do is nod their heads and say ok.

Waited more than an hour past the time promised. The owner left for the day while there were 20 customers around, and he doesn't speak any English anyway. One customer was the mom of someone who used to work there and she said they overwork people to the point they end up crying and that most people quit in a week or two.

Food took mad long, and thr services was just awful. The cashier literally threw a guy's order on the counter and walked away after he got his order wrong. Terrible customer service. If I wasn't ordering for my kids I would have walked out. Definitely won't be back to this location

Saturday October 29 ordered $80 worth of pizza for a Halloween party down the street from this place. Ordered delivery (they use door dash) and 2 hours later we still haven’t received the pizza. The door dash driver was nice enough to call us to say it was going to be a while. We said ok we’ll wait. An hour later and little Caesar’s said they already delivered it. Door dash driver said he’s still waiting for the order. The little Caesar employee was extremely rude on the phone and said well your order is not going to be done anytime soon. Mind you they charged the credit card right away tho!! Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars HORRIBLE!!!

We ordered the fanceroni pepperoni pizza described as "A large Pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old world Pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust." And got this. Not at all what was described. It tasted like regular little Caesars pizza and was ready on time. But not at all what we thought we were getting.

So me and my Fiance have a tradition of once a month getting a little Caesars Deep Dish and lately i've used their app to order which has been great, but the one time i ordered like normal and when i got there they ran out of deep dish and they also had no drinks, which isn't the employees fault they said the delivery truck just didn't come in yet, which having worked in the industry i can understand all in all they offered to give us pizza that was equal in value or a refund, which was fine for us. I will say i think Corporate should allow the stock of the pizzas to be controlled for the online orders so this mistake doesn't happen, but all in all pizza is always good and always just the right amount to fill us up and for a great price which i know is little Caesars thing. Last thing i want to say is if you order online don't order drinks because 7/10 times they won't have the drinks instead just go to the Walgreens next door and get them. Thats what we do.

Never again, pizza was brought out almost 30 minutes late, ahead of people that were waiting for more than an hour. I saw this at the location and realized I was also a pizza short and thought about saying something, but realized the three guys in the back had their hands full with other angry customers.

Ordered online and PAID got to the store and the door was locked multiple people outside knocking and there is not 1 employee in sight! Couldn’t even call to request a refund because nobody was answering the phone. I understand emergencies can happen but at least put a sign in the door if that is the case.

Order for take out at 9:16, store closed at 10. Came to the store at 9:45 because the tracker never got past “prepping” the order. Employee ran to the back as soon as we parked. Had to wait several minutes and knock for a while until they finally came out to tell me that they “ran out of dough” supposedly at 9:16. No one called me, no one actually notified me in ANY way that my order could not be completed. I am one of the few who can tolerate this pizza and don’t mind driving to them to pick it up and this is how they thank costumers? Beyond absurd. Not to mention they had charged my card. Beyond upsetting considering we were all starving.

If you feel like waiting over 1.5 hours for your order come to this location. Worst service with employees who don't care. They never have order on time and when you do get it after 2 hours, your order is incorrect. They give you random pizzas. Does not matter what time you go, your order will never be on time. They pay no attention to the online ordering portal. Rude staff. Today I ordered cheese and got this after a 2 hour wait. I have complained to their corporate office and still they can't seem to get it together at this location. Go to Papa John's, Dominoes, or anywhere else if you would like to eat instead of wait!

Worst experience ever order pizza by phone when reach to pick rude manager smile and laugh tell me his staff made a mistake in gave it to someone else! Reply! To me if you want to wait another 15mins we could make another or you can leave! I waited! Then a staff come an said oh” am sorry staff forgot your meat we have to make you another pizza 15mins now! There go more wait time added I was so disappointed with manager the way he just wasn’t to helpful to correct the problem he basically smile and laugh at the mistake that was taken place ! Very bad service people who work there are very slow. You look at them on their face and you can see that they don't want to work. This is based on two separate experiences at the same place. Food is never ready on time when you order. After waiting much longer than promised your food will come out cold some how. Just terribly managed.

I should’ve been read the reviews before order a delivery from this place. What a nightmare… placed the order at 7:04pm and got my pizzas at 9:30pm. Ordered and paid for 5 pizzas and only got 4 delivered. I tried to call infinite times to cancel my order, I tried to call infinite times to complain about the missing pizza and no one answer the phone. Do yourself a favor, don’t step in or order from this place.

Order from the second closest Little Caesars on the list, avoid this one. I've never received an order here on time. Dashers will sit for an hour at a loss, no one answers phones, no one answers questions at the front. Walking in will result in being ignored while you see water drip from the ceiling into a garbage can. Consistently the grossest and slowest restaurant I've ever seen. Kids working here look like they constantly are understaffed and always clueless on how to resolve any issue. Gotta be the most mismanaged LC I've ever seen. Starting to pay extra to order to get pizza elsewhere.

Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes to try to order. Not sure what employees were doing in the back but there was all kind of loud laughing and cursing while about 8 customers were in store waiting. Even saw them drop an open box of what appeared to be dough onto floor and never got picked up while I was there. I ended up leaving without putting an order in.

I go to little ceasars all the time, I like to get the pizzas that are ready , this location is the absolute worst. They never have pies ready for pick up , I asked how long it would take for a 2 pies and they told me 10-15 min , i waited for 20 min before they even took my order, as I was waiting customers came in complaining they’re not answering the phones and another customer came in saying he got a message saying his order was ready and they told the customer his order was canceled and he went off on the employee and all they said to him “here’s a paper, take that to the bank and they’ll cancel the payment , I’ll never come to this location again. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be good but something changed recently. I picked up a pizza yesterday and it looked and tasted like was 2 days old.

I went to the store at 6860 Dykes Rd, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331 to pick up an order already placed online and I waited there for more than 30 minutes. The attention I received by the restaurant clerk was really bad. At the end I got that mad that I ran away. I will never come back to that store, neither recommend to go there to anyone.

This place is horrible. Ordered on app at 650p with 15-20 minute pick up time, 45 minutes later pizza still wasn't ready. They NEVER have pizza hot and ready. The only thing that would make this place better is if they shut down and started over.

On my last 2 visits, they did not have their Hot and Ready pizzas ready. Had to wait10 to 20 minutes for them to make them. It seemed like they were making pizzas one at a time as they were ordered. The current employees don't seem to be concerned about customer satisfaction or service. They have lost their edge. My visits were at 1 pm and 3pm.
