If you're pondering this level of dining for the first time, I encourage you to give it a try! This stunning culinary adventure was a birthday gift from my brother and sister in law. The chef prepared 10 stunning courses with wine pairings, although I went the route of the crafted cocktails. The black manhattan was the best I've ever had. The waitstaff and chef were professional, warm, down to earth, and fun! They guided us through the whole experience and matched our dining pace. As a home cook and food enthusiast, this experience inspired me to try new ideas in my own kitchen. If you're a foodie and have yet to try this level of dining experience, it's well worth it! Every time I’ve had the privilege to dine at Margot I have been more than impressed. The staff are all patient, knowledgeable and sincere. Upon visiting last time our sweet server had bread proofing earrings to go with the bread that proofs at your table! Every dish was more delicious than the last, but this time the farm Quail stole the show for me! The wine pairing with each course is an absolute must. Overjoyed and happily stuffed full at the end of the night. Will continue to come back time and recommend to those who love and appreciate amazing food.

Amazing meal. Superb seasonal flavors and a great pacing with the courses. Justin and his team are crushing it and I can’t wait until they’re able to open up a brick and mortar spot.

WOW!!! I was really excited to try Margot after reading some great reviews online and I’m SO glad I did. My husband and I had a really memorable celebratory meal and we’re already talking about when we’ll return!! The dishes were so creative/unique, flavorful, balanced, cooked to perfection, and each was presented so artfully! You can really tell the level of care put into each detail. My husband and I also did a mocktail beverage pairing, which was also filled with unique, delicious drinks that perfectly paired with the dishes. The ambiance was also great and the service was absolutely lovely - everyone was very warm and down to earth, and really attentive without distracting from our meal. This was one of our favorite meals ever - what a treat!

Look, listen to me. Eat here. I beg you. Chef Justin has put together a **phenomenal** dining experience. It is unfathomable what kind of creative dishes and flavor profiles you will salivate at while eating here. The food is made with affection, and passion. We've eaten here 3x in the last few months. You can taste the joy and fun that Chef is having with these dishes. He's always trying little tweaks and new dishes. It's always evolving and improving. The staff that Chef Justin has chosen to work with him are an absolute delight. John has been making us non-alcoholic pairings to go with our dishes and has adjusted the drinks for us in real time based on our feedback. We've had the privilege of being served by Cassie and Sam, both just wonderful personalities that really know how to keep you excited. The price is an absolute STEAL. It actually feels criminal that we've been able to enjoy food of this caliber for the price they charge. $125 for TEN courses. There's no way that the price point is long for this world. Enjoy it while we can. We look forward to every future meal we have here, and we can't wait for Chef to have his own space, because I have every confidence that it'll earn every accolade you can imagine. Ask the staff, I've licked every plate clean every time we've gone. Every. Plate.

Flawless tasting menu. Every dish was next level. Exquisite menu served with respect, love and attention to detail. At $125 it’s an exceptional deal. As Christopher Walken would say : Wowy Wow Wow. I look forward to dining at their permanent location wherever that may be.

The closest thing to this experience is when we dined at Wolf's Tailor. The food here was better as was the service. And the price is better too. Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing date night and some good conversation as the dinner does take 2.5-3 hours.

Our first visit to Margot was in September 2023. We were absolutely BLOWN away! The service was spot on - incredibly attentive but not overbearing. The presentation and explanation of each dish was incredible and the TASTE …. Just WOW! WOW! This restaurant has set a new bar in Denver. The creativity of dishes is inspiring & attention to detail shows in every single dish. Chef Justin has outdone himself & we are so lucky to experience this culinary delight. Since September, we’ve been back two more times & each time has been as amazing as the first!!! We talk about our meals for days after each visit. It is truly a wonderful experience & we cannot wait to return very soon. Thank you to Justin and his team for bringing food magic to Denver & providing such a lovely culinary experience. We are FOREVER grateful!!!

Outstanding! Incredible! I give Margot the highest accolades! One delight came out after another...Shall I tell you about the Yellowfin Crudo? What about that scrumptious cast iron filled with Olive Oil Brioche that we watched rise (and then it slipped away, only to return fully blossomed and served with a beauty of ramp butter)? Now I do have a question- who do I have to kiss to get that Parisian Gnocchi in uni broth as a takeout? Chef's Wagyu was delicious and by this point, the final Cheese and honey serving was my final filling point. Yes, this tasting menu did not leave me wanting. I was happy, satisfied and this experience with Margot solidified that Denver has a truly award-ready cuisine. Truly notable!

WOW WOW!! We absolutely loved our experience at Margot! We went on a Wednesday night to one of the Margot x Huck dinners. Each course was better than the last and we loved all the flavors, textures, and utilization of local ingredients. The food was plated so beautifully and thoughtfully. Truly a special experience! Just amazing! This pop-up is seriously taking food seriously. From the start of the meal to the final, you're treated as if you have the place to yourself. Chef Brendon rocks the kitchen, and Chef Justin traverses the dining room like a General (in a good way). The food is seasonal, so don't expect some of the plates that you love to always be available. This is truly a culinary adventure.

Really amazing meal, with incredible service. We went to dinner to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn't have been better. There were so many special touches, and so much variety across courses. Our favorite courses were the grilled baby gem lettuce and the Parisian gnocchi :) Thank you for creating a beautiful night!

An amazing experience- each dish is curated visually and wakes up your taste buds with small, delicate and interesting tastes. The wine pairing is thoughtful at a price point that is approachable for dining out and if you decide to buy the wine at a liquor store. The cost is truly unbelievably below market price. I suggest you go, don’t walk, but run now. Kudos to Chef Justin and staff

Give it a try! We came here for our date night. The service was nice and friendly. The experience is like a casual ⭐️ restaurant. Everything tasted good with high quality ingredients. The crudo, gnocchi, and fresh dinner rolls were my favorites. That GNOCCHI set the standard high for everything that came after that… lol I hope this restaurant is successful.

Wow. Just WOW! An incredible experience. From the warm welcome through to the final course, the service was impeccable and paced perfectly. The food was beautifully crafted with local and interesting ingredients in perfect balance. Every single bite was a celebration of flavors. Never mind the google stars….this chef deserves Michelin stars.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to attend a "pop-up" dinner with Chef Justin and his new concept Margot. A ten course tasting menu was shared and OMG! Presentation was as if you were eating in a Michelin starred restaurant...just gorgeous food. Each morsel was so thoughtful and beyond tasty. The coursing started with small rolls that were proofing as you sat there...you got to watch the dough rise...very playful and fun. Eventually the bread got baked and was served with delicious butter. There was a tomato/plum salad that was mind blowingly good. The surf-n-turf tartlet was to die for. Then there was the duck...crispy skin, cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. All dishes were truly wonderful and Chef Justin a rising star.
