Clean store with friendly staff but there secondary pricing on Bourbon is insane.

What can I say, it's a liquor store. The staff was friendly and when the gentleman asked what I was looking for, he brought me directly to the product and brought it back to the register and totaled me out.

Huge inventory. Offers specials on beer and wine. Staff very helpful if you don't find what you are looking for.

They seem to have everything I need when it comes to entertaining with family and friends.

Long time customer. Went in today and asked for a price match with Total Wine since the same bottle was $20 more at Luekens. The person at the cash register was a bit rude saying they couldn't do it by looking on my phone. The manager was close by but he also refused to honor the price match even though it was clearly the same bottle and sold at a local competitor which they claim they should do. The excuse was that there was not enough detail on the site listing to ensure it was exactly the same. While that may be the case, a courtesy discount and some better customer service would have been warranted and well appreciated. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Ordered a gift to be delivered: they cancelled the order because the recipient missed the call. Okay. Tried again. Confirmed: they cancelled the order. Say they couldn't deliver... It's less than 2 miles away.

Luekens wine and spirits is a good liquor store to visit. Very large and varied choices with knowledgeable staff if you need help. On Friday evenings there is usually a representative of some liquor company giving out a free sample and trying to sell their product. My mother always said Luekens has the best prices in town.

Although smaller than their top 2 competitors Luekens has great selections and their peeps are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful...EVERY time! They're my go-to liquor store.

If you’re looking for mini liquor bottles this is the place to go. They have so many different varieties to choice from I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for. I don’t know the name of the girl at the counter but she was super helpful and took the time to help me find what I needed. I came into the store three or four times and she helped me every time.
