Very good place! But why do employees sit on the tables they prepare? They should have chairs so as not to sit on top of the food tables, that is very unpleasant.

I love this place. Owner is very nice and every employee also cares about their customer. This place makes feel like home.. I got pick up a dozen of bagel at least once a month.

I bought a parfait, and it was delicious 😋 I needed something fast to eat while waiting for my friend to pick me up. I wanted something light. Sat down, played on my phone, ate, and waited. The place was clean. The service was above average standards. The guy at the counter was so friendly and nice. Good place to grab and go or sit for a relatively easy fast breakfast.

When I came in the employees were playing some type of game throwing garbage or paper over the food. I ordered a avocado veg out on Sesame bagel and got no aricardo

My family and I love this location!We’ve been coming here for years. The food is always fresh and made exactly how I order it,the staff is always friendly and personable. The one guy even remembers me by name which is always nice 😊 .

Nice staff and quick service. Bagels were warm and delicious. Nothing fancy here and no unique flavors but they definitely get the job done.

I have an app called too Good to Go. For 4.99 you get a surprise bag. In this store you get a nice big bag of bagels.

At this point hire a company to clean the place WTH seriously you could film a 1980’s movie in this place. About the last time this dump was cleaned

I spoke to the owner outside of Sam's club. I found him to be very interesting, if you like Trump you're gonna love going to this place.

Consistently lets door dash and Uber eats orders sit in queue for over 10 minutes then cancels. I’ve had 3 orders of mine cancelled after waiting 10+ minutes. If you don’t want to manage customers food delivery orders take yourself off the app and stop wasting people’s time!!

Great experience at the Freehold location. I wanted an avocado toast that wasn't listed on their menu but on the Manhattan Bagel website. Paul was so helpful and made it happen. He was pleasant front start to finish and feel that he is due some praise and a raise! Thank you Paul for being so accommodating!

My favorite bagel place. Love their multigrain bagels and their honey wheat everything bagels.

My daughter and I went here on Memorial Day. We got there a couple minutes before closing and the door was locked. Thankfully they answered when I called and they were receptive to how much my daughter Really wanted a bagel. They ended up taking care of us and my daughter was SOOO Happy! And the bagels were delicious!!!!

Terrible the cashier robbed me of my 5 dollar change and my bacon was undercooked on a blt. I will never go back to this establishment again!!!!!! Since new management this place is trash!!

UPDATE. Bagels back to what they used to be!!! Old: Something changed in the last 2 weeks on Sunday’s. Bagels are flatter, undercooked and doughy with little to no topping.

Fast service fresh food and great help. They had a great variety of bagles when I went. Unique flavors for sure. The avocado egg everything bagel was perfection on a plate.

Food is good but my order was wrong. I paid $2 for double pork roll on one, which was crazy alone, only to get home and it wasn't even double what the other ones had. Grrrr

Edit: I ordered from them again, this time with GrubHub delivery. It came out perfect! No burned bagel, just enough butter, and tasted great. Tried to use curbside pickup thru an app and their phone wasn't working. I ordered an egg with bacon on a toasted everything bagel with butter no cheese. What I got was a dry, slightly burned bagel. Extremely disappointed.

I love their food, it's awesome but they never answer the phone when you try to call to order ahead of time.

Why do they literally ask u if u want salt pepper ketchup at the register but never put it on ur sandwich? It really annoys me lol it's every single time!

Had a bacon egg on an everything bagel which was made fast hot and delicious. Was a huge fan of the olive and pimento cream cheese spread. Ya gotta bring that back. I'd def be in more often

Place has good bagel and coffee, but the customer service and urgency to serve the customers is horrible...they are so slow I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and it took 20 minutes to get my order, others who came in after I ordered food off the grill and received the food faster, no semblance of how the orders had been made just grab any ticket and make it, you see a long line out the door it’s only because every order takes 20-30 minutes

I visited this location during the time of the virus restrictions. I was able to get take out and feel safe. I had the skinny-bagel with avocado and egg. I neglected to ask for butter so they served it exactly as I said (without butter!) which is good if you want something specific; as another reviewer stated. The bagel was fresh and all ingredients were good and the service was courteous. Let's visit them and keep them in business during this crazy time!

Satisfying bagel, not too big, not too dry or too doughy. And they don't overdo the cream cheese, just the right amount. There's a grill for hot food. The coffee's tasty too.

My husband always pops in here when he gets a haircut and brings back sandwiches for the family. The bagels are always fresh and tasty and the sandwiches are generous. Staff is friendly and courteous, store is always clean.
