Our first time dining at Manraj Palace. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared. Lamb and peas and the shrimp masala were both excellent. We will be back.

Food was great .. Only the thing I don’t like is paying money in counter. Because when we get dine-in food we need bill in table not paying in counter because that’s not take out food . Rather than that everything was superb..

Great staff some of the best Indian food in South King county, several vegan and veg options, they also have a good Indian beer selection. Their food will not disappoint!

The food was so bad that I have to write a review. The garlic chicken was so stiff that we could not even break one piece properly. They used one common gravy for both chicken chilli and garlic chicken and both of them had no taste whatsoever. It was clear that whoever prepared the dish had no idea or knowledge about to dish.

It's good food. The naan and lassi are a tad strange but otherwise it's good

Lamb vindaloo was watery and bland. Not much substance. Naan was ok.

I have tried this place for a while now and I am thoroughly impressed with their chicken tikka masala. It has been my go-to dish during lunch for work. I will say it used to be dry chicken and the naan bread was also dry but not anymore!! Not sure what changed but the chicken is super tender and moist, the sauce is superb and the naan bread is pull apart soft!! The best chicken tikka masala dish is served here!

Would recommend and will order again! Ordered a ton of dishes for a Friendsgiving via Uber Eats and everything came correct, warm, and delicious! We enjoyed it. Some favorites were the shrimp garlic tikka masala and the palak paneer!

Great price delicious, spectacular tasting food. So far my most favorite place near home to have this type of meal. A must have.

Staff was so polite and accommodating. Drink served in an iced cold glass and the lamb curry and roti were quite delicious. This is now my weekly spot. Wonderful!!!

Service should improve but food is great. The waitress got our order wrong, refused to admit it and refused to let us hold on to a menu even though the restaurant was empty (who are you saving the menus for?).

The butter chicken has no flavor to it and it’s just cream tiny pieces of chicken and garlic nan was crunchy not soft

Butter chicken was all cream. Fish pakora had no flavor and came with a dressing lettuce that was browned and gone bad. Saag was ok that’s why I’m giving this place 2 stars. Naan was small and over priced and not cooked in a tandoor. We took 1 bite of the butter chicken and fish and threw it all away. Complete waste of $60 dinner today.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: The good: 1. Their breads are delicious. We had the Poori, which was really good. We also had spinach naan, which was also good. We also ordered the sweeter Peshwari naan which was very nice. 2. The Mulligatawny soup was flavorful, and at a 2 of spiciness, was perfect for us. 3. The Raita condiment was delicious. 4. The Chicken Korma was creamy, tender, and perfectly spiced, though a too small portion for the price! 5. The Hot Chai Tea was also excellent. 6. The white rice was a fine accompaniment, but not noteworthy. 7. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The Bad: The most substantial part of our meal was to be the Tandoori Chicken. It was also the most expensive as we ordered the full chicken, the largest portion possible, as we love to take leftovers home for another meal. The Tandoori Chicken breasts were completely dried out, and tough, while the two chicken legs were rubbery, off putting enough to the point of being inedible. Also disappointing was the portion size of the chicken Korma. It was served in a pretty dish, but could not have been much more than a cup with the sauce. Because the tandoori chicken was to be the main part of our meal, we had to fill up on the bread and the cucumber condiment, raita. The Ugly: We told our waitress, politely about our disappointment after first telling her the things we liked. We asked her to discuss it with the management, probably her mother, as it seems it is entirely a family restaurant. She told us she would but never came back with any offers to remove the charge etc. So, when I went to pay, which you do at their counter, though I was thanked for "giving my feedback" there was not the least bit of interest in making it right. The Tandoori Chicken was a $20 item. Our bill was $86. I worked throughout high school and paid my way through college by working as a waitress for 10 years. I took great pride in giving the very best service possible. When there was a problem in the kitchen, I never, even one time, remember the proprietors not working to make it right. The Manraj Palace last good customers because they were greedy over the price of the chicken tandoori dish. Then the woman, the proprietress, urged us to try their newly opened restaurant in Auburn. I was disappointed of course, but after getting in the car, I realized how much it bothered me, that she did not do anything to correct the unacceptable food item on our bill. Lastly, as is often the case at Indian restaurants, they have a small basket with a small spoon for the spiced, candied anise/licorice. Though you could see a few pieces, you could not get any out with the spoon, as they were so few. The Manraj palace had a couple of delivery drivers come and get take-out orders, otherwise, there was only one other table of customers for the 90 minutes that we were there. There are enough Indian restaurants in our area that we will not come back to the Manraj Palace, nor try their new Auburn location. They would have certainly been better off refunding our money for that dish, rather than lose a customer, as well as have a less than sterling review. I believe there is an unspoken understanding between restaurant customers and owners, or should be, that if you have a problem, the owners will try to correct it. If they will not, letting other diners know is the only responsible action to take. The Manraj Palace could be good! Instead, they ruined a relationship with customers who will not return, and who will not recommend them.

this place is good.. but needs attention to the cleaning 😩.. bathrooms are gross 😝 and kitchen too .. .. just nasty..

Great family owned place our favorite Indian food in Kent!!

I loved the food. The place is really cozy and relaxed. the staff was very kind to me and I hope to go back soon. It is a little pricey, though. Naan, a drink, and butter chicken cost about 30 dollars for a single person.

I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala with 2 garlic butter naan's . The chicken was a bit hard, and i was expecting to get delicious fluffy soft naan's, but they were kinda dry and hard, and i was disappointed.

So tasty! Love this place - so many great dishes served here. If it looks good, try it out! I generally get one of their special combos, because I like getting free stuff, usally the Naan/Samosa/Any Entree/Mango Lassi is my go to.

We get takeout from this place frequently and it is always ready in a timely manner and absolutely delicious. Very large menu so you can definitely find something you like here, and you can choose the spice level. This is my favorite spot for Indian food

The butter chicken wasnt that great. The masala was nice but it barely had any chicken and had a lot of veggies.

My family was feeling adventurous as we haven't eaten much Indian food. It is a little store front with a few tables inside. The menu had so many choices. We ordered lamb Malai, chicken Tikka masala, naan bread and a chicken rice dish. She also brought a bowl of white rice. The food came out really quickly. Each dish was tasty and different. We each chose a different favorite. The portions were enough to have for dinner. I am looking forward to trying other dishes next time!

The food is amazing, the owners and employees are extremely helpful and courteous and most of all very friendly, they have always outperformed when we've ordered from them and we would recommend them to anyone wanted great Indian food!

Disgusting food. Paneer in Paneer paratha is the hardest I have seen in life. Dal has large slices of onions and tomatoes, which takes twice the quantity than the actual dal. Bhindi is hard to chew and pale in color. Doesn’t seem like it was fresh Bhindhi that was cooked.

Food is consistent, I've been coming here for years and I've tried several vegetarian dishes and a few chicken dishes and every dish I've reordered tastes exactly the same as the first time I ordered it. Their chutneys and other sauces are so addicting!

Amazing food!!! We ordered several items to sample and everyone of the were exquisite. The staff is friendly and fast. I will definitely return to keep trying new things.

The service was great and food was hot, delicious and flavorful. My husband, baby and I went for dinner around 5:30pm today and it was pretty busy with to go orders and dine in. We got an app of vegetable samosas and chicken Tikka masala for the main course with garlic naan. It was tasty! Will be getting food from there again!

The best Indian I ever ate. Tikka masala is nice and thick. Not soupy like so many places. Encountered mango chicken and it was out of this world good. Garlic naan was exceptional. Lastly, the paratha was mouth wateringly scrumptious. Flaky layer after flaky layer blew us away. On a scale if 1 to 10 I give it a 11. So good here that even after we move away, we will keep coming back for the food.

Best Indian food in the entire King County

Stopped by with a friend that said this place is a must try. We both ordered combos and boy was that plenty of food! The food took longer than expected but you can tell it was quality and fresh which is absolutely understandable! The food was amazing with so much flavor and the lady taking our order was very nice! The food and service is great here and I highly recommend checking it out!

Food was great. Portions size was great. Took some time but I think there's only one chef and food being made to order takes time so fair enough for me. Kinda surprised this place is not rated higher.

We get food from here at least once a week, sometimes more. Love it so much! I just wish they didn't use Styrofoam. No other complaints.

Worst manager ,no ethics and talking very harshly !!! Ordered tandoori roti and it was rock hard and when we gave the feedback she is too harsh and just hung up the call,when they don't know how to talk to customers then there is no point in running a restaurant?!!.. never ordering here ever !!!

I ordered Garlic Paneer Tikka and Chicken Curry. Paneer was too hard and not tasty as well. Chicken Curry too did not had a good taste. Overall not a good experience.

This is the second time we've gotten takeout from this place, it's really good, really really good, the only reason it's not getting five stars is because I believe Kanishka in Redmond is a lot better, so even though the food is really really good, I know I've had better and I look forward to the day I can get back to Redmond

Was not super happy with the food here. Indian kitchen is one of my favorites but I thought the food was so-so. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it though I said 3 and I like hot food. I think I might have just come at bad time of the day.

Pros: food came fast. Warm/hot 👍. Awesome good looking and taste !! Really good food !! Also pretty decent size for me !! To get better: Menu with photos!! Kinda ugly menu, but good options! Cons: the server look like busy, didn’t offer me sodas, beer, drink or juice. Just gave me a bottle of water. I was the ONLY one person at the restaurante. I didn’t like the decoration, but was diferente and it’s very personal. Who is reading may like 👍

Manraj Palace is amazing! The food is outstanding. We love the Chicken Malai, Tikka Masla, Palak Paneer...trully everything here is wonderful. The service team are friendly and helpful. We like to go or get takeout once a week.

Food tasted great. Decent portion size. Lots of vegetarian options in menu. Seating area is small with around 12 tables but all covid protocols were followed. But spent a lot of time waiting for waitress to answer our calls. Plenty of parking outside.

Like the food. If you are looking for authentic indian food, this is the place to visit. They have a simple menu but great taste. We will be going back again. The service is good too with average price.

We decided to try Manraj for a take out lunch this week. We ordered chicken tikki masala, aloo mutter, chana masala, malai kofta, vegetable pakora, an extra order of rice and a rice pillau, along with the usual naan. For 4 entrees and 1 extra paid order of rice, we got a large box of rice. With other restaurants, we would have at least a large box of rice and another smaller box. The food was good but nothing stood out. I thought the portion for the vegetable pakora was a little small as well.

The food was alright. Tandoori chicken was pretty good, so were the lamb samosas. Other items were just okay.

Had lunch here around 3 pm and ordered dal makhani ,paneer butter Masala along with garlic Naan. Everything was great in taste and we were happy going out but later saw our hands which were colored with panner gravy .Looks Lot of food color was added which is not good. Even lacha paratha we ordered was not good .3 stars for taste but 2 deducted for food color

Dishes are quite tasty, but the impression that the is more focused on take out food, because there is no service, do not give knife, do not take a dishes after eating, and the soup is too hot, waited 10 minutes to eat it, salad not called be a “ salad “🤷‍♀️

Absolutely delicious, will be going back next chance I get. Only negative is they seemed a bit understaffed, with a small crew in the kitchen and one woman seeming to go between the kitchen, serving tables, handling pick-ups, working the cash register. Whoever you are I appreciate you, ma'am! Worth it to be patient in my opinion.

I walked in around 3:30pm and there were plenty of tables available, so I took a seat in the back corner next to some artificial plants. I ordered some Vegetable Samosas to snack on while waiting for the main dish and they were fairly good with the accompanying chutneys. The fried exterior was light and slightly crumbly like a double baked pie crust. The inside had two textures: soft potatoes and crunchy almonds. I would have preferred a uniform soft texture but they were still fine. My main dish was the Paneer Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan. It was a nice surprise to find that the rice came included, however, the rice itself was very plain and a little on the drier side. The curry was full-bodied, surprisingly sweet, and had a heavy tomato flavor that, at first, reminded me of SpaghettiOs. It was okay. I probably wouldn't order it again, but it is worth noting that the food in concert was better than any individual part.
