I tried the kung pao chicken, noodles and the Szechuan chicken which was really good. I wouldn’t come back unless I was getting the Szechuan chicken but I’d rather go to panda where I like everything on the menu.

Super frustrating that Google has your hours listed and says open and I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to arrive and there is a sign saying closed until July 29th. UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!

I love the Panda Express way of ordering food, I love it even more cause it tastes authentic unlike panda. It’s cheap. Definitely worth it though. Not like a fancy restaurant you’re paying $20-$30 a plate for. But it’s still really actually good. The service is good, fast, and on top of it.

Best Chinese food in Utah. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and their Szechuan chicken is what I compare every other orange chicken I try to and nothing compares. The food is cooked in small quantities to stay fresh and portion sizes are great. They’re fast and have good customer service too.

I love this place! I always order at least 2 orders of the crab wontons, every where else only has cheese. These guys are amazing!!

The cashier lady was pretty gruff. And the sign about jail on the soda fountain seems rude. The same lady running over to make sure we only got water was very rude. The food was good. We will only do takeout nextime to avoid having to listen to her be so negative to everyone. It was kind of entertainingly sad.

Every dish is very tasteful. The crew works very quickly to deliver the food quickly and hot in large portions.

i craved these noodles my whole pregnancy! i lived in ogden for years and heard about this place from a friend. it certainly did not disappoint. the noodles and Szechuan chicken are my top 2 picks for sure. i’ve since introduced several friends and family members to this awesome place 👏

My family loves this place. They have great food and are always happy to see you. We've been going here for years. They are always prepared for the rush of people who will be coming in at dinner hour. And if you decide to have a large party, you can call ahead. Place your order, and they will have it ready for you by the time you show up. Even if it is a holiday season, they are always prepared. I strongly recommend you try this place. You won't regret it.

The food is served similar to panda, but you do get more food for your money.

Food is top notch, but keep in mind they will have people arrested for misusing the water cups... Make sure you are very careful because "how you going to feel going to jail for one dollar". If soup place from Seinfeld and Szechuan chicken made an unholy alliance that you could not resist.

Maple Garden is amazing! It's like Panda Express, but better because it isn't a chain. The szechuan chicken is amazing! They give huge portions, and the food is ready before you're finished paying. I don't know why anyone would go to the sit-down Chinese place next door when Maple Express is right here. The service is always great, too. I put service at 4 stars because there is an upcharge if you use card, so prepare to bring cash when eating here.

We have been eating here since it opened. Our kids have grown up in this place. Good food. Fast and hot. Szechuan chicken here is magical. It's not super authentic, but that's not what we are looking for. Definitely American/Chinese food. The owner is a great dude. Cool stuff to look at while you are in line.

The szechuan chicken is amazing, and I love the rice. The sweet/sour chicken is another favorite. They are so friendly, and help you choose the best priced plate/meal for how many you have to get the best deal. Food still is delicious. Just went again while passing through.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for szechuan chicken! They are always fast, the food is always fresh, what can I say!! I won't eat anywhere else for Asian food! I've been eating here since before they had maple express. When all they had opened was maple gardens! When I first moved to Utah 30 years ago!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Some of the food was good, like the szechuan chicken, and I would rate it 4 stars, but with other things I had, like black pepper chicken I would barely rate it 3 stars. The service was good and everyone was very friendly. It was very clean and I liked the decor. Hopefully it was just an off day for the cook, because I usually take my Chinese food home and eat it the next day but I just threw it out because I knew I wouldn't want it again.

They charged me $1 for a soy sauce packet. Lol that's a big 10/10 don't recommend.

I love Maple express, a long-time go-to in Ogden for great express Chinese food... their szechwan chicken is amazing 💯💯💯... and I know lots of people love their sweet and sour and teriyaki chicken are really great too!!

I'm obsessed with how good the schezwan chicken is. I never get any weird pieces of chicken, they're always perfect. Every now and then the rice is kind of dry but I'll still get it as long as I plan to eat it all same day. The noodles are good.

They have other food, but it's all about the szechuan chicken. Food is only served in to-go boxes but it's hot and fresh.

Very good authentic Chinese food!

Contastantly runs out of Teriyaki chicken (even though its clearly the most popular item) and refuses to make more despite being over 2 hours away from closing. Owner and wife(?) always short and rude. They charge you for bigger Teriyaki sauce container (despite getting 2 or 3 portions and only getting ONE tiny 2 oz cup of extra sauce) and then doesn't even fill up the container.

To get charged 4 % for using a credit or debit card who carry cash. The quantity/ quality wasn’t your best service today.

The sweet and sour chicken is delicious but the pineapple chicken wasn't quite as good. Nice place for a good meal for a reasonable cost.

Terrible service, called to place a pick up order and the owner answered and was extremely rude, I told her she was being rude and she said “no I’m not” and hung up on me, the food isn’t even that good, they leave the fried chicken out to air dry for weeks at a time before serving it to customers and it’s not worth the price.

Their food is back with a bang!!! I love with place so much friendly environment and the food is amazing. Can't wait to eat there again.

I'm convinced every single person that has left a raving review has never actually had good Chinese food. This place was not great!! I was disappointing. It wasn't disgusting but it was not amazing. I came here based off the reviews and I would not waste my money and come back again.

As far as price asks taste go, this place is pretty good. I don’t like Panda (unpopular I know) so this is a must try if you want better taste, fresher food and less grease. I will visit this place again 😁

I was really impressed with Maple Express. The chicken was cooked a PERFECTLY!!!! Hot and sour soup was loaded with tofu, just the way I like it! Maple Express gets my full approval!!!

Szechuan chicken is the best. Their sweet and sour sauce is so good. They have the best egg rolls. I'm not usually a fan of noodles, but I actually love theirs.

Chicken was old and woody. Broccoli beef was old and disgusting. Rice sucked. Very disappointed.

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Would give them more of I could. Their quality is back and the food it better than ever! Thanks for bringing back your original Szechuan Chicken recipe and tempura chicken!

there was a ton of food, but the smell in the diner was overwhelming and had to eat outside. The egg drop soup had corn in it. You dont need to add filler to a great soup. How annoying.
