I have been eating here since 2012, so 12 years at this point. Great family, great food, great pizza. My kids have grown up eating their pizza for family movie night.

Good NY style pizza. It can get busy on the weekends, so make a reservation or call in your order early!

We were here for the first time Saturday night and everything was wonderful! (I forgot our servers name but she was a tall blonde girl) she was great! The food and service was really good. I had the shrimp parm and my husband had the seafood medley and both dishes were excellent. We will be back.

Didn’t expect a Detroit style pizza from an Italian pizzeria but the “pizza” was bread with cheese and toppings. The undercarriage was burnt and just not what we were expecting will likely not be back

Disappointed regarding the pizza. This place use to have one of the better pizzas in the area. Unfortunately that is not the case now. Pizza was barely cooked and very bland in flavor and hardly had a crust. Sicilian pizza had no flavor at all and had very little cheese on it. A true Sicilian style pizza has 12 slices (squares), this one only had 8. We had not ordered from here I awhile and will not be ordering again in the near future. It's sad to see the quality diminish to save a few cents.

Excellent food. Busy as heck, so not fast service. But very nice place, atmosphere, etc., so I didn't mind one bit. Love their pizza and Italian food. Have had a bunch different stuff here and ALL was good!

We tried Marsala’s as it receives good reviews and is close to the Hertz Arena. Even though it was Saturday late afternoon, this place was buzzing! There were no reservations open, so we tried our luck by just showing up. In less than 10 minutes we were seated. Amazing flow of food and people. We ordered the Bruschetta for the appetizer, which was very tasty. Don’t skip this one! I ordered the veal francaise with angle hair pasta. Really good, but I did get fettuccine. Oh well. My wife ordered the veal saltimbocca which judging by the cleaned plate was also enjoyed. As it was very busy, it was also very loud. We will definitely be eating here again.

I’ve left negative reviews of this restaurant in the past. But until recently, I’d never tried their pizza. So, in all fairness, let me say that their pizza is very good - and consistently so. It’s better than nearby ‘Mellow Mushroom’ and is as good as ‘The Crust Pizza’ in Naples. Marsala is now our ‘go to’ place for takeout. Next time, we’ll dine in.

Eat here if you want bad service and mediocre pizza. Maybe train your waiters to not cut off customers while they are trying to speak and rush off to chat up a storm with the other waiters. Numerous occasions where my bottle wasn’t filled or I’d get cut off when I’m asking for something.

After a hiatus of several years and hearing of a new chef in the kitchen, my wife and I decided to give Marsala another chance. The fried calamari was very good, as was the bread and oil. But my entree, the Eggplant Parmesan with mixed vegetables, was an overcooked, flavorless mess. My wife ordered their Veal Saltimbocca. It was “just OK.” That’s wife-speak for “not very good.” Neither of us finished our meals, and although we took leftovers home, ended up putting them down the garbage disposal. In fairness, diners at an adjacent table said their pepperoni pizza was good. This place is nowhere near as good as Mario’s in San Carlos Park.

I have only been here once so far, but it was great. The food was very good; I ordered a pizza, a fresh house salad, and the calamari. The restaurant was packed, but that didn’t impact the service at all. I will be coming back for sure, and I would recoiled this to others as well!

I lived here 6 years ago & this spot was one of the best for Italian/Pizza. Ordered take out tonight with the same expectation & I was extremely disappointed. I can’t believe I was charged $24 for a “full Sicilian” pizza that came as 6 slices (crust cut off, not sure why) and no cheese. The garden salad i ordered only came with the 3 additional toppings I ordered & none of what was described on the menu.

Lasagna was barely warm. My wife’s dish was ok. Food didn’t taste very home made or authentic. For an Italian place next to Publix and just off the highway, you would say it was ok.

Great place for Italian dinner that we tried since staying in Grandezza. My chicken piccata excellent—cooked perfectly .. very tender. Hubby luv’d his capellini w/flavorful marinara sauce & sausage. 3rd family member said shrimp scampi best he’s had. Nice Pinot Grigio filled to top of glass. Caprese had plenty of balsamic glaze & fresh mint. Very fast, friendly service. Will definitely return.

Saturday lunch restaurant was quiet. Very clean looks lije a fun place for dinner. Service was very nice and helpful. We had calamari and pizza and a newyorker sandwich. The food was good all the way around but nothing special. Another mehhh

Wedding soup was good, calzone was good, spaghetti and meatballs unfortunately were disappointing, customer service was not up to standards .

The worse customer service, got hung up on twice after waiting 10 minutes on phone to try to place an order. Got burnt pizza after all that. Place sucks not worth it.

I had went here for my first time this evening and it is amazing! My family and I enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be going here again.

If you're on a low sodium diet, don't eat here. Had calamari- could barely eat it. The sauce saved it. My wife had eggplant parm- thr eggplant was good but her pasta was very salty. I had chicken parm - it was too salty to eat. I sent it back. The lovely waitress brought me a suggested I try just the chick as a grilled cutlet which I did. Still overly salty but Edible. We've eaten here before and has take out. No problems with those previous times. Do t plan on returning.

Ordered Mussel app got 12 mussels for $14. Chicken parm was good but pasta was mushy. Don't think we'll be back

First time dining in, usually take pizza out. So we had pizza , $5 bottle of wine $33. Pizza was great, antipasto salad for 2 great. $75 for pizza salad and wine steep then you pay extra for using a credit card. We will stick to take out

We have gotten pizza from here a few times and it was fine. I decided to order dinner for pickup. I ordered Veal Parmesan with spaghetti $25.00. The veal was way over done, dry like shoe leather, edges were black and crusty, the pasta was cooked well but had only about a tablespoon of sauce on it; so very bland. I had to open a jar of sauce from home just to be able to eat this. Just one look and you could see the meat was under the broiler for a long time. Why would they ever serve this to a customer? Won't go back . . I'm sure thy won't care!

We can't say enough about Marsala Restaurant! It is one of our favorite family places to eat. The food is always fresh and delicious and the pizza is amazing. We had a surprise bithday party there last night and all the food was excellent. We were so happy with the food and services. Our guests loved the dishes they chose ...when your party guests are happy, it's a good time! Kudos to Nancy and her family for making our party experience a good one!!!! We love Marsala ❤️

I usually don’t leave reviews but after reading the review we decided to order pizza from here. It was just ok, hardly any sauce, crust is like thin cardboard & hard to eat. Will not order from this place again.

My "go to" restaurant! Food is always wonderful, family atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and service is fantastic! thin crust, New York style pizza is always perfect and the home cooked Italian meals such as chicken piccata, seafood FraDiablo, chicken Nancy are delicious.

The owners are wonderful. People on the staff is marvelous, especially Nancy, hard-working extremely curious and friendly. She’s the bomb and the food is good.

Food was okay but disappointing. Stromboli was flat, had very little toppings in it. There are several local places that do way better on this item. Might be back to try the marsala.

Good place for pizza and things similar. We had a stromboli and a calzone. Both were good. Service was good though a bit slow to start. We would visit again.

The food is outstanding, but they have a credit card bandit amongst them whom has tried to charge my card frivolously and illegally over 70 times in the past two years. I spoke to management a year ago. Happening again. I reached out to the restaurant and haven't heard back. Hmmm???Check your bank statements if you've eaten here. Lots of great people working there--one bad apple? Sorry to post this, but others may need to be alerted. Perhaps now we can talk. Or not. I haven't lost a cent.

I really love their food, but it keeps getting g more and more expensive. I understand eventing costs more now, but seems ridiculous

When you walk to a restaurant you expect to be greeted. My family has been there more than once and we just stand there hoping for someone to come over and say anything really. It never happens. We just stand there waiting to be acknowledged. Horrible way to do business. Makes you feel unwelcome and angry. If you can't get that part right you have serious problems. Greeting people when they come in and making them feel welcome is definitely not a priority at this place.

Family and staff are the best! Manny the head chef is super. They helped us plan a wedding rehearsal dinner for forty people. It was a wonderful night of great food, drinks and memories for a lifetime 🤩

We have been here 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Hubby has ordered veal saltimbocca almost every time. He absolutely loves it! I have gotten veal marsala and veal Siciliano. The last time we went we had things off of the lunch menu. Hubby got a veal sandwich and I got a lunch meat pizza. Pizza was great! Hubby said the sandwich was ok (he doesn't really like crunchy bread)

This visit was so much better than our last. Food was hot, server was engaged and didn’t ignore us. Totally different experience. My wife loved her veal dish and she was offered the option of a fresh vegetable instead of salad. We got fresh bread and drink refills which didn’t happen in the previous visit. Yes, it was awesome.Turned it around for us….

I ordered take out tonight and it was 100% bland. I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo and calzone with sausage and pepperoni. The Alfredo had absolutely no taste. The blackened chicken barely added flavor. The calzone was ok. The marinara really saved the day for us. It was good. The ingredients do seem fresh, but that's a lot of money to have to add your own seasonings. This visit was disappointing for us, but we may stop and try the pizza. Service was good.

The pizza here is amazing. The owner is a joy, the overall staff is - okay. We’ve ate here as a family too many times to count, food rarely if ever disappoints & they’re always happy to fix any issues or food that you may not think is up to par. When it comes to staff, whenever we’ve walked in for a pickup, without a doubt you will most likely see a teen girl sitting on her phone with her feet propped up & need to get her attention. This always strikes us as off a bit considering we’ve had to get her attention when this happens & the reaction of pulling a teen off their phone can be, well we know. Not always pleasant. Other than that, honestly this is an awesome place! Overall, awesome food & the owner is wonderful along with majority of staff!

Horrible pizza. Ordered a few items. the whole thing stunk of fish and everything (which there was not much of) was in the center. Right to the dumpster.

The food here is unbelievable!! My issue was with the service. My family sat at our table for close to 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us or gave us menus. This is not a large restaurant and I counted 4 waitresses and 1 waiter that continuously walked passed us with no eye contact, no "is someone helping you?" Or "someone will be right with you ". In all fairness, the waitresses we did eventually get was very nice and very attentive. The food is really fantastic. As we waited for a server, I saw 7 or 8 different dishes I wanted to order.

So we just purchased a new home to be built in Estero in the coming year. It was very important to me to find a excellent pizza place, since I am originally from New York. Me and my wife stopped in there yesterday to try this place out since it will be the closest to our home in Verdana Village. We split a small cheese pizza with sausage and met and exceeded our our expectations for Florida pizza. Marsala's will definitely be our go to pizza place when we relocate later this year. Next time we visit the home's progress, we will try their dinner meals.

This restaurant has great food, but you need to make sure you have a reservation.They are extremely busy during season. Their garlic knots are the best!

We enjoyed delicious meals at Marsala's tonight and the place was packed. Excellent and attentive service at the bar by Isabella. The portions were very generous and reasonably priced. We will be back for sure!

We would always get pizza here and even though the pizza went downhill I wanted to visit with Papa Marsala and use a little Italian that I knew. The last time I gave him a hug and kiss, he was sitting at the end of the counter. He passed not long after and we stopped going. Anyway we ordered the big sausage pie for last weekend football game and it was Perfect. Glad to be back and delicious

Great pizza and linguine with clams sauce, we had the vodka sauce pizza and it was fantastic, and the creamy chicken pizza was so unique. Nice people and great food!!!

Best pizza in Estero. I drive from Naples once a week to eat at Marsala’s. Great family owned restaurant with great service and excellent management. The chicken pesto pizza is my favorite, worth the trip for sure.

If there were a minus rating, that's what I would give. Absolutely HORRIBLE. We were going to a hockey game at Hertz and thought we'd eat beforehand rather than eating fried food at the arena. Huge mistake.The worst Italian food, or for that matter any food, I've ever had. The Calamari was clearly from a frozen pkg. It was like eating rubber bands.Salad came out with moldy cucumbers, and I'm not exaggerating! I ordered eggplant and chicken which I've had numerous times, but this uneatable. My husband ordered veal which looked and tasted nothing like veal. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren's meal were equally as bad. Feel like we took $200 and threw it out the window. To top it all off, three of us had terrible indigestion. A while back we had their pizza and it was very good. The wait staff was very nice but couldn't possibly compensate for the awful food. If they paid me, I wouldn't eat there again.

We had the Eggplant Parmigiano for lunch. So GOOD ! I make this dish at home once in awhile so I know the work. Generous portions. Fed us each twice! Well worth the $$$. We got it to go ! Salad side was ok.

Over the pat 14 years I’ve been a frequent customer in an attempt to support small local business. Food and service has generally been good. However, the last 2 times I’ve dined there with family, not only have my orders (both times) been improperly prepared, wrong pizza, missing items, inattentive wait staff, yet they started to charge a credit card surcharge. I am not a fan of credit card surcharges. I also do not recollect being notified of surcharges prior to ordering, either in written print, nor through staff. Had I known, prior to ordering, I would dine elsewhere. The end result in my case, the surcharge is reduced from the waitstaff’s tip. Now I know that sounds bad, yet with poor service on my last 2 visits, and the fact that I generally tip on the north side of 20%, my conscience is clear. I’m not sure the owners conscience should be clear.

Stumbled on this place. The food is absolutely delicious. Chicken picata was to die for. Pizza was good and so was the spinach roll stromboli.

We were excited to try this place out. Service was slow due to staffing issues and when she finally came and took our drink order, she returned to say they were out of white zinfandel. So I settled for chardonnay. It had definitely been open a while. We got out appetizer, garlic knots and they along with the soup and salad were very good. My husband got veal parmigiana. It was so tough he couldn't eat it and the sauce was tangy and definitely not fresh. I got chicken marsala and it was basically very thin chicken tenderloins with mushrooms and served in a thin tasteless sauce that was pretty much just an au jus sauce. With a lot of garlic. It had taken so long to get our food and the whole visit was so disappointing we just decided to pay the ridiculous amount for the less than appetizing ordeal. The lady was nice but that's where our the positives end. Expected better for the money. Definitely won't be returning.

I decided to come here tonight for dinner and experienced probably one of the worst Italian foods. I decided to go with the Chicken Parm. it lacked flavor and seasoning, and the chicken tasted like a sponge. Then in the dead center, there was a big blob of cheese which was greasy and made me lose my appetite. I am willing to try this place again because of the busy night, but this place needs to get its act together.

We ordered calzones and after picking them up got home to find they didn't have the toppings we ordered in them. We got a dough ball stuffed with ricotta. Oh and 2 tablespoons marinara. About 2 bites worth. We called to let them know the order wasn't right..they offered to remake them...but we decided to try our luck with the pizza instead. The pizza might have been good...we couldn't tell, all we tasted was the burnt crust. Do yourselves a favor...order from Jets.

Pizza is overcooked with skimpy amount of cheese. Don't bother with Sausage Roll, Calzone or Stromboli...Just doesn't know how to make it... Things have really changed...Not cheap but would never mind paying for quality...no longer the case here.

We went to Marsala for lunch last week. Three of us ordered the veal parmigiana sandwich.I was one of the worst sandwiches I've been served. The veal was dry and overcooked. When I asked a server for extra sauce to try and fix the dryness, He looked at me as thought it was a burden. I was expecting so much more. I will never go back, there are too many very good restaurants in the area.

When you can keep eating 🍽 the pizza 🍕 the next day for breakfast and lunch you know you have found a wonderful pizza place!! When I was little my dad would take us to a pizza place after church ⛪️ called “Father and Son’s Pizza.” He couldn’t do it all the time but when he could he’d always take us. For me, those were such great memories and I am not sure if I can describe how yummy the pizza was but I do know I looked forward to us boxing up the leftovers for the next few days. Maybe it was the memories of us all being together eating pizza and catching up on life that makes those memories so meaningful. So yesterday while my sister and I were there at Marsala”s catching up on life eating Calamari, deliciously, perfectly baked garlic 🧄 rolls, and a mouth watering thin crust, meat lover’s pizza with cold beer and a heartfelt conversation I could not be more grateful! Add to that Michael Buble playing in the background and well… the moment was just blissfully perfect! Top it off with your breakfast and lunch for the next day and you literally have the best pizza place west of Lake Okeechobee. I’m in love with this little pizza place, the food, the service and the memories and I trust you will love it too!!! #enjoy it and the rest as they say will be history 💋❤️

We were interested in trying a new Italian place and picked Marsala. The food was pretty good. I use Chicken Francese as my barometer on whether or not I'd go back. I'd say this one was in the top 5 that I've had. Skip the calamari though.

Chicken Marsala was outstanding. Our family loved the pizza crust. There were no leftovers. Marinara sauce is so tasty…purchased a quart to bring home.

It was pretty decent cheese pizza. The Italian Wedding soup was good, the cream of mushroom was just okay. Service was decent enough and everyone was really pleasant.

I used to be a local fan. I would order for pick up or eat in restaurant every week for years! Prices outrageous are portions are ridiculously small now! So disappointing!!

One of my favorite pizza places in Fort myers ! Also they have awesome entrees of pizza and seafood! The gnocchi and garlic app is enough for a dinner, so fresh and delish!
