The bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a McDonald’s and I feel like that is saying something. It was dirty, smelled awful, there was piss on the floors and walls, and the urinal was so low to the ground an adult could not take care of business. I don’t expect much from a bathroom at a fast food place but I legit feel like I could have been cleaner if I didn’t shower for a week.

Slowest one I've ever been to it's been 20 minutes and still waiting

No one gave attention to register. Ended up using in store kiosk and it was difficult to use. Food was not hot and the order was not right when we got it.

This place was terrible! Every table was dirty, there were 2 giant trash cans full just sitting in the middle of the dining room. The kiosk that we had to order at sort of worked, not one single associate tried to take care of anyone, they just threw out food and walked away. The line was 15 people long and everyone waited 15-20 minutes for fast food. The bathrooms were also dirty and unkempt. It was as though no one was managing them they were just all over the place. Someone needs to manage these kids! You have an establishment right off the interstate where travelers are constantly coming in to get food quickly but this is not the place! Do better!

Unorganized mess, sat in drive thru for 30 min didn't receive food, got our money back went Arby's had our food in 2 minutes.

All the tables were dirty. We were asked if we wanted to go to a different table and I told him that would be great except all of them are dirty. He brought over a napkin and spray to clean the table, which did not get the table clean. We then waited 20 minutes for our lunch as they took the receipts down keep from the time counting against them. My family does not recommend!

Had to wait for order for over 10 minutes inside,didn't have any apple pies,would of taken 12 minutes. Fries were old ,big macs buns were hard

Went at 8 am. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes after ordering and didn't move . Two cars in front of me pulled out and left without their orders. 10 minutes later another vehicle left without their order. Sat behind the same car for another 10 mi uses while the mexican girl in the drive thru and the mexican woman in the car visited. Finally got my order after 30 minutes. This will be my last visit to this mcdonalds They are not only super slow but really rude. They never say hello or thank you. Burger King is faster, more polite and the food tastes better.

The inside was beyond filthy. Can't order food inside without using an app so had to get back into the car and drive through for a mediocre burger and cold fries.

That was the worst mcdonald's experience. Gross tables/floors/restrooms, no cashiers, just kiosks to take orders and surly rude staff to bring out halfway decent food.

This place isn’t the very best when a young lady with glasses and very short takes your orders she got my order completely wrong, I called and went back for my actual order and then she got it completely wrong again. I don’t even know how she can get it wrong twice and she didn’t even apologize after she was asked to by the manager-100/10 service from her she should be fired.

Went inside. Long line. Went back to vehicle, pulled through drive through. I ordered a #7 plain large meal. Then had to pull up and wait. Took extremely long to receive meal. Then got down the road and started to eat my meal. Burger was cold. Bun was stale and no fries in bag. Terrible terrible

We walk in & it's one of those McDonald's where we order at a kiosk. Everything said their drinks were out of stock until we individually click on drinks, had difficulty selecting a table as most were dirty-all were chipped & in poor condition. Our food was brought to us & it was great but then staff & mgmnt came out and sat 2 tables away loudly reviewing their work plan discussing the "Spanish speaking community" & that they are "great, hard workers." We couldn't hold a conversation & had to move. After a few minutes, I noticed they got up and walked away w the laptops still open & logged in! I literally couod have taken it if i was a dishonest person. I'm glad we're just passing through. This McDonald's is awful!

I ordered a fairly large order: 3 quarter pounders (2 special ordered), 2 large fries, light salt, kids' meal, 10 pc nugget, 3 shakes, plus 2 soft drinks. The fries were cold (which tells me they were older fries), had to go back in and get the 10 pc nugget, and had to follow up on sauces and cutlery. The staff seemed annoyed and put out that I came in to request my missing nuggets. I definitely won't be back.

I wish there was a lower score to give. Extremely difficult to order and to assist they sent out a blue haired failed science experiment to show me how. It wasn't capable of verbal speech. Avoid at all cost

Service is very poor. They don’t have a menu to look at anymore at the front counter. I was going to pay with cash. They only have the kiosk to order from. There was no one to answer questions at the front counter. I wanted to order a meal and substitute a drink. That is not possible on the kiosk. I waited for 10 minutes at the counter waiting to talk with someone. None of the employees even recognized me. I will not be going back.

I have seen many dirty restaurants in this country but in this one is something different

The most amazing things happen!! I was waiting in the drive thru and watched 4 young men just stroll past on horseback through town!! Best part of the whole McDonald's experience.

Ordered 20 minutes ahead and still took 40 minutes to get my food when I arrived. Horrible service Period. I’m honestly not sure how it takes you 40 minutes to make a quarter pounder two fries and a drink. And at this point, I’m just ranting there’s literally no one in front of me in line. I’ve been sitting here in an empty McDonald’s for the past 40 minutes waiting for my food.

I wish someone would shut this one down or get someone to come in and actually turn it around. 30 mins to wait for 2 happy meals. And I ordered ahead of time on the app but yet I'm still waiting. The costumer service is absolutely horrible. A man was asking for a DoorDash order and the lady was yelling practically screaming at him. And they don’t care about none of their customers. I was only talked to when the worker gave me the food all she said was “number 59”. That is not very respectful in my opinion. She could’ve chose to be more respectful and say “here is your guy’s food, enjoy” but instead she chose to be rude and disrespectful. The food was still alright, it sure could have been better. They need to put more work into helping people instead of standing around talking. I will not be going back anytime soon. I expected better from McDonalds.
