Great pizza the garlic knots are amazing, get the 12 piece

We happened to stumble on this place, it was raining and I was craving some pizza. So we googled what was nearby, and this was a delicious surprise! Originally ordered to go with the intention of just maybe having a slice, before heading home but we ended up finishing the whole pie! We ordered the “Miami basic b” and there’s nothing basic about this pie. There’s a light spice that makes the marinara so flavorful, and the crust had the perfect crunch to cure the rainy blues away! This is definitely a place I’ll be ordering from much more. The service was also great, everyone was super nice and quick to help out. All I can say is get ready to head to flavor town this will be your new favorite Miami pizza spot!

Pizza is good, but very expensive.

Had some work in the area and this pizza place has been on my radar for a few weeks to try out. Decided to do a lunch since the proximity was too good to be true. We ordered a large pepperoni and some garlic knots. The pizza tasted great and the garlic knots were amazing! The pizza was crisp and the sauce was light and flavorful (not a heavy acid aftertaste). The service was great and it didn’t take too long to make our pizza. We sat outside to enjoy the day and it’s a nice little strip mall tucked away in the middle of a neighborhood. We were so full from the pizza that we didn’t get to try the desserts, but we were told they’re not bad so next time we’ll have to leave a little room to try out the desserts. Overall, this is a great pizza spot and it’s nice to see little places like this pop-up and have such an amazing quality of food.

Wife and I loved the native goat pizza. Will be back to try other variation’s of there pizza. The garlic knots were great as well. The pizza imo was not greasy light on the sauce which is fine as I don’t want a tomato soup when I’m eating pizza. I am from nyc and love pizza I will definitely be eating here again. Try some of the white sauce pizza OMG. Thanks for being so nice to my special needs son you and your staff are great

Great lil spot, I had a buffalo chicken calzone, damn that was good, my kids had a regular cheese pizza but my son is a foodie and he loved it, my daughter usually has 1 slice and she's done but this time she ate 2 slices and she said it was great. She's damn picky too. A must check out and support. #keepthatcummins

Moved into the sabal chase area about a year ago and after about 2 dozen pizzas from the Local Pie (what a name for the area it’s in) I have no complaints! From dining in to takeout the pizza is so fresh, the sabal chase finest and the native goat are our favorite! Garlic knots are amazing and we always get a cauliflower crust, which if you are watching your calories, is fantastic! Eric (owner) and the staff are amazing and friendly. You sit down inside and will instantly find yourself in a conversation with them. Looking forward to many more pies from the best local pizza spot in the Kendall/Killian area!

Pizza is very good but nothing special, pretty slow service but they are friendly, takes long to get your pie, and ordering drinks by the can is not practical and kind of a bad deal. Pizza is kind of pricey too and just for a decent pie so I won’t be back. Good flavor though and if cooked enough it’s crispy on the crust but very greasy. Was worth a try.

The food here is amazing! Pie made fresh to order right in front of you. The owner and his wife run this shop and the coffee stop next door. Both places are very clean and decorated nicely with seating inside and out. Love it!!

First time ordering from Local Pie and WOW .. I couldnt decide between two pies so they made me a half and half speacialty pie to die for. One had goat cheese and bacon, the other was bbq chicken and bacon.

Today is the very first time that I discovered this "Local Pie" pizzeria. I ordered for takeout their, Red Pie "Garden of Eden" pizza, with additional toppings of Bacon and Sausage. The amazing flavors with each and every single bite are simply incredibly delicious!!! Me and my Wife, highly recommend "Local Pie" pizzeria, because of our amazing experience, to all local Pizza lovers!!! On a scale 1 to 10, 10 being the best, we rate them 10!!! I hate to do it but I'm going to review this pizza place and rate it very highly I hate to do it because all of a sudden everybody who reads this is going to go there and you should cuz it's awesome but right now it's a great little place that nobody knows about kind of hidden in Kendall best pizza in Kendall for sure and the garlic knots are out of hand and the owners are really nice people and they sit there and talk to you very nice experience very reasonably priced and the pizza was excellent we had a pepperoni pizza half pepperoni half cheese which is how I like to rate pizza joints based on the basics and I got to admit to hit it out of the park it was really good really good very well done cook perfectly I recommend this joint. I will say this, the issue there is it's very small with limited seating. Other than that I recommend it highly.

The Goodfellas pie was fantastic! Crispy with just the right amount of garlic. No grease at all and a perfectly foldable slice. I give this mom and pop pizzeria two thumbs up!!

This has to be the worst business idea ever. I called to order take out at 7:30 and they would not take my order. They said I could order in person but not over the phone. I can not wrapp my mind arround such a dumb thing. If you can make my pizza what's the difference on the way I ordered it? Good luck with your business plan.

By far my favorite pizza place. The owner operator Eric is a very nice guy. He is extremely approachable and engaging. The pizza is all made to order by hand and in my opinion, simply perfect. So go dine in or take out, you won’t be disappointed.

This business will not survive in Miami with so many other pizza places with better pizza & customer service. It's always an issue they either close super early or they will tell you that are no longer taking take out orders @7PM when they close @8PM in Miami ridiculous. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . Pizza good but front hostess needs some 'being a nice person and good customer service ' training.

I really must say it’s great pizza that’s why I have come back twice now. But the “4 hour” wait time the lady always says it will take for pick up when you phone in an order is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they tell you pick won’t be ready for the next 4 hours when you phone in an order. Yet i jump in my car and drive there which is around the bend of my house and the lady at the counter gives the order one hour and calls me in 45 mins for pick up. It’s inconvenient and annoying guys and will eventually get old. Don’t abuse of a good thing..

Been making pizzas for almost a decade. Worked in a few different pizzerias but mostly Brooklyn style joints with brick ovens. Local pie exceeded my expectations, fantastic dough, sauce and fresh delicious ingredients. Dave from one bites a pizza bum he’s never worked in a real pizzeria and probably takes money to give high ratings, this pies at least a 9 could be reaching the 10s, we got a margarita style pie but I’ll have to come back and try a plain cheese. The garlic gnots also put any of the restaurants I’ve worked at garlic gnots to shame, fricking best I’ve ever had.

Best pizza I've had locally. Crust was perfect and so many delicious options. Definitely recommend the Native Goat, and the addition of Toasted Coconut on a Hawaiian was a nice touch. Don't forget to get some yummy Garlic Knots

There are no prices in menu section in Google but we went to the establishment anyway because we were in a pizza mode for that night... Lol Later we found out a surprise prices on the actual menu, so I smiled and told them have a good day, very simple.. too bad....

Delicious! Personally obsessed with ny style pizza and this spot really went beyond my expectations. Best pizza I’ve had in the Miami area. Top and bottom and even crust all cooked perfectly. I’m a petite girl and ended up eating 3 whole slices (and these are not small slices! LOL) Definitely in a food coma now but it was well worth it :) Will definitely go back and try out more pizzas!!

This family run pizza joint is hands-down one of our favorite places! We love to mix and match among their amazing menu of toppings to create a custom pie. We love supporting this small business and exploring their menu. Personally the cauliflower pie is great for one (really hungry) person—even my vegetable loathing husband orders it and loves it! This is the best pizza in sfl currently. As I was eating it I was trying to find any minute defect as a Pizzaiolo myself. All 3 ingredients were in perfect balance. The dough was light and airy 2 day ferment won't feel bloated even after eating a whole pie. The staff is amazing and friendly. Also make sure to check the coffee next door!
