We were put in the old 'garage' used for storage. Not given China cups. Had cups from a punch bowl set. Shepherd's pie was dried out Hamburger with potatoes that had a crust on top. For what we got, too expensive. $50 each. Waiter was great, but he couldn't make up for sitting in a garage! Part of a tea room is its ambiance.
