What can I say, great steaks, great ribs and just delicious. Starters also great. The onions are not quite as good as the Australian competitor but they are also tasty. Overall very very good. The beer glasses may need to be improved. Visually not that appealing.

The outlaw- ribeye, excellent loaded potato and salad was great but the bread was extremely delicious. I can't explain why.

The service was great and the food was even better.

My son's decided to take me out for Mother's Day early and Longhorn saved the day!!! We did call ahead seating, and were seated right when we arrived. We ordered drinks, and Justina had them on our table very promptly. Then our appetizer and salads arrive within minutes. When our entrees came out, they were cooked properly and the food was hot. Phenomenal experience. What Longhorn did not know was we were there because we had been treated very poorly by another restaurant chain. My adult son said to me, "they may not give you a butter knife but at least they treat you with respect!"and he gave their competitor a one star review which they earned. Props to the management, the chef, and the waitstaff and a big thank you for saving the day and turning our evening into an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone... impressive compared to the competition that didn't even show up. Got pics after eating some, but truly delicious and cooked well.

Best steak for the money in Sarasota! My experience is perfectly cooked to order every time. That means good kitchen processes and people. Very friendly.

Had a lovely meal here! We arrived quite late so the restaurant was not full. We were served by the excellent Elatia. Good food very reasonably priced and cooked excellently! Highly recommended.

This is a good solid dining establishment. I don't think anything is great, but it is very good across the board. The quality of the food and service is also consistently good, which is important. I enjoy the bread, and also, we have been able to get seated pretty much immediately, which is nice. Their menu also has a good variety of items that appeal to a wide swath of people, so it's easy for everyone to find something they like. The pricing and portion sizes are also pretty good.

My steak was really good and cooked well. The sides were just ok. The waitress just kinda threw one of the plates on the table and didn't refill our drinks towards the end of the mill but other than that a nice experience

I really enjoyed myself this time. I took my wife here. Old Fashioned drink was strong and delicious, steak was served medium rare like I asked and looked beautiful. Baked potato was out of this world and had a salt encrusted skin. Salad was above average. Service was perfect. Cozy, elegant atmosphere. I shall return. Went back last night and it was perfect. Perfect steaks, perfect salad, and perfect service at a reasonable value. This place has it down to a science

Steak ordered med rare came out well done. Second steak rare and tough stringy NY Sirloin. Wife's salad mixed greens , was romaine with a few tomatoes and cukes . Guy beside us sent back filet twice, ended up with pork chop. Good veggies, drinks, and bartender.

Food was at a 60% percent that night we like long horn but the steaks and the ribs were not up to par

I have been a long-time LongHorn customer. My most recent visit makes me not want to dine here again. The New York Strip was half as thick as it used to be and it was very tough. The Caesar salad barely had any dressing as well. All while the price of the steak went up by roughly $5 per person. Lastly, the restaurant was extremely hot and humid causing my wife and I to sweat during our meal. The service was very good as always, including the broccoli and the bread.

Ashley W was our server and SHE WAS AMAZING!!! As a server of 27 years myself I pay very close attention to the service and she couldn't have been better ❤️.... When we come back we'll be asking for her!!!

Good prices good service came in late and the food was still fresh and delicious nice people nice atmosphere I would definitely say I'd come again on vacation from the East Coast you guys did a phenomenal job with all of the food thank you very much

Went here on my birthday after a kind lady gave me a gift card on my vacation in Sarasota. Enjoyed my meal and overall presentation of my order.

My sirloin was pretty tough & tasteless. Nice salad & bread. I ordered broccoli but was served rice. They quickly corrected it but there was some black slimy thing in the middle. Yikes. A 6oz house wine was $11.75???????? I miss my OUTBACK!!!!!!!

Bone-in rib eye is exceptional and cooked perfect every time.Shrimp with BBQ type butter is amazing as an add-on. If it isn't then they get you another. Comes with delicious bread and a side or salad. The place is nicely decorated with vaulted ceilings and has a very chill ambiance. Service is good. Nice plates and sturdy, above average silverware and knives. I'm a fussy fuss-fart regarding restaurants but this place meets it exceeds my lofty expectations every time. The $30 bottle of wine should be a higher quality wine but that's about it for complaints.

Sooo good, food was hot, fresh and delicious. Server was amazing-quick and funny, fast with our food with refills. We were seated immediately and food arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We did a dinner after our beach day. We frequent longhorn alot so ribs is always a must. My son ordered a full rack and he immediately noticed the color of the meat was super white. He was like I have never ever seen ribs do white inside. After tasting them he said mom they are inedible. My older son tried and agreed they were not edible. So we asked our waitress about them. The manager was right there. My son usually only gets ribs cause he doesn't like steak and doesn't like chicken. He asked for another order of ribs. The manager said they would come out the same and she didn't recommend him reordering them. Um why would another order come iut the same. So he bucked up and ordered a steak. Well they brought him a steak but without sides. I said nothing. When the bill came they took off original order and added steak. My issue is my son did not get a normal meal because rubs were no good. He wanted ribs. And if you want to charge me full price for steak then he should have been given the steak with his sides. Not oh you had sides from other order then have to wait for new meal and just giving meat. Yeah this customer service was so bad and it really made me dislike this restaurant. Sad part was the manager was involved in this. If food goes back because something was wrong with it like being inedible the restaurant should replace with a full hot plate especially if I am paying for it I don't know just doesn't sit well how it was handles at all. It was like we were being judged for sending back ribs that were no good. We go to longhorn at least once a month and have never ever sent back any ribs so I am very confused. Also if my son wanted other ribs and you don't recommend and you only want to sub out the meat then price match. But charging me full price for a steak mean and only bring at steak was poor customer service on mang levels.

The filet was cooked to perfection, secret spices added a sassiness to the steak. Accompanying the flavorful steak was a loaded baked potato whose size was perfect, loaded with bacon bits, chives, sour cream, quite possibly the best baked potato ever!

Idk if I’ve ever left a review anywhere but this server deserves all the praise. “Capt Eric” takes anticipating what the tables needs to another level and there not many servers like him anymore. You can tell he’s been in the industry a while and he’s hands down our fav server that we’ve ever had.

This is an old school steak house with stuffed bake potatoes, tender steaks and beautiful salads. Service was intuitive and prices were not out of line. We will return!

Firecracker shrimp appetizer was dressed in salt purely. Taken off the bill by my server The 12 oz ribeye steak was adequate I didn't send it back it's a little overcooked it came out medium instead of medium rare. Loaded baked potato excellent Caesar side salad excellent. As it was my birthday I was hoping for a little more! I was not disappointed just expected more.

My bartender was awesome. The food was excellent, but I did watch a server eat off someone's plate coming out of the kitchen. Not good.

Been going here for the past 6 years. The chicken tenders have always been pretty large with generous portions. Almost publix sized. Last night i got 9 lousy nugget sized “tenders”. The waitress took my complaint to the chicken and gave me 3 undercooked tenders from the chef. The only redeeming factor from my last visit was how nice and honest the waitress was. Super professional and deserves the best. As for the management and cooks, step up your game. Unacceptable way to take care of issues. I understand times are tough, but if i’m paying for something i expect it to be right. I don't mind paying more if they just do a price increase rather than cutting portion sizes. I wont be going back.

Eating in or getting curbside pick up its great. Good food, big portions won't cost you an arm and a leg like the tourist traps.

Been awhile since we ate here. Was very pleased with the food and service. Glad we didn’t have to grill today. Prices very reasonable and you can’t go wrong with a steak or salad. Will be back again for meat fix.

I am very disappointed with the services and restaurant interior outdated. Call for reservations table for the birthday party and they refused! How can anyone be sure that table is available when friends come when there's no reservation? Strange and frustrating

Meh. I feel like the steak is average. Salad just average. I had the steak salad lunch and it's good, but plain. Nice servers. 3.5 stars.

I made a take out order, everything was perfect when I got home

Can't say enough about the French onion soup and street corn melts in your mouth. The parmesan crusted filet was top notch and the ribeye was fine and I always appreciate when they will blacken it for me.

Usually frequent the other location in town because I had a few bad experiences here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was the best! She was funny, accommodating, and efficient. Made a point to tell the manager he's lucky to have her. Food was good, but it's so difficult to get a steak cooked to taste in terms of rare versus well-done. Came close. Wish they had outdoor seating like the other location, but now willing to patronize either.

Ordered takeout three times in the last week. Food is amazing and the lunch portions are huge. Got wings today and they might be the best I've ever had. Trying the steak soon!

Waitress kept disappearing and alot of them looked like they didn't want to be there.

The food was good, but our server was not! She did not pay attention to anything and we had to track her down for refills, a box, and the check. I would definitely not sit at a table with her again!

Went for my daughter's birthday. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly as ordered. Our server was great and very personable

No wait on a Friday night was a nice surprise. Drinks came out quickly as did the appetizer and salads but after that the service took a nose dive with our elderly waitress that couldn’t or didn’t want to hear us or acknowledge us. My wife wanted a second drink and we asked to see a menu and she never returned with it until we were done eating. Had to ask the hostess for containers to package up the leftovers and it still took several minutes for the waitress to return with them. Fortunately the steaks were cooked perfectly and had a great flavor, loaded baked potatoes were great. Alcoholic Drinks were mostly ice and weak at that prompting my wife to send the late second drink back. Only negative is the restaurant’s atmosphere is very dated and dreary and the booth we were seated at forced most of the restaurant traffic to pass us by and for the other staff to frequently stick their backsides into our booth. If there is a next time I will make sure to request a booth that is out of the traffic pattern and make sure the server doesn’t need to a walker to get around.

I can't remember the young man's name but the food was awesome. will definitely be back. The only thing that I was mad about was that I totally forgot to order my mushrooms, but I didn't need them anyways I took most of my food home anyway cuz I was so full.

I ordered the spicy chicken bites and a Caesar salad, my husband had the sirloin salad.... everything was delicious!!

Employees were terrible! Interfering in a private conversation is one thing! Trying to pick my wife up is another. So this is how we treated customers! Heavy Dope user's ect.

Every time we have visited this location, we've been pleased with our meals and the service. Today was no exception. I ordered Flo's filet and the strawberry pecan salad. Both were delicious! Both our waiter and the young man he was training were attentive, helpful, and accommodating (food allergies). They seemed to be around whenever we needed them without being obtrusive. For was busy as this restaurant gets, we've never had a long wait to be seated or for getting our food. They're well staffed numbers-wise and it's evident that they hire great people.

Stopped in after shopping so around 5pm. Lisa was our server and was friendly and efficient. The 12 oz Ribeye is my go-to and it was terrific. Perfectly cooked and the loaded backed potato was hot and creamy. Superb! My bride enjoyed her Filet also. The power went out twice because of the storm and everyone was calm and friendly. We would go back!

The fact that a wall separated us and the bartender caused a bit of a wait. Had to remind her the gentleman across from us had been waiting for his check as well. She could not see us and was never told we were there. Same thing happened to us at a different Longhorn.

My husband and I went here on a whim and I will say.. Not regretting it at all. The server Todd was amazing, very friendly, very quick service, not pushy, very helpful and had a lot of patience with me being so indecisive. The food came out very quick and was cooked perfectly. Not over seasoned, not under seasoned, not under cooked at all. Everything came fresh, quick and hot. I really do wish that we lived out here because we would definitely be regulars. I will say though we will be back before we leave and when we come back again! Thank you so much!
