Only pizza joint I order from. Quality of pizza combined with the friendly staff can’t be matched.

To think a chain has the best pizza in the area, this sure ain't Brooklyn!

Disappointed in the lack of sauce they put on the pizza. This used to be my favorite pizza place but the last 2 times we ordered from here the pizza had little to no sauce on it. No true flavor and dry. Looks like this will be the last time. Stop being so stingy on the sauce

We tried the new ghost pepper cheesy bread. It was amazing. It was ready when we showed up and devoured by the time we left the parking lot.

Deyvis and Melissa took my order quick and it was amazing even tho we were late at night they still took the order as if they just opened highly recommend 👌

This Marcos is the best around.

So I'm re-submitting this review to include all updates that took place up until now. On Wednesday, the 28th, I called the store as a courtesy to ask if larger bills can be accepted for my order, and if the driver would have enough change. I was thanked for the notice and assured I would get change. An hour later, the driver arrives with the food and no change, and somehow blames the store. He said I could give him half of the bill for the order and that he doesn't even care about the tip. Then I thought: how do I know he won't pocket the money and report back to the store that I stole the food? So I call the store to confirm if half of the bill is acceptable for this inconvenience, and then the store calls him back, basically interrogating him about why he didn't bring any change like he was supposed to -- asking ME to WAIT while they argue in my driveway -- so I ask the driver to leave and take the food with him since I'm no longer interested. Later that evening, I get an "apologetic" text from a store manager, which was just blaming the driver for not allowing me to keep the food. And that he was too busy to call me the next day (still never heard back). No offer to redo the order, no offer of a discount, not even a coupon. Nada! They couldn't care less about my business, and I will be sure to send my experience to corporate.

I went at 10:30 and the door is locked and they said without coming to the doors that they were closed. Very unprofessional. I went to thomas p’s which also closed at 11 and they were happy to make me a pizza at 10:35.

A great spontaneous afternoon out with my family. Excellent pizza and service. All of the guys made us feel right at home. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.

Best pizza chain I have tried. I’ve had both this location as well as one in northdale (carrollwood) and one in St. Augustine. They consistently have great quality food, and if you use their deals/specials, great prices! They are also extremely quick, to the point if I’m placing a pick up order, I have to put it in once I get into my car to drive there. It’s still done before I arrive!! Incredibly fast service

Good is always great here. This is local to my address and as many times as I have been here, which is probably about 50 times, I've never had a bad experience.

Great value and the thin crust pizza is very good. My children love it. Definitely my choice over the other pizza places. Good job Marco's!

Marco’s slappsss!! This locations has delivered the most perfect Hot Honey Pizza, each time. I’m so thankful to have finally found a place that exceeds my expectations. They also give so many crust options which lets your pizza be versatile depending on what your feeling.. whether it’s thin crust or their original crust or maybe you just want a little inbetween. So so gooood!!

Ate there and the staff greeted me right away. They handed me a paper style menu for my convenience and suggested their favorite pizza. I instead decided to get 15 wings, a fountain drink (how unique for a pizza place!), and a small cauliflower crust Big Cheesy. So many options and the service was prompt. I dined in and the food was brought right out to me. I was so impressed I decided to order for delivery for later for another member of my family and once again wow Marco's Delivered

My favorite thing to do would be mixed ingredients of all the pizza places in one and then make a pizza of multi-flavored toppings combining Noble Romans with Pizza Hut and Little Caesars and working with you guys

Ordered a medium pizza at 4:00 pm. It took 45 minutes to get to me and cold!!! I per tipped the delivery driver. Never again. Maybe the owner or manager need to hire better staff.

When we order delivery we order from this location. We will do pick-up at the Northdale location. We have had a couple of flukes from here, but overall they are always on time and everything tastes great!

They're cool! Pizza I go pick up and sometimes get delivery. I've never had a problem with them at all...thus far. Oh, I must say when I go in and pickup, it's always clean. I never see food being stepped on in the kitchen where work or anything like that. Like said the pizza is good, but because they're very clean I'll eat there.

The pizza is decent. Their sign stating that millennials are lazy and don't want to work as an excuse for being understaffed is unacceptable, though. I refuse to support businesses that advertises that they refuse to pay their employees a living wage.

Young staff playing around. Food was ready for 5 minutes but the girl cashier didnt notice cause she was on her phone and the rest of tht joking around and 1 kid eating his own lunch right next to the food being made. I had to ask if the order was mine for her to give it to me.

I'm very happy with the outcome of a recent issue...Marcos Gunn hwy. I had an online ordering issue and posted a review. The store owner Mr D was very prompt in answering me back and invited me to call him. I did call him back and had a productive conversation discussing the issue and he addressed the problem with store staff turning it into a learning/training opportunity. A few days later I texted him and asked if I might get a one-time discount which he gladly provided.. not that I was looking for it just thought I'd ask.. it was very cordial of him to take care of a long time customer. I called my local Marcos Pizza located on Hanley Road. The voice recording says if you wish to order online at Marcos.com I did that and found Pizza specials advertised. Go yourselves and check it out. I was a carryout. Yet when tried to place the order. Was not able to and the advertisement was being accepted. I had to call the store and spoke to someone on the phone to place my order. The person on the phone said this ad was not available at this store. There was an ad on a app. But I told the individual that I was on the website. But told me to talk to someone at the store and they would work something out and I told the person that I was going take a picture of the advertisement online. Ad read Large 2 topping for $9.99 . The store individual says the Ad he was referring to was a Large 1 topping for $9.99 I told him that was fine anyways and I only wanted X-cheese. Nothing else. Instead I waited at the store while the person was on the phone for a good while until finally attended. The person who attended me said that those advertisements were old. They stopped that special 3 months . I find this type of business practice highly deceiving to all consumers. I paid $15.04 or 50% more than expected. I will most not purchase from this establishment again. I do suggest as tourist or even the locals look at some of the other Pizza chains or even the small Mom and Pops places.

We arrived about one hour before closing and placed our takeout order. Quick preparation and the guys at the counter were helpful. Very tasty pizza- pineapple and bacon- don’t knock it till you try it! It was our first time trying out this chain as we were visiting the Tampa area and we would definitely return in the future. Just an fyi though for others- there are no prepared slices- we were hoping to just get some quick slices, but ordering a whole pie didn’t take too long so it worked out well.

The pizza is no different then Dominoes and there sandwiches are ok. 10 bucks for a large is a good deal. It's fast food pizza, nothing really to write home about.

Great gluten free pizza it's great

Used to be flawless, always. Recently, not so much. Pizza had so much sauce on it this last trip that it was basically inedible. Attempted trip before that, guy answered the phone at 11:40 pm and promptly informed me they had shut down the kitchen in preparation closing at 12.... Ok. So do you close at 11:30 or 12? Really?

This pizza tastes so good. Service isn't the best, but food is great.

As far as grabbing a quick pizza goes, Marcos makes a GREAT one consistently. I've never had to call them due to disappointing pizzas or service!! In my book, that's huge. 👌 My kids LOVE the old world pepperoni from Marcos. It's a winner!

We were peckish after a matinee movie, so we searched for something open in the evening. Marco's sounded the best of our choices. We got a medium pie with mushrooms on all, pepperoni on half and black olives and pineapple on the other half. The pizza was quick & hot, with a great crust, crispy the bottom, soft inside. The toppings were ok, but the mushrooms were canned. That got them a star off. Honestly, it looked like most of their focus was on meat toppings, which I don't eat. The pizza was cut so that my half had some pepperoni at the tip, another problem in my eyes, but I didn't deduct more points. I recommend Marco's Pizza, esp if you like meat on your pie.

Medium pizza deal is great and wings were so good! We will be back, better than other pizza places in the area.

If you want your very own personal pizza I would suggest. It’s the effect size so you won’t feel guilty about having a pie to yourself. It comes with 6 slices I believe and it was satisfying; even can save for later. The service is awesome as well.

Pizza from here is awesome, service is fast, and if there are ever any mistakes they are more than happy to fix it. Best place in the area for a quick and delicious pizza. They have other items to chose from as well, so don't think they are limited to only pizza.

Once again one of the best pizza restaurant in town, even compared to other Marco's Pizza in the area. The customer service was excellent and the food delicious. Their cheesebread was hot gooey and tasted delicious. The pizza itself had a great taste and the crust texture was perfect. It's a bit more of a drive compared to my more local Marco's but it's worth it in my opinion.

Pizza was called in for take out. Once we got there. My friend's personalized 🍕 was made with the wrong toppings. Sure enough the gentleman behind the counter re-made the personalized 🍕. The CHEESY 🍕 was made to order. He made it right!!! Thanks for the great customer service.

Their Pizza is so totally awesome. This is the first time I went in for pickup I usually do delivery. Delivery is always hot and fresh and great pizza. When I went into the store I was impressed by the fact that there were like probably 9 or 10 employees there and everyone was happy and cheerful and friendly. I was impressed with a pickup order as I was with delivery. What a well-run company. I've ordered pizzas there about every two to three weeks for the last three orders. I have not done that with any other pizza place. Well done Marco's Pizza. I will give you five stars every time.
