We use Marcos for delivery. Absolutely the best pizza in town. Thomasville rd. location. Great pizza, great service, and fast. Love it.

Cannot go wrong with Marcos. Great pizza that is better than most other chains in town. The cheezy bread is to die for... Buttery garlic goodness.

My usual favorite pizza place for my favorite Hawaiian Pizza. This Weds afternoon I ordered a small Hawaiian Pizza. The box wasn't correctly put together ... all 4 corners NOT closed ... pizza almost slid out in parking lot. Got it home and it basically had no pizza sauce. I was tired after long morning work so I ate 1/2 of it. Basically tasted like a dried up ham & cheese sandwich. I put the 2nd half in fridge, planning to at least rescue the pineapple for use in a smoothie. But it looked like a pale corpse of something. So gross looking. Had to quickly chuck whole thing. Obviously staff that day had no clue how to make that pizza and not even how to properly construct the box. Sad. Won't be going back.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Order was 45 minutes late, not 45 minutes for delivery. No, 45 minutes past when they said they would deliver it. Called and spoke to the owner of the franchise. He was a complete jerk. He acknowledged that it was late by 45 minutes and then laughed and said “it is what it is”. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t emphasize enough my displeasure with this Marco’s.

I love your pizza they are the best But is something I don’t like no glove no hair net the hair hanging all over the pizza. The bracelet and watch was touching the door while it was tossing that is so disgusting. You are the best in time it will be better if y’all fix that, so much germs on watches and bracelet.

One of my favorite pizza places. The food is always consistent, I have never encountered issues with ordering or my food. Their staff has always been really friendly as well. Great service and food!

Have ordered from Marco for years. Definitely going downhill with several past orders wrong. Last order was wrong as well, called and was told the correct order to be delivered again within 30minutes. A hour and a half later called again, was told they dont have any delivery delivery drivers, I asked " Really you stopped delivering" was told no, just your order, it will be 2 to 3 hours before we can deliver it. Told them since my original order was placed almost 3 hours ago that it should be bumped to front of line. Was told by the manager, Kevin, there was nothing they could do.

Update: so far, no fraudulent transactions occurred on my account from this unusual experience. My food was delivered promptly and was very good. Changing my rating from a 3 to a 4. I still definitely think they should be able to provide your total over the phone. 4pm on a Wednesday…Pretty concerned about placing my order over the phone with my card. The employee for some reason could not provide me with the amount I owed…even though he had used my CC# for the sale. That just did not sound right. I immediately looked at most recent reviews and saw there had been a theft recently by card. Will definitely be watching the transactions.

Oof. Not good. Subpar pizza recipie. Dominoes or pizza hut better for fast food pizza. Not.enough sauce Burnt cheesesticks. Literally no better than frozen pizza.

Shame shame took some ones American Express card and spent 400 at Walmart so sad .

Great pizza. One of the best in Tallahassee. Service is good volume is high. Sheer numbers and a lack of steady help occasionally hinder times for delivery or pick up.

Marco’s has been our go to pizza place ever since they opened in Bradfordville. Saturday evening we were disappointed as the deluxe tasted different. I don’t know if they have changed their sauce or what, but it wasn’t as good as usual.

DO NOT ORDER SUBS!!!! pizza is good tho. ordered a sub and thought the lack of meat(3 thin slices) was an oversight. Ordered it again, it’s not an oversight they don’t put meat on them! I’d call it laughable but I wasn’t laughing I was just lest hungry

Website was not working. Called and placed an order. Order was lost and no discount was offered. I provided my number and time of call. I asked about some consideration due to their error and nothing was offered for their mistake. Lousy customer service.

Today we tried to order Marcos Pizza for our employees to show them appreciation. I received a coupon state unlimited large pizzas with 2 toppings for $8.99. When we called to place our order, we were told that those pizzas were "out of stock". I am curious how you run out of large pizzas with 2 toppings? If you do not honor the coupon, please state that, but to tell people you are out of stock, but can order another type of large pizza seems ridiculous to me. So, we went with someone else to show our employees appreciation today.

Gave up Marco’s a long time ago due to them not honoring coupons and incorrect orders. Thought we would try an online order tonight. I picked a “deal” from the deal section and as I continued the order, it said that isn’t accepted at this location. We ordered from somewhere else. Not just my second time trying them with a negative experience but it had been a while so I thought I’d give it a shot. Disappointed.

Employee Seth made and delivered our pepperoni magnifico and it was great and he was fast and courteous. I will definitely order again!

Usually good. Had an issue where i ordered a bbq chicken pizza and tipped ahead of time and everything to have the order delivered without the bbq sauce and uncut.

Great pizzas, made quickly.....my favorite is the thing crusted pizzas..and the meatball bake (chunks of meatballs and sausage baked in pasta sauce topped with cheese)....👍

Very quick delivery service in our area but the pizza is just average. Sometimes it is overdone, sometimes under done.

Great place to eat lunch after going to Target, Trader Joe's, or buying a great pair if shoes at Shoe Sration.

Their pizza was delicious, the only thing I saw was the ppl in the kitchen wasn't wearing gloves or hair and beard nets. I do love Marcos.

It was around 11:40am when my coworker and I decided to have lunch there. We weren't sure what to order and I guess it showed because the employee suggested we split a large pizza which was a greatly discounted lunch special. It took a while before it was ready, but that's the difference between pre-prepped versus fresh. It was absolutely delicious and I will do it again next time I'm working around there.

Great customer service. I call Marco's for work meetings, and home delivery. Love their wings, and salads, and of course PIZZA. Fast delivery.

2nd best pizza in town next to Momos pizza. They are not skimpy on the toppings, lots of cheese and great crust.

MARCO'S Is the best pizza in tallahassee. I travel over 12 miles to get it. Pizza hut ,Domino's and the other guys are less than two miles away. Fresh ingredients and a superior recipe make me a traveling man.

Marcos is probably the best pizza company out there right now. Jeffrey Harper is an outstanding delivery man. He's came to my house multiple times and has been very professional and fast. A man named Idris is also a very good pizza cook, I always enjoy eating his pizzas.

Once a month I order the thin crust White Cheesy and thin crust pepperoni. I have never been disappointed. Delivery is fast and pizza is good and hot.

Have been here twice and both times the pies were delicious. My family did not leave any leftovers behind so next visit i will get enough to put some in the freezer for another day. Its that good!

I love Marcos subs, normally. We have been to this particular Marcos twice. (Once, about a year and a half ago. The other, this past weekend. I cannot rate their pizza as we have never had it. Always with multiple teenagers in tow, they can never agree on toppings so we just get subs.) Long story short, this location seems to be off. The bread was hard and over toasted. The lettuce was floppy. The meat chewy. Just overall not a good sub. Not as fresh as I expected. The cashier seemed to have a hard time understanding English. I really don't mean to be overly critical but... it is what it is. I don't recommend.

We ordered 5 XL pizzas for a party of 20 and we had a whole pie left. The extra cheese is AMAZING. The guys loved the pepperoni and the sausage pizzas. Def must have.

Marco's now has Online Ordering and it is just terrific! The format is so easy to use and everything you could possibly order is at your fingertips including the time you want delivery. They even called us because they wanted to be sure the salad order was correct! We really loved the absolutely wonderful,crunchy, generous Greek Salad,and the $5.99 price is amazing. The Garlic Thin Crust Pizza was tasty and crispy, and the Pepperoni and Veggies were very fresh and good. The whole establishment seems very eager to please it's customers.

I never had a pizza I didn't like from Marco's! Always consistent, fresh, and downright delicious! Their salads are fresh and tasty. My family likes takeout and our orders are always hot and ready when we pick them up.

Their pizza is over priced and mediocre at best. Their website is extremely annoying and calling in an order is even more painful. We'll never patronize this place ever again.

A great pizza company should have consistency with its product. This is Marco's winning recipe. Whether its Toledo or Tallahassee, Marco's tastes the same. Freshly made bread, fresh ingredients and a unique sauce set them aside as a "premium in fast pizzeria franchises". Their website is great way to order or customize your pizza, you can even set the time to pick up or to have them deliver! So next time your family celebrates pizza night and you have to choose between Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John's; give Marco's a try and see what the others are missing.

We've ordered pizzas from this location for a few years now and have concluded that they just can't seem to figure out how to do things the right way. It isn't that the pizzas are all that bad--for a standardized, fairly cheap pizza, it's pretty good--but they just don't pay attention to you. Our usual order is two medium-sized, thin-crust pizzas with a couple of toppings, sliced PIE STYLE. For over a year now, the pizzas have been getting cut in the square styles, despite constant reminders when ordering, in the shop itself, to cut it pie style. Frequently there is a delay in getting the pizzas, since someone comes out and tells me that the pizzas were cut wrong; they offer to give me the original pizzas along with the ones that were re-done the right way. The last time I was given a gift certificate for a large pizza with four toppings because of the mistake. So, last night, I went down to the store, ordered a four-topping, thin crust large pizza. What did I get? A three-topping thin crust, cut in squares (and I've been told that the large crusts are cut in pie style, while the mediums and smalls are cut in squares). I realize it was my fault for not looking inside the pizza box before leaving (I'm being facetious), but this is getting ridiculous. As I said, the pizza itself isn't too bad, though we've noticed that the way toppings are prepared and the amounts applied vary from visit to visit (sometimes they're very generous, other times not so much; veggies are sometimes chopped, sometimes julienned). I just don't understand why the staff in the back (with the owners apparently actively involved in supervision) can't follow instructions. It has become a running joke with my family. The trouble is that it has to be a waste of time and resources for the business--guess not enough people complain enough to make it worth their while to change it. It wasn't that way when they first opened up, so it's difficult to understand what's changed in the meanwhile. There just aren't a lot of pizza places on this side of town, which probably means they don't have a lot of reason to put out a consistent product.

Pretty good price for delivery to the house

Last pie from Marco's was burned and not good. Experience had shown me they could do it right, so, after two "Where have you been" letters from the owner, I called for her. Not there I learned. The Person I told my story to extended no empathy. This time the pie artisans got it right, however. Excellent basic pizza with mushrooms and green sweet bell peppers. Really good.

I gave it 3 stars only because of the great service and quick delivery. As for the pizza..it was the greasiest pizza I have ever had in my life. I can't stand pizza that looks like it was dipped into deep fryer and pulled right out, soaking with grease, and that's exactly what I got.

We always get a deluxe. It is loaded with a lot of toppings like a supreme pizza. Better than Pizza Hut; not salty and greasy. Delivery is quick, and the pizza is always hot upon delivery.

For chain pizza, this is one of the best I've had. The sause and ingredients are tasty and seem fresh. I especially like the thin crust.
