Total nasty garbage. Food was obviously sitting under the warning lamps for hours . Hush puppies were hard as a rock. Waffle fries completely unpalatable. Fish just plain gross. Choked down one fish , scraped the rest into the garbage. total rip off

The food was not good disappointing overcook... waffle fries was hard... Hush puppies was hard fish was hard overcooked the coleslaw tasted old... What happened change Manager used to be good fresh now Food taste like it sat out for a bit.... went july31st 3pm 2024 just threw my food in the trash my wife didn't ate hers too food was real oily.... hard spent 50$ don't even go here....

Iv always loved long John silvers in my town But as far as I can remember the service is something else as in me as the customer when I ask for stuff please don’t act or respond like I’m asking for a whole lot It’s always has grumpy tired looking employees that to me seems like they hate what they do and Yes for a long time in my life of liveing I have had my share of working in fast food to working big restaurants that have costumers asking and wanting more then the worth of the visit from the customers So that being said no matter what my opinion is if no one enjoys what they do honestly they should look into what they are or love to do just saying thank you

Ringing that bell 3 times is like leaving BuD's training. At LJS, it's because you're full, in BuD's, you're exhausted.

Went here in the evening through drive through. The individual who took my order did not have patience with me and was not professional. The food was over fried and overcooked. The fries were soggy and the hush puppies were hard as a rock. I would not return to this store due to poor food quality and unprofessional customer service.

Girl at drive thru window was rude. Other than that chicken was good. Got the #6 but it didn't come with a drink even though it's a meal. Did not see on the menu that it doesn't come with a drink.

Hush puppies were very over cook. It was a to go order.. I had to drive back down there from Comfort Suites from East side. We got good hush puppies, ate and went to Play at FireRock.

Great place but the atmosphere was too smoky. You can see the smoke from the grease in the air. Made my clothes smell. Need better ventilation.

I had just Drove in from the Formula 1 Race in Las Vegas Nevada on my way to Albuquerque. The Food was really Hot 🔥 and Fresh 🤤. I never had Hush Puppies that good. Definitely the best Long John Silver's, it was better than all the Albuquerque Locations. The Employees are really Courteous.

Jim went above and beyond during our visit here. One of our filets of fish was a bit undercooked and he ensured we received fresh hot cooked to perfection fish. That’s what great customer service is to me. Thank you Jim.

Food Was Great..Service Was Okay

They now have some grilled shrimp and salmon dinner plates, they are really good!

My family and I went right when they opened. After we ordered, our food was at our table in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean

Had to keep repeating my order. Order was still wrong. Drinks were incorrect. Lady at the window was very rude and unfriendly. She was not happy working there. Order took awhile and was served cold. My go to place is now my avoid this place.

I like going to long john silvers....I usually order chicken planks.....yummy....the food was Great, but I notice that the fries portion got smaller!!! I went during lunchtime it was very smoky in the dining area. they need to properly vent the kitchen area....I like to eat the food, not wearing the smell back to work.....

When in gallup I have at least one meal here. Service is good, food is standard. Thi@ visit the cashier was on top of it. She answered question and the next day she remembered me.

Too grease, deep fried not prefect

Dirty and rude, staff started to take our order and half way on the conversation she just left with out saying anything.. super Dirty they need to clean the walls from the kitchen, makes me wonder how everything else is done, do better.

Food was fresh, nothing like fresh hot fish to eat. Keep it fresh and hot, and I will always return, with family in tow.

We ate there on January 13th and they had no bathrooms and were still open!! And while they were helping people and taking orders they were LITERALLY VACCUMING out the POOP from the Bathrooms!!!

Fish was greasey as usaul. I wouldnt mind it so much if they used good olive oil instead of bad industrial oils.

The intercom system needs updating so the person working it dont yell at you because they cant hear you. The fish was cooked perfect for our order but the chicken planks were all batter. What little meat there was inside was over cooked and leatherlike. The coconut shrimp was tasty.

The chicken was an inch long and burnt to crisp a meal has 3 pieces in it and the 3 pieces I got looked like maybe 1 I spent close to 40.00 and was very displeased and the butterfly shrimp looked like bite size popcorn shrimp. It was just awful. And the fish made my husband sick

I'm not normally a fish person, but this was fantastic! They clearly were busy, but they were fast and so polite as well. I'm so glad we stopped here on our road trip and ate here. Great service! 🙌

Not happy with this menu. I ordered the Shrimp Platter. I had asked for corn on the cob, she said its cut corn. I said fine. When I drove up to the window I asked, does french fries come on the platter. She said no. I said why not? Because you changed your sides you get 2. So I asked are french fries considered a side. She said yes. Well I want ff so put it on my order. Problem : why don't they leave the ff on the platter and charged for the corn. So I paid 8.59 for the shrimp platter and 2.09 for the. Fries. I had also asked for a single fish piece and that was 2.09 as well. Ended paying 13.83 for a 8.59 platter. ???? The batter was a bit gummy next to the small piece of shrimp. Could've have been fried better. Also the fries are fried in the fish oil. Need to filter their oil better or use a different fryer for fries. Makes a big difference in taste. It wouldn't hurt the Owner to paint his building either.
