For Mexicans: Good portions and very delicious food at a good price, for those who come to visit, it is a good option. Great place, very attentive staff and the food is delicious, big portions, 10 out of 10.

Recently tried out Little Richard's after hearing good things and was not disappointed. They actually had a veggie burger that wasn't an impossible burger! As a vegetarian that isn't interested in it tasting like meat, this is huge and much appreciated! The fries were fantastic and my husband enjoyed his regular burger too! We didn't have dessert but saw some and they looked delicious. Will be returning to try them!

A shot of Americana, straight into the vein. Nestled between (not one, not two, but) three fireworks-stands, you'll find this silvery gem of a restaurant. Sink your teeth into classic diner fare and bring an Alaska-sized appetite (portions are mammoth). I sampled a bit of Blitzen and Donner and they made for some succulent sausage, indeed. Kitschy decor is plastered from floor to ceiling. You'll dig all the signs bearing outdoorsy puns or sardonic sayings, dusty records and olde-timey ads, plus a gumball machine for the kiddies. Really, if you're ever in the Fairbanks area, you gotta see this place. It's a f***** masterpiece.

We ordered their French Dip with Fries, Patty Melt with Fries, Grilled Ham & Cheese with Fries, Cod Basket with Fries, Soup of the Day (vegetable beef), Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, Chili Burger, Steak & Eggs … All the classics, really good food and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great little diner, when it comes to the food you are definitely getting your money's worth, I got a bison burger, and it turned out to be delicious, my brother the an omelet I forgot which one but he devoured it like there was no tommorow. And the atmosphere is very homey. Great place 10/10

Great spot in North Pole with a classic diner feel. The servers are super attentive and really make the space. All their french fries are awesome (though the standard ones are my favorite!). Wish they had a few more offerings for vegetarians, but also know that "vegetarian" and "classic diner" don't really go hand-in-hand!

One of my favorite restaurants I have ever ate at. Fun and unique atmosphere in a cool building. Sat at the bar, got the country fried steak with a loaded baked potato. Apple pie a la mode for dessert. Great food and quick service. Highly recommend!

Great spot, well maintained, good choice, and also very reasonable prices, with good portions. It definitely looks like the 50's, not really big. Again, outside and inside is really nice. The homemade chili is tasty as well as the chicken friend steak. Highly recommended.

The service is good and staff friendly but the food is very lacking. The Alaskan skillet was actually a scramble with way tio much cheese and not even slightly flavorful or well made. The buffalo and reindeer meat are lacking and dont honor the taste of these animals. It's filled with slimy canned mushrooms and canned olives but what surprises me the most is that this dish has onions but no peppers. We were excited about the big coffees but the mugs were super dirty and we were cleaning the rims of the cups with napkins it was so bad. Crusty covered cup rims. Also it's not fresh coffee it's "Douwe Egberts" concentrate coffee.... Even Folgers would be better. It's the same bad coffee they used to serve in military chow halls. Make fresh coffee guys! This was commercial instant garbage. The food is basically poorly reassembled Costco ingredients. Sadly they also don't clean up the kitchen or grill as they go, so it's pretty dirty around 2PM. They really need to soul search and go back to their roots and find a quality that matches their customer service. The Costco bulk boxed hash browns had burnt grill residue and just aren't cutting it. Honestly it's simple Just make fresh food and keep it clean please. I'm not even sure the eggs they have were fresh yey have them in plastic squirt bottles by the grill and they look suspiciously strange light pale yellowish. Just not good food. Hope this helps everyone!

Ill be as cramped as it takes to eat here. I love this place their food is top notch, the servers are fun and sweet, lastly the atmosphere/ decor is the best, plenty to keep your mind busy while you wait for your breakfast!

Little Richard’s Family Diner is an absolute gem! Our server, Terryn, was amazing—full of energy and provided great service. The atmosphere is classic diner style, bustling with activity and filled with locals whom the staff know by name, adding a warm and welcoming touch. The food was excellent. I especially loved the Hamburger Steak, which was cooked to perfection. The diner was clean and well-maintained, and the menu selection was impressive, offering something for everyone. Highly recommend this place for a delightful dining experience!

Great local diner in North Pole Alaska. True Mom and Pop place. Great diner food (think comfort not elegance). Wife said her BLT was one of the best she ever had. My fish and chips were very tasty. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of parking. A place where the locals eat. Highly recommended.

Just visiting from Florida saw this Diner just had to go. Supporting local business is great thing to do. As an Artist was thrilled with atmosphere and food was fabulous. The food is decent, and it's a cute little diner. The staff is always friendly. Last time I went though, the prices have gone up way too much. The two of us went for lunch and had two sandwiches and shakes with an appetizer, and somehow that ended up as over $80. Too expensive for a diner.

As we were going to the North Pole, we looked for a place to have lunch and found this place. As we drove into the car park, it was the quintessential diner, a silver railroad looking car. We walked in and were greeted by a waitress with a friendly smile and a warm and welcoming demeanor. We sat down at the counter and was greeted by the owner who was also doing the cooking. The waitress took our order and we watched it being cooked. The place had a friendly vibe and looked like a lot of locals ate there which bodes well for a good place to eat. Our food came over the counter in good time and when the cook asked us if we wanted sauce, picked up two bottles and pretend to squirt us. They just had some coloured string which came out at us and it gave us a good laugh. The food was fresh and tasty and went down well. It was also well priced. When we paid and left, the waitress was again polite and farewelled us as we left. I would definitely go back there for another meal. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food while were there.

It's not just a diner: It's an experience. The service is hands down incredible and the food is high standard. The place is clean, efficient and the prices are good!

Passing through read the reviews saw the cars and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did. Best breakfast I’ve had in years. The omelet was fluffy hot and cheesy. Crispy hash browns and not greasy. And the staff were friendly and efficient. Like what a diner should be. Don’t miss this chance to have a great meal.

Little Richard’s Family Diner has the ambiance of a 70’s retro Diner. It would be a great place for breakfast however they lack lunch and dinner options on their menu. The server was kind but barely came to check in on us. The food was excellent. I had the reindeer hot links with Eggs fried hard. The hash brown was fried extra crispy just the way I like it. I’m satisfied with my experience at Little Richard’s Family Diner.

Good place to get your breakfast food fix. The inside is very clean, staff was nice, and the atmosphere is very Boomer Humor. Unfortunately, if you enjoy flavored creamer, this place only has half and half and sugar. Food was just ok, but portions sizes are fantastic. I could hardly finish my half plate of hashbrowns and biscuits with gravy.

Cute little restaurant with that nostalgic classic diner feel. My family really enjoyed all the decor and reading the funny signs while we waited for the food. Our waitress was very personable and friendly. We ordered the tomato basil soup, a grilled cheese, a burger, and the chili. Everything was good but nothing was exceptional

A must to visit if you’re ever in Fairbanks, AK!!! Great dining experience, located just 10 mins north of Eielson AFB traveling on AK-2. Tasty food, friendly atmosphere, and large serving portions. I highly recommend bringing the family, my visit included four adults and two children four and under.

Huge Portions. Giant Cup of Coffee. Lots of options for Breakfast and Dinner. The kind of biting humor you'd expect from an old-timey diner plasters the walls, but the staff is very friendly. You can also walk in and get Alaska meats like Bison and Reindeer (especially fun since it's down the road from Santa's Workshop!) Definitely recommend.

The coffee mugs are 24 ounces. The food portions are similarly huge. We were a party of seven and the waitress carried a table the length of the diner to seat us together. When my brother asked how spicy the chili was, the waitress brought him a sample. No fancy food, just well executed meals.

Was leaving North Pole to go to the Airport. I see this as the last restaurant before you leave North Pole or first if you coming from Fairbanks. Big portions and friendly crew.

This place was a trip back in time Fairbanks has great food everywhere you turn so it’s very competitive here and little Richard’s leads the way from friendly service to great dishes your bound to find something you and your family can enjoy and talk about when your back home!

Per my 6 year old daughter “Chef, I give it an infinite out of Infinite stars!!!” Food was Incredible with huge portions and super fresh. Staff were so welcoming. Both my kids and us devoured our plates of food. Highly recommend.

These are the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. Everything we have ordered is delicious. Hashbrowns are nicely cooked and crispy. The chicken fried/country fried steak is the bomb. Biscuits and gravy are amazing. Burgers are the best around. Everything is good. But don't sleep on these pancakes... they stop serving them at 11AM so don't miss out! We love this place.

Great food & fantastic service! Would recommend this place if you’re in this area. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. My wife said, "If we're going to visit the North Pole, let's do something we can't do anywhere else". I'm so glad we stopped by Little Richard's Diner! The nostalgic 50's diner look and feel was a welcome reprieve on a bitter cold day, but the service and the food were the best parts. I got the regular burger because it was bigger than the Buffalo Burger, but size wasn't a problem, because that burger was huge. The golden brown, perfectly cooked onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. Recently, we were at a restaurant where they had some great food, but "cheaped out" on the sides. Not at Little Richard's! The chili, the onion rings, my burger, my wife's seasoned fries, her veggie burger, and even the gravy, each one was top notch, delicious, and delightfully flavorful and savory on it's own, and together they made for a VERY full belly. Neither of us could eat all our food, but we wanted to! The service was friendly, fast, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely be stopping back here every chance we get!

This was the best stop we made for food on our whole trip. Great value for your money with their portion sized You won't leave hungry!! The staff were so fun.

Good food great service yes Google it's still the same. Deacon and his waitress were slinging hash like nobody's business when me and mine got there gauge came outo the back with bags o frozen for the deep fried snatched up the bus trays and was gone in a flash. All the while they were giving out friendly banter with the customers and remembering the regulars by name. Backup arrived in the form of ole man ed and he jumped right in helping deacon cook while apologizing for taking so long to get there and asking if the on call waitress was on the way. Whole operation looked like a well oiled machine, was a thing of beauty. Oh and my meat lovers grizzly burger was delicious bacon,ham,egg and beef chefs choice o cheese. Other half had club sando and onion rings. Screw dem restaurants that hide the cooks and the kitchen if they ain't confident enough in what they're doing cooking to do it where the customers can see it do u really want them making ur food?

My daughter got caught taking a picture of the back of the chefs shirt. He came by with a mustard bottle and squirted her with it! It was just a yellow string, but the look on her face was priceless. It's a cute location. Inside is fun, but a bit run down and needed some deep cleaning. My burger was excellent and my daughter enjoyed her hotdogs as well. Our waitress was a gem, super sweet and attentive.

Little Richard’s is 100% one of my top favorite restaurants in the area. The staff is always friendly & welcoming. The food is also some of the best American food I’ve had. The environment, comical indoor signs & overall design of the restaurant makes you feel like you time traveled. I highly recommend!

The perfect Christmas day lunch to have at the North Pole. Food was excellent. I can't imagine anyone getting a coffee refill with the mug size being the size of my head. Ordered hotdog with chilli, patty melt, we finished off with a warm apple pie. Absolutely delicious. Best experience. You will love the atmosphere if you enjoy the comedy gold signage.

My family loves this diner. The food is always great, made fresh, and the family that owns it is amazing. They told us the other day, they stay open Christmas Day to make sure they are there to feed the single soldiers so they aren’t alone. Just an amazing business run by great people and wonderful food. I got the burger and you can see it looks amazing, and it was. This is our favorite stop for milkshakes as well. We come here as often as we make it out to North Pole. When you come here you are supporting wonderful local people!

Super unique diner spot off the highway. Breakfast is until 2 pm; we got lunch sandwiches. Buffalo chips were an awesome crispy substitute as a side. The chili was really flavorful and filling. Ham and cheese grilled cheese was great-exactly what you would expect with grilled cheese on sourdough

This place had great breakfast food. The service was awesome and we all really enjoyed our meals. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have grits, but it honestly didn't take away from the experience or the food.

Over on holiday from sunny old england and said i wanted to stop by a toad side diner and have a proper hotdog and boy did i get my wish. Food was amazing and very large (i was left super stuffed) and the lady who tuck care of us was super friendly and lovely (told her to try british brown saurce that was the only thing missing for me lol) if i ever get to vist again i will 100% be back for more.
