Gyro was dry and the sauce was...? An odd texture. Made us feel sick after. 2 stars because the fries were good though.

Bought a gyro sandwich from the drive thru. The sandwich was good, but the employees need to work on etiquette. I'll give them another shot.

Manager was so rude to me I tried to tell him I don’t want him charging my card twice he then slammed the drive thru door in my face I drove off came back and he tried to give me a 10.00 card I was frightened because I never experienced an owner being so rude to the customers. He must’ve had a bad night at work or no business ! I wont be back !

Got the Gyro sandwich with a cup of chili. The chili was absolutely delicious, nice and warm; nice and beefy. One of the best Chili's I've had. The Gyro is definitely one of the top 5 I've had in the Chicagoland region as well! Keep up the great work, much respect!

Too expensive. Got a chili cheese dog and pizza puff for 10 dollars. No fries either

This service and food sucks. I don’t know what happened to it because about 6 years ago this was the best Greek place to go to. They got rid of Greek salads. I’m just so disappointed in this place and now I don’t know where to go for Greek food. This place is a no go. I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on chicken nuggets which means they don’t have food prepared. This place is a definite no go. They need new ownership for sure.

Great tasting gyros and well worth the money. It is located in a nice area and visible from the street. The service was expectional and they even have some gambling machines inside. It's a great place overall

How can you have a gyros or pita and not have feta cheese or tzatzicki sauce??? I was told they no longer provide feta cheese at all on anything. 😳. Their tzatzicki sauce is manufactured and taste like a bad mayonnaise mixture. Unfortunately, I will no longer go there.

The artist/chef Bobby, takes a lot of pride in his work! He came out and asked me if i enjoyed my meal. The other staff members checked on me too! Let me tell you, this italian beef combo is AMAZING! I get mine with sweet peppers & mozzarella. There is so much meat you could make another sam'mich! Come check it out for yourself & show Chef Bobby & Co. some love! *a stellar production👌*

Be careful, they make everything big! Get a small fry with your meals, not a large fry.

I have been driving past this place for years and never visited. Thank goodness I stopped. The service was great. The food was generous and flavorful. You surely get what you pay for. They welcomed me as if we had hung out for years. This was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Best Gyros and Hot Dogs around. This is a good old fashioned hot dog stand (which is a compliment because they are hard to find). The service is good, portions are outstanding and you don't feel like your in a McDonalds but in a place where they care about the quality of the fast food they serve. The owner is often on the premises and checks in with the customers to see how their food is, which is a very nice touch. They also have some slots and games, I can't speak to those. Having grown up around Taylor and Aberdeen, in Chicago, it's nice to see a place like this still exists.

Love Markellas! Their fries are the bomb, and the chicken pita is top notch. Never had a bad experience with them and I have been coming for years. I am happy with the service and staff.

The gyro on the spit was black in color! It's not supposed to look like that! To the owner: You should sell your business if you can't afford to toss out spoiled food!! You are literally embarrassing yourself! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Near home. Reliable burgers. Did a dine in before leaving for Tedeshi Trucks Band show last Saturday. Quick and good. And cheap.

Finally a Gyros place that does it right. Tender meat, fresh pita, and the sauce was delicious. Reminded me of Athens Gyros that used to be in Lincoln Mall when I was a child. Customer service was friendly too. Found my go to Gyros place.

Food is great, but going through drive thru they don’t repeat your order back to you, they don’t tell you the price until you get up to the window and they’re not communicative, seeing then we got the wrong order.

Used to live around the block and went there often. Their gyro was awesome back then and there was always plenty leftover. Went the other night and it tasted good but their portion was considerably smaller then what I remembered.

Best hotdogs and polish in the area. Service is fast and food is always hot and cooked well. I have been going hear for ten years and the quality is just as great as it always have been , great.
