Best churrasco. Been going there for years. Never disappointed. Our waiter German was very attentive and gave great service.

$35 for a churrasco meal ($45.50 on Uber Eats 😂) is price gauging. Good, but not that good Los Ranchos. Get over it, you’re not Mortons.

Great Nicaraguan restaurant and staple of the Miami community with a very tasty churrasco and gallo pinto (up there with El Novillo if not at the same level). Some of the presentation was a bit cheap looking (i.e. chmichurri in plastic containers), especially compared to how well it used to be at the former location. However, I’ll take that if it means the food quality stays top notch. Drinks were great and it’s in a great location.

We love coming to Los Ranchos just because we love the service . Martha is one of the waitresses we love the most. Everytime she serves us we have a really good experience . She is super efficient and very helpful . Def recommend coming here for a family night out.

All of us had ordered the churrasco. I felt the quality of the meat wasn’t the best for what they charged but the flavor was very good and it was prepared as ordered. We had reservations and we were seated right away and the service was good. The appetizers were great, we ordered their taquitos and tostones veracruz and both were very good. The food came with rice and beans that were a little dry but very good, and if you wanted more they would bring more and they bought a salad which was not much of a salad. They also bought sauces to the table to use on your food or bread that would add more flavor. They also provided us with plenty of bread and plantin chips that they would refill when asked. We ordered tres leches for our dessert and it was also very good. Someone was always available to fill our waters and to clean our table. Overall we had a good dining experience. The restaurant and seating was comfortable and they did not rush us out when we were finished and decided to sit afterwards to talk. Unfortunately because of the cost and quality of their meats I would not return, but if I did I would order something different from their main menu.

The food was tasteless and super expensive for a lunch. They wanted to charge me for something I didn’t order and the lady at the front desk is rude and uses sarcasm. Skip this place!

I was waiting 40 minutes for a dish that the waitress never put on the system. I drank one beer, and I don't understand how a waitress doesn't care about a table for that amount of time. The only thing that I can save was the guy who brought me the beer and the busser who cleaned the two plates for the bread and poured our water. Horrible service from the waitress. For many years we have gone to Los Ranchos, and dined there this past Saturday. I am writing this review because the quality of meat was so poor. It did not even look like outside skirt steak. It was sponge like in texture and was bland. Los Ranchos use to be known for the quality of charassco and I will not go there and pay for such poor quality of meat.

Steak needed more of a grill/smoke taste, it wasnt bad just mediocre. The rice and beans lacked flavor and the salad was child size with just 1 tomatoe, 1 onion slice, and a pinch of lettuce. Oddly enough the french onion soup was really good. The service was good. The place had a wet smell to it.

Los Ranchos always has great food, this visit was no different. The service was good as well. But, our reservation was at 5:00 and we got seated at 6:00. We had a reservation. We were 30 in the group. You can imagine the frustration with 30 people waiting around. Why? Because of bad management. The group before us were in that area where we would be sitting and even though they were done eating and were standing around chatting and picking up, the management did not tell them it was time move on because there was a group of 30 waiting. Once they left then the restaurant started cleaning up and setting up our tables. Plus when it was time to pay it was extremely disorganized. The waiter just asked how many are you paying for? We were standing around at this point. He had no clue who was or was not paying. Thank God we are an honest group of people. Los Ranchos has to do things differently.

The place is very nice, however, the food did not meet my expectations. The waitress was a bit hostile, we ordered a combo for 6 people and they served us a very small tray; the 6 were very small. It was the worst experience at a restaurant.

Nice place, good service, good food, but there are no natural juices, not even a lemon squeezed in water, but well the salad was well dressed and fresh, the cancun quesadilla looked and tasted very good as did the meat.

Everything was served well. I found my steak to be a little too salty, however the person I dined with commented that he likes a salty steak. I guess cutting oit salt at home has made me sensitive to salt. Would recommend this restaurant, I would just ask for less salt on my next steak..

My favorite dish is steak and macaroni with shrimp. Good service, nice view, pleasant atmosphere.

Very expensive for what they serve

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Where to start? Oh yes because they told me to take my 1 year old son out because he was crying! Because supposedly people were bothered by his crying! What a horrible moment the lady who was treating me and my family put me through! 0 empathy with someone who is going through a bad time! Is this how they treat their clients? Believe me, moms are not happy while our children are going through one of those episodes, and we do everything possible to improve the situation! But for the waitress to come and ask you to go out with your 1-year-old son in the heat of Miami? Please a little empathy! The service in general was terrible, one hour to serve us, they didn't replenish the water and in the process they ran us out? I would never recommend or return to this place! And the tasteless food is cold and bad! Educate your staff!

A clear example of when rudeness and poor quality of customer service on the part of the waitress overshadows any product or service, no matter how good they claim to be. In this case, I had never been to a place where they publicly despised others, my baby cried and they didn't like me, and the uncomfortable atmosphere made our visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to other families, Incredible...

I'm a longtime happy customer of Los Ranchos in the Falls. My family typically chooses to celebrate birthdays, & a few holidays, at Los Ranchos due to the delicious food & excellent service. We've had the pleasure of being served by various team members, with German (Server) & Marcos (Busser) being great examples that have treated us wonderfully. We typically order the "Churrasco Los Ranchos" and "Chicken Churrasco" that are delicious! I highly recommend this family friendly Los Ranchos venue.

After appetizers I waited hour and half before I decided to just leave cause nobody was assisting us. Some people that came after us were rapidly served and thats when we decided to pay for our appetizers and leave. Not sure if this happened because of ny disabled condition and in a wheelchair but will not visit again.

The baby churasco steak was delicious. It is served with a choice of white rice or brown rice with beans, a salad and plantains.

We used to eat at Los Ranchos regularly years ago on our trips to Miami. This time we were looking for the great Nicaraguan food we use to enjoy, but we were very disappointed. The quality today is not at all what we were used to. The service was cold by our main waiter, but the others who helped were very helpful and friendly. The food, specifically, the churrasco tasteless and of poor (cheaper) meat quality and disappointing. The gallo pinto was good, but the plantains were two little pieces. Needless to say we were very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to waste their time here.

I remember some time ago when I used to visit this place it was an elegant restaurant, today I had dinner, and was very disappointed, paper tablecloth, the place looked bad, thanks god the food was good.

Best steaks I’ve had in my entire life, do NOT order the presidente though, its seasoned the same as the regular steal but its softer and honestly you can go without it. Don’t even get me started on the chicken churrasco its the best I’ve had to this day. Also the staff is super helpful and understanding. Don’t forget theres live music on thursday nights.

I recently dined at Los Ranchos at The Falls and had an outstanding experience thanks to our server, German. From the moment we were seated until the end of our meal, German provided impeccable service. He was incredibly attentive, always anticipating our needs and ensuring that we had everything we required without us even needing to ask. Whether it was refilling our glasses with wine or water, or offering recommendations from the menu, German was there every step of the way. His professionalism and warmth elevated our dining experience to a whole new level. I highly recommend Los Ranchos at The Falls, and I especially commend German for his exceptional service. We were so pleased with the outstanding service received from Mr. Hamilton, that it motivated  us to write this review . Mr. Hamilton went above and beyond to make our dinning experience a pleasant one, he was accommodating and responsive to our questions. We've been a customer of Los  Ranchos for many years, and  although the food is excellent, the service hasn't always been the best, however we were impressed with the excellent service received on our last visit. Los Ranchos would benefit from having more servers like Mr. Hamilton.

Disgusting food, had to spit out my steak tasted like dog poop. Had to return my steak twice because it was brown when I ordered it medium rare, the nice pretty steak was my mothers who also ordered it medium rare. My steak both times was overcooked in some parts then just raw and brown in the other parts, manager came out with a nasty attitude and didn’t allow me to get another steak because he said they were both medium rare, even though I didn’t touch either steak and it was nasty overcooked. His name was Oscar do not come here avoid at all costs. I’m never coming back here again it has gone down hill the quality, I have been here multiple times before and this has never happened.

HIALEAH LOCATION, A restaurant in decadence. I went to the location at Westland Mall, just to be served with tiny plastic cups for sauce sides for chimichurri, the red sauce and encurtido (onions and jalapeños), I asked for a diet coke and I got it in a cup from the softdrink fountain with an awfully taste of old water pipe without gas, paper towels instead of cloth towels napkins, as well as table paper cloth instead of table cloth. As far as I know, "The Ranchos" is or used to be an exclusive restaurant and not a cafeteria/restaurant kind of place. To my surprise, the people next to my table got a better service with full service dish sides, porcelain ware for side sauces as well as full "five star" food service. It's either discrimination or two tier service. One thing is for sure, I will never go to that location ever, and will opt for " El Novillo" instead.

Our waiter German was very attentive to us from the beginning of our Valentine’s dinner. When seated, his server assistant Karla, serviced us with waters and breads with variety of sauces as a complimentary dish. They were both very on key with keeping up with their our needs, whether it be more water, picking up plates not being used, condiments, etc. Coming from a family that owns restaurants in a different state, this is the customer service that Miami strives to have but fails in many ways but not here at Los Ranchos. We will be coming back again!

Service was excellent. German, our server was great. Water was served as needed-just a simple detail many restaurants forget nowadays. Well, and the food was nothing less than amazing. The churrasco and special fish filet were great as well as the dessert.

I visited "Los Ranchos" at the Falls recently to celebrate Galentines with my girlfriends. 2 of us arrived at 5:30pm and were made aware that our third friend had gone to the wrong restaurant. We ordered appetizers and Sangria while waiting. The restaurant is never fully occupied nor at max capacity. Therefore, we expected the service to be superb and flawless. We were disappointed. Our friend arrived at 6:30 pm, hungry, of course, so we ordered 3 baby churrasco meals and one to go as well as a carafe of sangria to share amongst the three. We finished our dinner and appetizers close to 8pm but the conversation kept flowing. We flagged a server as ours was nowhere to be found and asked to have more sangria. The server declined and said the manager had a "rule" about the sangrias. We are all well over our 40's married and with kids and barely ever get to see each other. The restaurant was empty as it was a Wednesday. Our bill came out to $250 after tipping 30%. I'm sorry, how is this acceptable? If we were made aware of the limitations you place on the patrons with your sangrias, we would've chosen one with better customer service and no such "rule". Were we being discriminated against? We couldn't make sense of it. Honestly, we're extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. We will think twice about bringing our business bacmarina! We had to ask the servers to please clean our table. Not acceptable. Please send your servers, staff and managers to brush up on customer service skills on how to retain paying customers if you want to stay in business and keep this last location doors open.

This a summary of last two visits. I have been so happy with both experiences that I felt I had to post my 2 cents on this place. The food is always so good and served fast and hot. I do wish they'd return to the good 'ole days where they served some sides as all-you-eat. Not that I really often asked for seconds, but it set them apart as the place where you never left hungry. I always enjoy the cocktails and the servers are so quick and attentive. Love that they maintained and even improved their service post pandemic.

Great food, the churrasco is delicious. I recommend adding Manchego cheese to the salad. It gives it a great kick! 👍🏼 The servers aren't the friendliest. Justin, the host, is very kind and attentive. I wish they stopped serving the chimichurri in those small cups. I had to ask the server many times to bring more. After a while it becomes annoying having to wait for the sauce in order to continue eating.

My first visit and not my last. I had a business lunch there with others that were familiar with this sort. The service was great. The food was even better. We had both tostones appetizers. They were excellent. I also had the baby churrasco. It was cooked just as I ordered and was excellent. Perfectly tender. Excellent!!

Great food, service and atmosphere

Very little choices of food and it's not even all that special either for the price. The waitress would not even accommodate for my food allergies and didn't even try giving proper service so maybe I caught her on a bad day, I don't know. If you're on a diet forget this place. If you want greasy food and more rice than anything else, then this is your place.

I recently dined at Los Ranchos and had a fantastic experience. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the service by German was excellent. Carla also provided great service, making it an overall enjoyable visit.

You would be hard pressed to find a better churrasco. Soft, tender and full of flavor. Hands down the best churrasco in south Florida.

Today ate at Los Ranchos the falls with my family. I just got off the Brightline to see my family we were hungry. We tend to eat here and have been for many years in miami locations. Today 12/30/23 - the waitress we had was very condescending and I may even say racist. I did not catch her name but she approached us in Spanish first and my mother and father are clearly not Hispanic and answered her in English. She continued in Spanish then changed to English. She was trying to upsell larger menu items which is normal but immediately became disrespectful when my father ordered a 12 oz over the presidente meal. My dad simply explained to her that he had the meal before and was too much for him and he was not happy with the way it was prepared last time. He said this in a normal way and proceeded to ask for the smaller cut. I am not sure the disconnect or why she became so defensive but she immediately came to the conclusion that money was the issue - presuming that we couldn’t afford the presidente meal and taking personal offense she stated that the food (referring to the presidente meal my father made a comment about) is cooked perfectly as if she cooked it! My mom and I were so confused we tried to diffuse her tone and told her that we love the restaurant and ate there for years! She rudely asked my dad “how do you want it cooked” and I was ready to get up and leave but my parents wanted to stay. She asked if we wanted machego cheese on our salad and I said sure then again condescendingly stated “it cost money like everything in America!” She clearly had an accent and asked “where we are from” my family answered her question- I wouldn’t have because I was already annoyed! My father asked her where she was from to be polite- she was a bit older and clearly Latina from her thick accent which is fine - we are from miami and enjoy every culture! My dad asked if she was Venezuelan and she replied “I’m born here in America im an American” in a brash tone. We were confused at why she was so upset with us! At this point I could clearly see she felt some type of way about us- so I began to speak fluent Spanish to her and ask her “wow you have a very Latina accent- so you’re telling me you were born and raised in the United States that’s wonderful!” she was alarmed that I spoke Spanish and her tone became slightly kinder. I am not Latin but it is rude to assume that any patron speaks the language especially when both my parents are clearly not Latino! I learned Spanish in school and growing up in miami! I wanted to get the manager right away because her questions and her lack of professionalism was about all I could take! In the spirit of the holidays and because my family has class unlike this service worker - they told me not to complain. The food was good the service not so much. As patrons of the restaurant for over 20 years both in the falls and bayside when it was there- we were so disappointed and I would never suggest for anyone to fire someone but if this woman is not great for your long standing business and I would highly suggest ethics and attitude training ASAP. However you handle it is your business but if you hire racist and condescending workers then I sadly- would not recommend anyone eating there any longer

Wonderful food, excellent service and delicious cocktails. From The moment we arrived the attention was a 10! The hostess, Teresa, makes you feel at home, and I really aprreciated how sweet she was with our kids. Definitely a must try!

German and Armando are fabulous servers! My family of eight and I enjoyed our Christmas dinner in a such a scenic and beautiful atmosphere. The appetizers, churrasco steaks, and emerald fish dinners were deliciously cooked to perfection. The Sangria was the best tasting ever. Molten cake and pio dessert was great. The staff was spectacular. We're planning for the next family visit. Merry Christmas 🎄
